The three appeared alongside a fifth suspect arrested in the matter, who said that he would also be applying for bail.
Advocate Pendani said his client was happy to be going back to his family.
"Remember, the court alluded to the fact that bail is to secure the attendance of the accused to court to ensure that the accused will finalise trial without evading as to ensure that he answers to the allegations, remember he is innocent until proven guilty, remember now he is presumed innocent, allegations remain allegations and will be tested in trial."

Likhona Fose's alleged murderer granted R5,000 bail
The Roodepoort magistrate's court has granted Mduduzi Mnisi, accused of murdering the 14-year-old Likhona Fose, bail of R5,000. The court previously heard Mnisi is allegedly linked to the crime through the statement of only one witness, who allegedly saw the child with him. Fose's mutilated body was discovered at an open veld in Durban Deep, Roodepoort, on June 1. Mnisi was released on parole in December 2018 after he was sentenced to 18 years' imprisonment for attempted murder and robbery with aggravating circumstances. During the bail application, the investigating officer, Sgt Moses Semosa, testified that an eyewitness had seen the accused going to his place with the deceased on May 31 about 4pm. However, Mnisi denied killing Fose, stating that he did not know the deceased and that his phone records would prove he was in Daveyton to meet his friends, 'Fish' and 'Madiba' at the time. National Prosecuting Authority Johannesburg regional spokesperson Phindi Mjonondwane said this alibi was investigated, and his phone was indeed linked to a tower in Daveyton. 'The accused called his girlfriend to give testimony that they were together on the 31st after 7pm and spent the night together, further stating that the accused never left her sight,' Mjonondwane said. She testified that he left on Sunday about 6pm, when he said he was going to see his mother. 'He spent Saturday night with me. We were together the whole of Sunday. He left about 6pm to see his mother,' she testified. Mjonondwane said this was contrary to the analysis of the accused's cellphone records that linked his phone to a tower in Kagiso at 8pm. 'The court also heard evidence from his parole officer, Neo Lakaje, who, upon getting details about Mnisi's phone being Daveyton, told the court that he had violated his parole conditions as he never obtained prior permission to be in another jurisdiction,' she said. The matter has been postponed to Friday for further investigations. TimesLIVE

Bail granted to Mduduzi Mnisi in shocking murder case of 14-year-old
Murder accused, 39-year-old Mduduzi Trevor Mnisi, charged with the premeditated murder of 14-year-old Likhona Fose, was granted bail of R5,000 on Wednesday by the Roodepoort Magistrate's Court. Image: Itumeleng English / Independent Newspapers The man accused of murdering a 14-year-old former Ikusasalethu Secondary School learner, Likhona Fose, was on Wednesday granted bail of R5,000. Mduduzi Trevor Mnisi, the 39-year-old parolee who faces several charges, including premeditated murder, appeared in the Roodepoort Magistrate's Court on Wednesday, where, due to a lack of evidence linking him to the disappearance of the Durban Deep learner, he was granted bail. Mnisi, who was allegedly last seen with Likhona in May, the day she went missing, has previously denied his involvement in the gruesome murder. Likhona's mysterious disappearance sent shockwaves among the community of Braamfischerville and Durban Deep after she was found mutilated, just a day after her disappearance on June 1. The matter was postponed to Friday, July 11. Mnisi is currently out on parole for a 2009 robbery and attempted murder conviction. His release comes a week after his girlfriend, Pinky Gantso, testified and provided an alibi for the day Likhona disappeared, stating that Mnisi had visited her in Daveyton on the night in question. The State, which had opposed bail, was accused of relying heavily on a witness statement claiming Mnisi was seen with Likhona on May 31, shortly before she was reported missing. The investigating officer in the matter, Moses Semosa, who testified last week, insisted that Mnisi was the last person to be seen with Likhona around Durban Deep, adding that due to Mnisi's previous conviction, he should not be granted bail. Semosa returned to the stand in the Roodepoort Magistrate's Court on Wednesday as Mnisi continued his bid for bail. He revealed that Gantso's evidence corroborates Mnisi's claims that he was in Daveyton at the time. "I have the cellphone records of the applicant who is appearing here before the court. Your worship, the information that I am reading here shows that on the 31st May, 2025, at 16:55:49 seconds... the tower shows Daveyton. It also shows that he had communication with another person... At 20:01, the tower shows Kagiso," the officer stated. In his defence, Mnisi gave the court an account of his whereabouts on the day of Likhona's disappearance. He said: "That Saturday, I went to Daveyton. When I came back, it was approximately past 7 to 8 in the evening,' he told the court.
