Apple MacBook Air, 13-inch (M4, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD)
$849 $999 Save $150

Just last week, the base model 13-inch MacBook Air with the M4 chip dropped to a record-low $899. As of April 28, however, another $50 price drop has brought it down even more. For a laptop that's been out less than two months, that's a pretty outrageous discount. Dubbed the "best-buy Apple laptop, period," by Mashable's reviewer Stan Schroeder, the M4 MacBook Air is so powerful it's almost overkill. It operates almost silently and packs an improved FaceTime camera, a new colorway, and excellent battery life. And yes, it earned a Mashable Choice Award and a glowing 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Sonos' first foray into headphones went swimmingly with the Ace. They are aesthetically a 10 out of 10, sound exceptional, offer great spatial audio, and last up to 30 hours per charge with ANC on. While we think the ear cup seal could be tighter, Mashable Deputy Reviews Editor Miller Kern still said she would recommend the Sonos Ace to "true audiophiles who value incredible sound quality above all else." They're regularly $449, but you can snag a pair on sale for just $349 at Amazon as of April 28. That's 22% in savings and matches their best price ever.

It tracks things like sleep, altitude changes, blood oxygen levels, ECG, skin temperature, and more. Plus, it has more than 40 built-in exercise modes to keep up with your training or workout routine, whether you're a runner, cyclist, skier, paddleboarder, or anything in between. It can take calls, navigate Google Maps, tap-to-pay, receive emails, and keep you in the loop without needing your phone. Slash 20% off as of April 28 and get it for just under $200.

"Apple's new iPad Air doesn't feel very new, as the only major difference is the new M3 chip," Mashable's reviewer writes of the M3 iPad Air released last month. But that's not necessarily a bad thing. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Aside from a more powerful processor that unlocks Apple Intelligence, the only upgrades are pass-through charging is now available, battery life is slightly better, and the optional Magic Keyboard is more advanced. If you already have the M2 iPad Air, there's no need to upgrade. If you're rocking an old iPad, however, it's a worthy tablet — especially when it's on sale for $100 off.

Theragun Mini
$179 at Amazon $209.99 Save $30.99

While it's not quite down to its lowest price ever, this 15% discount on the Theragun Mini is still worth grabbing. We've tested this tiny massage fun and particularly love its compact and ergonomic design, easy setup, and three powerful speed options. It comes with three scientifically-designed attachments to target specific muscle groups and our reviewer dubbed it "an effective handheld massager for both at-home and on-the-go care."

Apple Prepares To Delay The Next MacBook Pro

New MacBook Pro laptops are displayed during Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference 2023 (Photo by ... More JOSH EDELSON/AFP via Getty Images) Apple is on course to release the new iPhone 17 family in September, but the outlook for MacBook Air and MacBook Pro fans is not as rosy. Apple looks to have delayed the release of the new macOS hardware into 2026. MacBook Pro Launch Date Details The new date comes from Bloomberg's Mark Gurman. Reporting on Apple's upcoming portfolio (including the long-suspected iPhone 17e), he notes that the upgraded MacBook Pro and MacBook Air laptops may not arrive until 2026. Until now, the expectation has been that Apple would introduce the M5 —the next desktop classic Apple Silicon chipset—before the end of the year with new versions of the iPad Pro and MacBook Pro. This would be a similar path to the release of the Apple Silicon M4 last year, but not identical. The M4 was launched ahead of Apple's Worldwide Developer Conference in May 2024 and debuted inside the seventh generation of the iPad Pro almost immediately. That was followed in the fall with the M4 MacBook Pro, MacBook Pro Max and MacBook Pro Max. Delaying The MacBook Pro The Apple Silicon M5 has yet to show up in 2025. The Worldwide Developer Conference came and went with nary a sight of the new silicon. Neither has the next iPad Pro or the MacBook Pro. Many have been looking at the traditional October dates for the release of the MacBook M5 family, potentially with the iPad Pro arriving at the same time. Gurman's report pushes back this launch date into 2026. Apple has taken this route before, with the MacBook Pro M2 pushed back into January 2023. Unlike the iPhone, which has an almost mythical need to launch in the second week in September. Arguably, that's linked to the one-year contracts provided by networks, and there's no such historical support for buying laptops and desktops. Keeping The MacBook Pro On An Annual Schedule That gives Apple a little bit more of a cushion ot get things right rather than follow a strict schedule, at least for hardware. The annual updates across the operating systems does refresh the ecosystem every twelve months. With the increased demand for artificial intelligence and Apple's push to process as much data locally, the demands on computing power are climbing ever upwards. In part, that demand is driving the update. It may not be as traditional as the locked-in September date, but with the operating system on an annual update cycle, and the Apple Silicon chipsets on a similar schedule, annual updates of the Mac hardware are inevitable. Amazon Prime Day is over, but there are still hundreds of deals to shop this weekend. The One Beat 6-Plug Surge Protector Outlet Extender has more than 12,000 reviews — and it's on sale for $16. That's 36 per cent off, and the lowest price I've ever seen. The only catch? You need a Prime membership — sign up for a free trial here if you don't have one already. Scroll down for all the details and to shop the extended Prime Day deal. The power strip has multiple outlets and USB charging ports, allowing you to use multiple devices at once. The One Beat 6-Plug Surge Protector Outlet Extender features six AC outlets that can fit three-prong and two-prong plugs, two USB-A ports and one USB-C port. So, you can charge and use up to nine devices at the same time. With a swivel design and built-in surge protection, the power bar not only allows you to plug in multiple gadgets at once but also protects them from electrical spikes. The power bar is a bestseller on Amazon, with more than 3,000 shoppers snapping one up in the past month. More than 3,000 shoppers have snapped up one of these in the past month. The power bar has a three-sided design that helps to avoid crowding plugs together. It can also swivel 180 degrees to make plugging in devices easier. It also offers protection against power surges, giving you peace of mind that your devices will be protected from electrical spikes. 🛍️ 12,700+ ratings ⭐ 4.6/5 stars 🏅 "Didn't know how much I needed this." Amazon shoppers love the power strip for its convenience and usefulness, with over 70 per cent of reviewers giving the item a five-star rating. One shopper, who called the power bar "flexible and convenient," said it allows them to "plug in multiple traditional as well as USB cords," also noting that the swivel function lets them position the power bar "virtually any way" they need. Another person wrote that the power strip was "great for maximizing" outlets, especially for those who may only have a few in their home. Another reviewer called the item an "absolute lifesaver," writing that the compact design and swivel make the power strip "incredibly versatile for use in any space." However, while most shoppers were happy with the power bar, some had issues with its stability. One shopper, who said that the power strip "works great," wrote that one improvement they'd like to see is the ability to "lock the position of the rotating plug," but also thought that this was an issue of "aesthetics rather than function." If you're looking for a versatile power bar that also offers surge protection, the One Beat 6-Plug Surge Protector Outlet Extender could be a game-changer. The power bar makes it easy to charge and power multiple devices, including those that use USB-A and USB-C connections. It's great for use in tight spaces to avoid bending plugs and for maximizing the use of outlets in homes without many power outlets. With tons of glowing reviews and a solid extended Prime Day deal price, it's definitely worth trying out for yourself.
