We don't know anything about what's going on in the video, but it would be far from the first time that Trump was accused of cheating at the game of golf. We'll sum up a few times that accusations have flown from some famous names and celebrities.

Oscar De La Hoya
This is way back from 2016, and here's the quote to the Associated Press:
"Donald, what he does is he tees off first so we go off to our balls and what do we see but Donald Trump right in the middle of the fairway," De La Hoya said. "He said, 'Hey look, I found my first ball.'"
On the next hole, a par-3, De La Hoya said Trump hit into some bushes and again went ahead of the other players in his cart. When the rest of the group got to the green, he said Trump's ball was 3 feet from the hole.
"And by the way I'm picking it up," De La Hoya quoted Trump as saying. "It's a gimme."
Various golfers
Former Sports Illustrated scribe Rick Reilly wrote a book called Commander in Cheat: How Golf Explains Trump that has anecdotes like these (via Golf.com):
'I played with him once,' says Bryan Marsal, longtime Winged Foot member and chair of the coming 2020 Men's U.S. Open. 'It was a Saturday morning game. We go to the first tee and he couldn't have been nicer. But then he said, 'You see those two guys? They cheat. See me? I cheat. And I expect you to cheat because we're going to beat those two guys today.'… So, yes, it's true, he's going to cheat you. But I think Donald, in his heart of hearts, believes that you're gonna cheat him, too. So if it's the same, if everybody's cheating, he doesn't see it as really cheating.'
Samuel L. Jackson
The actor said this in 2016, via Page Six:
Asked who the better golfer was, Jackson said with a smile, 'Oh, I am, for sure. I don't cheat.'
Alice Cooper
In 2012, the rock legend had this to say via News 12:
In a 2012 interview with Q magazine, Cooper mentioned Trump's golf rule bending ways.
"The worst celebrity golf cheat? I wish I could tell you that. It would be a shocker. I played golf with Donald Trump one time. That's all I'm going to say," he told the magazine.

Donald Trump and Wall Street Journal owner Rupert Murdoch on Monday struck a deal related to the president's lawsuit against the paper over its publication of a story detailing a 'bawdy' birthday message Trump allegedly wrote to sex offender Jeffrey Epstein in 2003. While Trump had initially sought to have Murdoch deposed swiftly, citing, in part, his advanced age and long-standing health issues, the president has now agreed to remove that request, according to a Monday court filing first reported by Politico's Josh Gerstein. Trump sued Murdoch, the Journal's publisher and the reporters who authored an article the newspaper published last month reporting that the president wrote a lewd message to Epstein as part of an album British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell compiled for the disgraced financier's 50th birthday in 2003. Epstein died in jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. Trump has denied writing the letter, attacking the newspaper for publishing its story and taking legal action over the report. Monday's agreement stipulates that until the 'Defendants' Motion to Dismiss the Complaint is adjudicated, the Parties agree not to engage in discovery.' The filing, though, notes that if the defendants' motion fails, Murdoch shall be deposed in person within 30 days of that decision. The document states that Murdoch has three days from when the court approves the agreement to provide Trump with a sworn declaration describing his current health status. 'Defendant Murdoch has further agreed to provide regularly scheduled updates to [Trump] regarding his health, including a mechanism for him to alert [Trump] if there is a material change in his health,' the document states. 'Failure to provide updates in the agreed-upon manner as set forth in the Abatement Agreement shall result in an expedited deposition of Defendant Murdoch.' Trump last week told reporters Murdoch wanted to settle the case. 'They are talking to us about doing something but we'll see what happens,' Trump said.
