The online counselling process for admission to BTech, BArch, BPlan, BCAT and Integrated MSc courses through OJEE and JEE Main 2025 has started. Candidates have been asked to read the counselling brochure and the step by step process and stay updated with new notices.
'Students need to understand these rules to avoid any confusion. OJEE authority will not be responsible if a student does a mistake by not understand the rules correctly,' an official statement said.

Candidate registration/choice filling for BTECH/BARCH/BPLAN/ALBCAT/Int M.Sc. programs under OJEE start date: June 20
Display of mock seat allotment-1 based on choices filled-in by the candidates as on June 30, 5.00 PM: July 1
Choice lock facility activation using candidate password/OTP starts: On July 3
Reconciliation of data, verification, and validation of allocated seats: July 5 to 6
Display of allotment round - 1: July 8
OJEE counselling 2025 will be held in three rounds. Candidates can check the detailed schedule here.
OJEE said that after the final allotment, all candidates who pay the part admission cum seat confirmation fee and verify their documents can download the final allotment letter and report to the finally-allotted institute/college as per the schedule.

Those who do not report at the allotted institute will be considered cancelled for admission and the vacant seat will be filled at institute/college-level admission.
Allotment to 2nd OJEE/ special OJEE candidates will be done from the vacant seats only. Therefore candidates must take care while filling the choice for the second or special round.
Candidates who do not get any seat after the first and second rounds or whose allotment is cancelled but remain eligible for subsequent rounds can modify their choices by giving a consent, it added.

The Indian Navy has invited applications from unmarried men and women for Permanent Commission (PC) officers in Executive and Technical branches under the 10+2 (B Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme. Selected candidates will undergo a four-year BTech course at the Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala, Kerala, after which they will be commissioned as officers. Vacancies and Eligibility A total of 44 vacancies have been announced for this entry, including a maximum of six vacancies for women candidates. Applicants must be born between July 2, 2006, and January 1, 2009 (both dates inclusive). Branch allocation between Executive and Technical (Engineering & Electrical) disciplines will be decided at INA. Educational and Exam Requirements Candidates must have passed the Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 pattern) or an equivalent exam from a recognised board with a minimum of 70% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM), and at least 50% marks in English (in either Class 10 or 12). Only those who have appeared for JEE (Main) 2025 for B.E./ are eligible to apply. Shortlisting for the Service Selection Board (SSB) interview will be based on the JEE Main 2025 All India Common Rank List (CRL) released by NTA. Selection Process Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email and SMS for SSB interviews, scheduled from September 2025 at SSB centres in Bangalore, Bhopal, Kolkata, and Visakhapatnam. The final merit list will be prepared based on SSB scores, and only medically fit candidates will be considered for appointment, subject to verification processes and availability of vacancies. Training and Benefits Selected candidates will join INA as cadets and pursue a four-year BTech degree in Applied Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics & Communication Engineering. The degree will be awarded by Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). The Indian Navy will bear the entire cost of training, including study material, clothing, and food. Application Process Eligible candidates must register and submit their applications online at the official website. It is advised to keep relevant documents-including 10th and 12th marksheets, JEE (Main) 2025 scorecard, and a recent passport-size photograph-ready in scanned format for upload. Only one application per candidate is permitted. Once submitted, no changes will be entertained. Candidates must remain unmarried throughout the training period. Any violation of this condition will result in discharge and reimbursement of training expenses.

Indian Army's Super-50 initiative helps 44 Manipur students clear NEET, JEE

IMPHAL: Indian Army felicitated 44 Manipur students who cleared JEE and NEET examinations this year after being trained at the Red Shield Centre for Excellence and Wellness, commonly known as 'Manipur Super-50', officials said on Wednesday. Defence spokesman Lt Col Amit Shukla said that six out of these 44 students cleared both the NEET and JEE exams. Philem Jenin Singh is one of the Manipur state NEET toppers with a 97.06 percentile. Lt Col Shukla said that Manipur Super-50 is an initiative supported by the Indian Army in collaboration with National Integrity and Educational Development Organisation (NIEDO), aimed at providing free, high-quality coaching, mentorship and resources to talented students from underprivileged backgrounds in the state. This dedicated support has empowered many students to secure admissions in premier medical and engineering institutes across the country, transforming their aspirations into reality, he said. In NEET-2025, 37 students from the Super-50 successfully cleared the exam, marking a significant achievement for the programme. Despite numerous challenges, these students have displayed extraordinary resilience, dedication and focus, the spokesman said. According to Lt Col Shukla, many have been studying under difficult conditions, often amidst disruptions to normal life. Their success stands as a testament to their unyielding determination to pursue education, build a brighter future and be a responsible citizen. During the ceremony held in the Bishnupur district on Tuesday, Army and civil administration officials congratulated the successful students and interacted warmly with their parents, acknowledging the sacrifices and support provided by families. The hard work of the students and determination have brought pride to their families and communities, and their success reflects the positive impact of the Super 50 initiative, the official said. He said that their outstanding performance is a testament to their perseverance, as well as the focused mentorship and support provided under the Super-50 initiative. In JEE-2025, 13 students from the Super-50 qualified for the exam, showcasing the programme's academic excellence and commitment to nurturing future engineers. Prizes were presented to the achievers as a token of appreciation and encouragement. Parents expressed deep gratitude to the Indian Army for nurturing and guiding their children. The Indian Army reiterated its steadfast commitment to promoting education and youth empowerment in Manipur, emphasising that initiatives like the Red Shield Centre for Excellence and Wellness 'Manipur Super-50' not only transform individual lives but also contribute significantly to peace and progress in society, the defence PRO said. This event stood as a powerful symbol of hope, collaboration, and the limitless potential of Manipur's youth, he added. Wanaparthy: Free textbooks were distributed on Wednesday to Intermediate second year students (MPC, BiPC, and CEC streams in both English and Telugu mediums) at the government junior college, Pebbair by in-charge principal Obul Reddy along with the faculty. He emphasised that every student should attend college regularly, be present by the time of the morning assembly, and avoid being absent. All subject classes are being conducted; students should listen attentively and complete their homework on the same day it is given. Doing so will prevent stress and help them study happily. He urged students to study the provided textbooks diligently at home, maintain discipline, and take full advantage of the academic environment. Reddy assured students that facilities such as toilets, clean drinking water and well-equipped science labs are available. Experienced lecturers are present to teach every subject, and urged them to approach the faculty with any doubts. Senior lecturers Hanumanth Reddy and C. Krishnaiah said, along with subject material, students would also be provided with notes on general knowledge to help with future competitive exams. Special subject-wise classes for JEE Mains, NEET and EAMCET are also being conducted; relevant notes will be distributed. The students who received textbooks expressed joy and happiness. Lecturers Gnaneshwar Reddy, Naveen Kumar, Ravinder, Zakir Hussain, Eshwar, Venkatalakshmi, Shilpa and staff attended.
