It reads:Dear [Name],I am [Name], and I'm in fifth grade. I have a school project where I have to choose a state, and I picked Missouri! For this project, I need to send letters to ten places in Missouri, so if you're reading this, consider yourself one of the lucky ones!It was really hard to pick which places to send letters to because all the places are so cool! There are three parts to this project: one is sending letters, another is collecting things from the places, and the last part is making a brochure with the information I gather. You're probably thinking, "Wow, that's a lot of work!" And yeah, it kind of is — I really need your help!If you'd like to help (which I hope you do!), please send some photos and information about your location. I'm not writing this letter for fun — I promise! I'd also love to visit someday, but I'm only 11, so maybe in the future. My teacher said this letter should be at least three paragraphs, so I'm trying my best here. Oh, and if you can, could you also send some artifacts or cool things from your area? That would be amazing (but only if you want to, of course).I think this counts as three paragraphs, right? Anyway, thank you so much for reading my letter and for sending anything back — even if it's just a short note. (But please don't send a hate letter! You know what they say in kindergarten — 'If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.') Okay, this is the end now — thanks again, and goodbye! Yours truly,[Name]
And this third-grader really, REALLY needs to learn their proverbs:
This person figured out the best way to get rid of your broken, old flatscreen TV (just bait some porch pirates):
This kid is learning — slowly, LOL — to control his emotions:
And this person learned it is a mistake to try to sneak out a fart near this indoor air quality monitor at their friend's house:
This middle-aged man learned that eventually mom — even 25 years later — will find your stash book (and not be happy!):
This grandma learned that "Merry Christmas" can be rearranged into something, shall we say, less festive:
And this pub made it their mission to teach octogenarians to read the fine print:
This person learned firsthand the old chestnut, "ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer":
This person was walking through their park, learning about the local flora, when they stumbled upon this curious plant called a "lamp post":
And this husband — upon discovering this pile — realized his wife is her workplace's official pen thief:
This middle-aged couple is going to learn that not ALL products should be bought in bulk (unless they are really, really, REALLY irregular):

'X-Men' Director Teases "Recognizably Different" MCU Reboot
A X-Men reboot is one of the next projects slated for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The long-running film franchise recently acquired rights to the iconic characters, and we've finally seen some of Fox's X-Men heroes appear in the MCU, the new reboot will be a 'recognizably different' take on the characters. Jake Schreier was recently confirmed to be the new director of the X-Men reboot. With the success of Thunderbolts under his belt, fans are eager to see how he'll apply his experience to a much different branch of Marvel characters. Now, while speaking with The Playlist, he offered his take on the matter. Here's what he shared after mentioning his intentions to create a 'recognizably different' X-Men movie: 'Yeah, I think that's fair to say,' he said. 'There's that red sniper dot out there somewhere, you know… But to be able to explore all of the ideas that are inherent to that rich source material, but also at the scale inherent to the source material, that's like a very rare and fortunate opportunity. That's very exciting.' He added: 'What I can say is, it's just inherently interesting and complex material… The core idea of what ' X-Men ' is involves complexity. It's an incredible opportunity with super interesting characters and [much] internal conflict. These characters are wrestling with their identity and place in the world—that's inherently interesting and complex material.' It's an exciting start to the X-Men reboot and what the Marvel Cinematic Universe has in store for the superhero team. While fans will have to accept a new version of the iconic superhero team, it will be bittersweet to finally have more comic-accurate depictions on the big screen. In the meantime, fans will see some of Fox's previous X-Men characters appear in Avengers: Doomsday . The Avengers sequel is scheduled to hit theaters on December 18, 2026. Stay tuned to ScreenGeek for any additional updates regarding the MCU franchise including Avengers: Doomsday and the X-Men reboot as we have them.

‘Dragon Quest I & II HD-2D Remake' Continues To Look Really Lovely
The upcoming Dragon Quest I & II HD-2D Remake still continues to impress and look lovely in its latest trailer. While the Western version of the Nintendo Direct omitted any mention of Dragon Quest I & II HD-2D Remake, the Japanese version covered the game quite a bit. Thankfully, Square Enix uploaded the trailer to their channel and in English, too. Unlike the Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake, this new instalment combines the first two games into one package. This makes sense, as the first two games were a lot shorter than the third game in the series. Moreover, Dragon Quest III was the narrative start of the original Erdrick trilogy, before Dragon Quest XI came along at least, and it makes sense storywise that the first two Dragon Quest games would follow the third for these remakes. It's also important to point out that in the first Dragon Quest, you only play as one character, that of Erdrick. Or, more accurately, the descendant that gets to use that name. FEATURED | Frase ByForbes™ Unscramble The Anagram To Reveal The Phrase Pinpoint By Linkedin Guess The Category Queens By Linkedin Crown Each Region Crossclimb By Linkedin Unlock A Trivia Ladder The second game includes more characters for your group, but the first Dragon Quest is a more solitary endeavor, and it will be interesting to see how that plays out in this new remake. I am also loving the very British voice acting and dialogue. It fit really well for the Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake, and this looks to be just as good, if not better. The other big news is that Dragon Quest I & II HD-2D Remake will also be released on Switch 2, as well as the original Switch, which I think is great. Dragon Quest has a very Nintendo-specific heritage to it, and it just feels right that Nintendo's latest console would also be supported for a game like this. Dragon Quest I & II HD-2D Remake will be released on October 30 for Switch, Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, via Steam. Follow me on X, Facebook and YouTube. I also manage Mecha Damashii and am currently featured in the Giant Robots exhibition currently touring Japan.
