BRONX BULLETS: Citi Bike gunmen shoot two in NYC in overnight mayhem
A man, 32, was blasted in the torso at East 146th Street and Brook Avenue by two males on one Citi Bike, cops said.
About 15 minutes later, a woman, 35, was shot in the leg when gunfire rang out near Westchester Aveue and Third Avenue in Mott Haven around 9:20 p.m., cops said. Police were looking for two males riding separate Citi Bikes in that incident, according to cops.

It wasn't immediately clear if the two incidents were related or if the victims were intended targets, police said. Both were taken to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition.
Investigators were out at the scenes canvassing for video, cops said.
Later, a man was shot at West 146th Street and Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard in Harlem around 1:30 a.m., cops said.
When police arrived at the scene, they were told the victim, 41, had already left. They found him at Harlem Hospital with a gunshot wound to the stomach, police said.

The victim was in stable condition early Saturday. The motive was unknown.
Nearly three hours later, a man was shot once in the back around 4 a.m. at Steinway Street and Astoria Boulevard in Astoria, Queens, police said. The 25-year-old was taken to Elmhurst Hospital in stable condition.
The number of shooting incidents is down from 217 to 178 so far this year, when compared to the same period last year and shooting victims decreased from 256 to 209, an 18% drop, according to NYPD data.

Woman killed, man and child critically injured in Queens stabbing
One person was killed and two others, including a child, were injured in a stabbing in Queens on Saturday. It happened just after 7 p.m. in Ridgewood. Good Samaritan stabbed in back breaking up Queens subway station fight
A 64-year-old man arguing with another commuter at a Queens subway station stabbed a good Samaritan trying to break up the fight, then knocked a 3-year-old boy to the station floor as he tried to escape, police said Saturday. Alleged stabber Larry Boards is facing two counts of felony assault, reckless endangerment, and harassment for the crazed confrontation at the 82nd St.-Jackson Heights No. 7 train station at about 4:15 p.m. Friday, cops said. Boards was arguing with another man on the elevated train platform when the 38-year-old victim attempted to break up the fight, police said. That's when Boards pulled a knife and jammed it into the good Samaritan's back, cops said. Boards ran off, but his victim gave chase. As he ran to the subway staircase, he bowled over the innocent 3-year-old boy, who was waiting for the train with a parent, cops said. Cops grabbed Boards at the station. The knife he used was recovered. Both the child and the stabbing victim were taken to Elmhurst Hospital, where they were treated and released. Boards arraignment in Queens Criminal Court was pending Saturday.

NYPD investigating death of woman, 18, in police custody in Bronx precinct
The NYPD is investigating the death of an 18-year-old woman who fell unconscious while in police custody at a Bronx police station, cops said Saturday. The teen was inside the 41st Precinct stationhouse on Longwood Ave. at about 12:40 a.m. when she unexpectedly fell unconscious. Cops performed CPR until EMS rushed her to Lincoln Hospital, but she couldn't be saved. Her name was not immediately released. Police identified the woman as a 'prisoner,' but would not say what crime she was accused of committing. Since she was in police custody, the NYPD's Force Investigations Division has been tasked with investigating her death. An autopsy into what caused her death was pending Saturday. The young woman's death occurred nine days after the NYPD launched another investigation for a man who died during an interaction with police, cops said. Shelton Ennis, 54, struck his head and died of an apparent heart attack after he was tackled to the ground in Manhattan's Riverside Park, officials said. The officers found Ennis drinking a beer in a paper bag and had demanded to see his ID when he ran away from them, only to be taken down by one of the cops, police said.
