MP traffic police cop gave warning to e-rickshaw driver but in a musical way — watch the video now
A traffic violation in Madhya Pradesh recently turned into an unexpected viral moment, not because of a fine or confrontation, but through a song sung by the police officer himself. A video showing a cop addressing an e-rickshaw driver with a musical warning has now reached millions, gaining widespread attention for its unusual yet effective method of communication. Song replaces scolding in viral clip The video features traffic police officer Bhagwat Prasad Pandey stopping an e-rickshaw driver who was operating his vehicle without a windshield. Instead of a regular warning, the officer broke into song, using the melody of Humko Sirf Tumse Pyaar Hai to convey his message. Addressing the driver, Pandey sang: 'Chacha, sheesha kyun nahi laga? Chacha, sheesha kyun nahi laga? Ek mah mein, teen baar hum, tumko ye bata chuke hain chacha sun lo tum.' View this post on Instagram A post shared by ColorsTV (@colorstv) According to the video, this was the third time in a month the same driver was being stopped for the same issue. This time, instead of installing a proper glass, the driver had placed a transparent plastic sheet on the front of the e-rickshaw. Giving further context to the situation, Pandey said, 'This man has not been able to go to Gwalior to get the glass. Gwalior is 120 km away.' He then turned to the camera and added, 'He has not been able to get windshield glass, so he is using a plastic sheet. I request you all to not get into such plastic sheet hacks. When it rains, it becomes difficult to drive.' Viewers respond to the musical message The cop's unconventional approach drew numerous reactions online. Many users acknowledged the balance between enforcement and creativity in handling the situation. One user commented, 'You and your behaviour must be taught in police training institutes pan India.' Another wrote, 'This was the sweetest thing I saw on my feed today which was full of people fighting over gender, language and whatnot.' A third user added, 'Sir bahut achi awaz hai aapki.' With a simple tune and a relatable tone, the video has resonated with people across platforms, offering a moment of levity while still delivering a clear reminder about road safety.
