Watch: Israeli politician follows Trump and shares AI video of Gaza's future
ALBAWABA - An Israeli politician called Gila Gamliel recently sparked outrage on social media among pro-Palestine activists after sharing an AI video showcasing the future of Gaza, despite the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Strip since Oct. 7, 2023.
The member of the Israeli Political-Security Cabinet showcased a Gaza similar to US President Donald Trump's recent AI rendition of the Strip, with real estate buildings and resorts replacing the destroyed homes of Palestinians due to constant Israeli bombardment.
Gamliel and Israeli Prime Minister were also featured in the video alongside Trump, who was giving a speech to several Israelis. Additionally, Ivanka Trump and Sarah Netanyahu were also seen walking alongside their husbands, while touring the newly built areas in Gaza.

While not as wild as Trump's "Riviera" rendition, which included bearded belly dancers, golden statues, and more, the video sparked anger among human rights activists who deemed it "disrespectful" and "inhumane" towards the Gazans who lost their homes and are currently suffering from famine due to blocked humanitarian aid.
The AI-generated video even featured a Trump Tower to showcase Israel's political ties with the US.
The video was captioned in Hebrew on X (formerly known as Twitter), "Exposure: This is what Gaza will look like in the future. Voluntary migration of Gazans only with Trump and Netanyahu."
Gamliel added, "It's us or - them! Link to the voluntary migration plan from Gaza that I submitted to the cabinet in the first week of the 'Iron Swords' war on 13.10.23 in the first response."
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza has resulted in the killing of at least 59,000 Palestinians and the injuring of at least 142,500.
Additionally, in the past 24 hours, over 111 Palestinians have died of hunger, including at least 80 children, according to the Health Ministry of Gaza.

'They will never remain there': Israeli minister sparks outrage over Gaza remarks
ALBAWABA – Israeli media have been very critical of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's government, calling its actions "disgraceful" in many areas. The reaction comes as internal tensions rise and France's plan to recognize a Palestinian state causes debate around the world. Journalists on Israel's Channel 13 had strong reactions to what French President Emmanuel Macron said recently. Macron said that France would officially recognize the State of Palestine at the September UN General Assembly. Macron also asked for an end to the war in Gaza right away and stressed the need to keep people safe. Israeli leaders and the media quickly told France to change its mind, and many people wondered if Paris was "rewarding terrorism." The US quickly confirmed its backing for Israel, which was different from what Macron said. Ofir Bronstein, an Israeli advisor to the French president, said that Hamas had taken advantage of the lack of power in Gaza and revealed that he had told Macron to back the idea of a Palestinian state. Macron didn't say that he agreed with the idea, but he also didn't say that he didn't. Israeli media said that France was acting politically in a two-sided way by continuing to deny Palestinians their rights, which they said was a major cause of the October 7 killings and Operation "Al-Aqsa Flood." In the West Bank, there was "disgraceful performance." In a local editorial, Dror Etkes, who used to be a field worker for the Peace Now movement, gave Netanyahu a very harsh review of how he is managing the West Bank. Etkes told Israeli media that the present government has "demonstrated disgraceful operational capabilities" in many areas, mainly when it comes to settlement policies and running the government. Etkes said that the far-right, especially Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, now has real power in the West Bank instead of the troops. Basically, he said, Smotrich uses a personal agent to handle settlement growth and civil issues, leaving the official civil administration out of the picture. He said that this change has led to the selective application of Israeli law, which is harshly applied to Palestinians while ignoring breaches by settlers. It was told by Etkes that this trend has gotten worse under Netanyahu's present government. He said that the government's "settlement triangle" was made up of three main parts: the building of over 100 new settlements; the moving of 80–90 Palestinian towns; and the taking of large areas of land. Etkes says that the government has given power to extreme groups of settlers at the cost of Palestinian rights and military control. 🔴🇮🇱Israeli Heritage Minister Amichai Eliyahu: "The army must find ways more painful than death for the civilians in Gaza. Killing them is not enough." — China in English (@ChinainEnglis) July 25, 2025 "Erasure of Gaza" is pushed by ministers. Heritage Minister Amichai Eliyahu said on Channel 12 that the Gaza Strip should be fully turned into a Jewish area and that Palestinians would no longer be allowed to live there. This caused even more debate. Eliyahu didn't like the idea of Jews living in "enclosed cantons." He said that Palestinians should be kept away from everyone else instead. "They'll never stay there." "Never," he said. Such language supports the idea that the government is actively working to "erasure of Gaza," as Channel 12's reporter pointed out. She warned that these words will do a lot of damage to foreign relations when they are turned into other languages. Political expert Amit Segal made it clear that these unpopular policies are not just being talked about; they are being put into action. He said that Israeli officials should know that their words have an effect on people all over the world, which strengthens the case for Palestinians abroad. At the same time, Yinon Magal, a host on Channel 14, criticized other reporters for spreading what he called "emotional propaganda" about the humanitarian situation in Gaza. He didn't believe the stories of famine and said the media was spreading fake pity by jokingly saying they were planning donation drives to help the people of Gaza.

Israel destroys massive aid shipments as Gaza faces worsening famine
Published July 25th, 2025 - 10:55 GMT ALBAWABA - As worries about the well-being of people in Gaza grow around the world, the Israeli military is said to have burned tens of thousands of tons of food and medical supplies as a result of what it called "logistical failures" in transport and storage. Military sources told Israel's public station Kan that the burned help was the same amount as what would fit in about 1,000 cars. They said that thousands of aid items had been left out in the sun for long periods of time, which led to the choice to get rid of them. The person said, "We will have to keep destroying the packages if they are not sent to Gaza." The damage happened at a time when there is a severe humanitarian disaster in the Gaza Strip. Reports say that there is a lot of hunger in the area, where more than 2.3 million people are stuck. Some families who have had to leave their homes are eating potato peels to stay alive. The Israeli army said that the help was thrown away because of problems with how it was being distributed in Gaza. But relief groups say that ongoing Israeli limits, military action, and attacks by settlers on supply lines have made it very hard for important aid to get to those who need it. الحرب على غزة مباشر.. إسرائيل تتلف مساعدات للقطاع وقطر ومصر تؤكدان استمرار الوساطة لقراءة المزيد : — صحيفة الانباط اليومية (@alanbatnet1) July 25, 2025 Some crossings, like Kerem Abu Salem (also written as Kerem Shalom) and Erez, are still closed. This could be because of military actions in Rafah or because Israeli settlements are still attacking aid convoys coming from other countries, especially Jordan. Because Israel is bombing, the Rafah border crossing with Egypt is also closed. People around the world are angry about the move, and political leaders and foreign groups are calling on Israel to let emergency aid in without any problems. Cities all over the world have held protests calling for an instant end to the ban on Gaza and the end of the fighting. The UN's Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food, Michael Fakhri, said that condemnations have not worked and that Israel should be punished. Fakhri told Al Jazeera that Israeli forces are blocking aid "in plain sight of the world" and asked Arab countries to keep up the pressure to make sure aid gets to people who need it the most. The destruction of important humanitarian aid is the latest step in a war that has brought Gaza to the edge of failure and sparked calls for immediate action from the rest of the world. © 2000 - 2025 Al Bawaba (

Massive outrage in Tel Aviv: Trump says Macron ‘Carries no weight'
Published July 25th, 2025 - 02:55 GMT ALBAWABA - Washington and Paris: Former U.S. President Donald Trump strongly disagreed with French President Emmanuel Macron's recent decision to recognize the State of Palestine, calling it "meaningless" and not having any political weight. Also Read Israel launches a new wave of airstrikes on southern Lebanon The world is angry about Israel's military activities in Gaza, which led to Macron's statement, which is a big change in policy from a major Western power. Reporters were told this by Trump at the White House: "What Macron says doesn't matter. We pulled out of the talks in Gaza because Hamas doesn't want peace. There needs to be a fight until Hamas is gone. Trump's words come after Macron's promise to officially recognize Palestine at the September UN General Assembly. Macron told Mahmoud Abbas, the president of the Palestinian Authority, in a message that France would continue to work for world recognition of Palestine as a state and encourage other countries to do the same. France is the first country in the G7 to support Palestinian independence since 2024, when Spain, Norway, and Ireland did the same. Macron said that the move was necessary to protect the two-state solution and help with the growing humanitarian situation in Gaza. But Israeli and American leaders were very angry about it. Israeli officials called France's move a "diplomatic bomb" that could do a lot of damage to ties between the two countries. The move was also criticized by U.S. officials, who called it "reckless" and said it would likely give Hamas more power. — Sky News (@SkyNews) July 25, 2025 Macron's decision comes just a few days before France and Saudi Arabia co-host a UN peace meeting. The goal of the meeting is to get the political process moving again toward a calm and providing aid to people in Gaza. Macron is set to officially give the award at the UN General Assembly in New York at the beginning of September. Diplomats say that the French move could make countries that aren't sure about recognizing Palestine, like the UK, Germany, and Australia, change their minds. The political impact keeps getting worse. Human rights and pro-Palestinian groups praise France, but it could hurt its security and intelligence relationships with the U.S. and Israel this way. Israel is said to have threatened possible reprisal actions, such as cutting off cooperation and sharing of information with Paris in the area. Germany has said it won't follow France's lead in the near future. The UK, on the other hand, said it would still back a Palestinian state "eventually," but stressed that it would put emergency aid first. © 2000 - 2025 Al Bawaba (
