Jennifer Garner spends time with boyfriend John Miller while ex Ben Affleck looks glum in LA
On Sunday, the 53-year-old actress appeared giddy as she shared a laugh with her off-again-on-again partner of seven years.
She kept it casual as she stepped out of his pickup truck for a morning stroll.
The Elektra star dressed for comfort as she paired a butter yellow, long-sleeved T-shirt with navy blue leggings, green socks and black running sneakers.
She shielded her eyes from the sun in a denim blue baseball cap and oversize sunglasses as she shared a laugh with her beau, who seemed to be dressed for a different casual occasion, at one point.
Meanwhile, her ex-husband Ben Affleck was looking glum during a separate outing in the city after his ex-wife Jennifer Lopez released a heartbreaking song about their divorce.
He appeared solemn as he stepped out in the city, with his car keys, his phone and a pack of cigarettes in his hands.
For his solo outing, the Batman star layered a blue button-down shirt over a white T-shirt, rolling up the sleeves for the warm weather.
His business casual outfit also comprised of dark jeans and matching Jordan sneakers.
He was seen walking through a busy alley while running errands.
He appeared to be a glum mood as his ex-wife JLo had recently dropped a song about their divorce, in which she referred to their failed marriage as 'wreckage.'
He has also been stuck in a marital home turmoil as his and Lopez's $60 million mansion fails to sale even though it has been up for sale for a year.
Since then, he has also been hunting for a pad closer to his ex Jennifer Garner for their kids.
He and Garner were previously married for a decade before separating in 2015. The former couple share three teenage children: Violet, 19, Fin, 16, and Samuel, 13.
She has been dating Miller since 2018, the same year her divorce with Affleck was finalized.

Last August, Lopez filed for divorce from her fourth husband on what would have been their second wedding anniversary.
The collapse of their marriage was the culmination of months of rumors that the couple's relationship was skidding towards implosion.
Only that February, JLo had put out and album and a movie musical called This Is Me... Now as a paean to Affleck — a follow-up to her 2002 LP This Is Me... Then, written during and about their first romance, which also ultimately went up in smoke.
Now she appears to have returned to the subject of him in her music, in the lyrics to a song called Wreckage of You that she played at the listening party.
One of the guests, Edgardo Luis Rivera, shared that JLo 'kept thinking of the word "wreck" because it means destruction, but she wasn't destroyed. In fact, the lyrics of the song are: "I'm stronger after the wreckage of you,"' via Us Weekly.
'Wreckage of You is a pop ballad that she told us she cowrote and recorded two weeks ago. She said she was lying in bed after a long day of tour rehearsals when the idea of the song came to her,' Edgardo spilled.
'She mentioned how last year was a very difficult time for her both personally and professionally. She had to cancel her tour and really focus on herself,' he noted.
The former couple are also currently struggling with the sale of their marital home after purchasing the mansion in cash for $60.8 million in May 2023, nearly one year into their union.

They broke up the following year, listing the home for $68M in July after they were unsuccessful in selling it off the market.
As they struggled to get the property off their hands, they subsequently lowered the price by $8 million.
According to the outlet, real estate records now show the sprawling property has been removed from the market, per People.
Last month an insider exclusively told the Daily Mail, 'Ben and JLo slashed the price on their Beverly Hills mansion for $8 million less than they paid for it, but this is nothing to Ben.'
'He really just wants this to be sold so that he can cut the final cord that keeps him and Jennifer intertwined,' it was added.
Affleck spent last Sunday house-hunting for bachelor pads in the Brentwood neighborhood not far from Garner's $7.8M four-bedroom Brentwood Park home.

It's been a year since Affleck closed escrow on his last property, a $20.5M five-bedroom Brentwood mansion, after separating from second wife Jennifer.
Meanwhile, Jennifer has started home renovations to her new $17.5M five-bedroom Hidden Hills mansion.
DailyMail's source said Ben and Jennifer's shared abode 'caused drama' in their marriage because the Argo director 'never wanted to shell out that much for this home to begin with.'
'[Ben] knows [Jennifer] will always have a presence in his life with their kids remaining best friends, but this house is the one last thing that is a symbol of their marriage,' the person close to the couple continued.

Tim Tebow and Miss Universe wife welcome first child together... and reveal heartwarming story behind baby's name
Tim Tebow and his Miss Universe wife have welcomed their first child together. The 37-year-old college football icon and his model wife Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters announced the news with an emotional post on Instagram on Monday. The couple shared a series of black-and-white photos of themselves in the hospital alongside their new daughter. The caption read: 'Our daughter is here! We couldn't be more grateful for the blessing and gift of this new little life. 'We're so grateful to the whole medical team that assisted us in the best way possible during my labor and delivery. From our doctor to our nurses and all the hospital staff — we are so grateful and thankful for you. 'To my sweet friend @hannahjanoe thank you for capturing one of the most special moments of our lives so perfectly. 'Thank you to everyone who's been praying with us over her arrival. We are so incredibly thankful for all of the love and support we've felt. 'We can't wait to share her name with you soon'. However, it didn't take long for that announcement. Just hours later, the couple returned to Instagram to share a joint post which revealed their daughter's name. The post read: 'Meet our daughter, Daphne Reign Tebow. 'Daphne is a name that's been close to my heart since I was a little girl. I never got to meet my mom's mother, but her sister, Daphne, stepped in as a grandma figure to me. 'And Reign… it's a name that holds so much meaning. But more than anything, her name reminds us that when you're adopted into God's family, you become a child of the King. You were made to rule and reign—not in power, but in purpose, love, and identity. 'So here she is — our daughter. Our answered prayer. Daphne Reign Tebow — created in the image of God. Royalty as His princess. Our biggest prayer over her is to reign in God's purpose for her life'. The couple first announced the news that they were expecting a child back in January in a joint Instagram post. The birth of their daughter comes five years after the couple got married At the time, the couple wrote: 'We're over the moon to step into parenthood together'. Tebow and wife married in 2020 and are celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary on January 20. After brief stints with Denver Broncos and New York Jets, the Philippines-born star Tebow was only used in the offseason or as a practice squad member by New England Patriots, Philadelphia Eagles and Jacksonville Jaguars before being released by the latter in 2021. He has also tried his hand in professional baseball in recent years, signing a minor league baseball contract with the New York Mets in 2016 and playing outfield for the organization for five years.

Cierra Ortega exits 'Love Island USA' villa following backlash over resurfaced racial slur posts
Cierra Ortega, a contestant of this summer's 'Love Island USA' left the villa just a week before the finale of the hit reality series is set to air on Peacock. Her departure, announced Sunday, followed weeks of uproar from viewers after old posts from Ortega resurfaced that contained a racial slur against Asian people. The show's narrator, Iain Stirling, announced Ortega had departed 'due to a personal situation' early in Sunday's episode. Ortega becomes the second contestant this season to depart the show amid controversy due to past social media posts. Yulissa Escobar abruptly exited last month in the second episode after clips of her using racist language resurfaced online. Her departure was also not explained in the show. A spokesperson for the show declined to comment Monday. Ortega's family posted to her Instagram story Sunday evening following the announcement of her departure, asking the public 'for compassion. For patience. For basic human decency. 'While Cierra is not in the villa anymore, she is still away. She hasn't had the chance to process any of this or speak for herself," her family wrote. "But we know our daughter. We know her heart. And when she returns, we believe she'll face this with honesty, growth, and grace.' Her family said they, along with Ortega's friends and online supporters, have received threats, attacks and cruel messages on social media, noting that 'no one deserve that kind of hate, no matter what mistakes they've made.' 'Love Island USA' is an American spin-off of the original U.K. series and is airing its seventh season. The show airs daily except Wednesdays and brings young singles together in a remote villa in Fiji to explore connections with the ultimate goal of finding love. Couples undergo challenges and are encouraged test their romantic connections as new contestants are introduced. Islanders are routinely 'dumped' from the villa throughout the series as stronger couples form. The winning couple receives $100,000. The show, which strips contestants of their phones or access to the outside world, has previously asked fans to avoid cyberbullying contestants. Host Ariana Madix called for fans to stop doxxing and harassing the show's stars in a recent interview with The Associated Press. Ortega entered the villa at the end of the first episode as a bombshell, one of the first in a steady stream of new contestants who come in after the show began, often expected to disrupt existing couples and create new relationship dynamics. Ortega quickly coupled up with Nic Vansteenberghe, whom she remained with up until her departure. Her exit broke up one of the few consistent couples of the season. The couple had just announced a few episodes prior they were 'closed off,' a popular 'Love Island' phrase to indicate neither contestant was interested in exploring a connection with any other islander. 'Before Cierra had left, my mind was clear. I knew what the future would look like, and now, I'm lost,' Vansteenberghe said during Sunday's episode. Vansteenberghe stayed on the show as a single islander after Ortega left, and he ultimately re-coupled with fellow contestant Olandria Carthen before the end of the episode. Belle-A Walker, a contestant who was dumped earlier this season, took to Instagram to express heartbreak over Ortega's resurfaced posts. Walker, who is Asian American, said she is 'deeply appreciative' of the show's producers 'for taking a stand and making it clear that racism of any kind is not tolerated.' 'Asian hate is oftentimes overlooked and dismissed. But being a first-generation American, I have personally witnessed and experienced how real and hurtful comments like these are," Walker wrote on her Instagram story page. "It is my hope that this situation can help shed light on how big of an issue anti-Asian hate really is.'
