Many actors and actresses in Bollywood come from a background of famous stars. From the Kapoor family to the Khans, there are many newcomer actors and actresses who have ventured into the industry with families full of stars. Today, we will discuss one such actor who is Aamir Khan's brother. Despite having a brother who is known as the perfectionist of the industry, this man couldn't match his brother's stardom. If you are wondering who he is, then let us tell you—we are talking about Faisal Khan, son of renowned director and producer Tahir Hussain and younger brother of Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan. Who is Aamir Khan's Younger Brother?
Faisal started his career at the age of 3. He played the role of younger Shashi Kapoor in his uncle Nasir Hussain's 1969 film Pyar Ka Mausam. Later, he made his debut as an adult actor in Aamir Khan's blockbuster film Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak (1988).
Faisal's role was brief in the film. He also featured in Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar (1992). However, even in this film, he had an uncredited role as a college student. Faisal also worked behind the scenes as an assistant director on his father's 1990 film Tum Mere Ho, which starred Aamir Khan in the lead role.
Faisal's sole film as a lead was Madhosh, released in 1994. Unfortunately, the movie did not do well, and the actor decided to take a five-year hiatus. He came back to the big screen with the film Mela (2000), directed by Dharmesh Darshan, where he starred alongside his brother Aamir Khan.
Though Mela was a flop, Faisal's performance finally gained recognition. Over the years, he did different movies including Kaboo, Dushmani, Border Hindustan Ka, Basti, Aandhi, and Chand Bujh Gaya, which did not achieve significant success. When Faisal Khan Filed a Report Against Brother Aamir Khan
As per media reports, Faisal filed a police report against his brother Aamir, accusing him of confining him at home under the belief that Faisal was mentally ill. As soon as the matter came to light, it grabbed massive attention from the media.
Now, Faisal has reduced the number of projects as an actor and has ventured into directing.

Fan watches ‘Saiyaara' on IV drip as hype reaches fever pitch

The unprecedented success of Saiyaara, directed by Mohit Suri and starring debutants Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, has led to a wave of emotional fan reactions, one of which is now going viral. A video circulating on social media shows a young man, identified as Faisal, watching Saiyaara in a cinema while connected to an intravenous (IV) drip. The clip, which shows Faisal seated with a friend and visibly emotional during the screening, has sparked both concern and amazement online. Reactions range from sympathetic to sceptical. One user commented, 'Itni dedication? Hospital se uth kar film dekhne aa gaya? (Such dedication? Got up from the hospital to watch a film?)' while another wrote, 'Bhai bimar h tu Allah ko yaad kar, Saiyaara se kaam na chale (Brother you're unwell. Think about God, not Saiyaara).' The incident feels emblematic of the intense public response to the romantic drama, which explores themes of love and heartbreak in a style reminiscent of Suri's earlier hits like Aashiqui 2. Despite minimal publicity and no traditional promotional campaigns, Saiyaara has struck a chord with audiences. Released on Friday across 8,000 screens, Saiyaara collected ₹21.25 crore on its opening day, marking the highest-ever debut for a film featuring newcomers. Over the weekend, it saw a major jump, bringing its three-day domestic total to ₹83 crore. The film is expected to cross the ₹100-crore mark within days. Produced by Yash Raj Films, Saiyaara has defied conventional marketing strategies. In a statement, the studio said the film's reach came 'without any traditional publicity and marketing approach – so zero interviews, zero city visits, no reels, no influencer content.'
