WAG bans boyfriend from filthy act ahead of moving in together
Tequila Tierra founder Paris Tier, who is dating Greater Western Sydney Giants player Conor Stone, has laid out the couple's set of rules ahead of them moving in together.
'Conor and I are moving in together, and while you guys might think I am dating him for his money, I put together a rental prenup,' she said in a TikTok video, essentially saying the couple set out rules for living together.
She said having boundaries when it comes to living with a partner was important, and the situation was 100 per cent her idea. Ms Tier currently lives alone and only has to pay for herself.
'Bringing someone else into the situation — especially someone who eats the same as three people — my bills and everything are going to go up,' she said.
'Some of the things in this bill is our rental agreement, which covered who is going to pay for what.'
She said as her boyfriend earns more than her, he will cover more.
Ms Tier said that it was all about lifting each other up, and the prenup was there to reinforce that.
'For example, if you're living together for two months and your boyfriend starts farting in front of you — that's going to de-romanticise the relationship a lot,' she said.
'It's not really something I want to happen. So, I would write in the prenup 'I don't want you to fart in front of me'.'
She said that was a 'huge no no' for her.
The living agreement also dictates what chores each person would do.
For example, Stone takes out the garbage and Ms Tier focuses on washing sheets and cooking.
'I think it's really important to set boundaries like this so that in a few months, when you enter the roommate stage, you can come back and reflect on that,' she said.
'Every relationship is different so it might not work for you, but it works for us.'
Most people supported her thinking, saying it was incredibly important to have transparency and boundaries when living with a partner.
'Would love to know how you worked out your percentages for bills and rent etc. Also thank goodness I started farting before moving in together,' one said.
Another added: 'Thankyou for speaking up about this. It doesn't matter if your partner has a cent to his name, the only certainty in life are death and taxes. Protect yourself about the rest.'
'Go girl - All for transparency and setting boundaries,' another said.
One added: 'So smart girly.'
'Being smart about each others money is love beacause you care about each other hard earned money,' another commented.

Eels playmaker's snub is biggest slap in the face for Newcastle
Newcastle has been dealt another black eye with reports Dylan Brown turned down an opportunity to join the club early last month. With the club in crisis following revelations Kalyn Ponga is exploring a move to overseas rugby, the latest news about the Eels playmaker is the last thing the club needed. As revealed by Code Sport on Tuesday, Brown was told Parramatta would not stand in his way if he wanted to join the Knights early before he June 30 deadline. FOX LEAGUE, available on Kayo Sports, is the only place to watch every game of every round in the 2025 NRL Telstra Premiership, LIVE with no ad-breaks during play. New to Kayo? Get your first month for just $1. Limited-time offer. With a 10-year deal reportedly worth around $13m on the table, Brown and Ponga are the one-two punch the club has gambled its future on. Now it appears neither of them want to be there. The staggering report from Code Sports, suggests Brown elected to remain in the Blue and Yellow colours even after being informed by Eels coach Jason Ryles he would be dropped to play in NSW Cup this season. With the Eels' 2025 campaign already in tatters, Ryles has reportedly been given the green light from the front office to shake things up and test junior talent Joash Papalii in the halves alongside Dean Hawkins before Mitchell Moses returns from a calf muscle injury. Brown was moved to hooker during the club's loss to the Panthers and has been dropped for their clash with the Raiders in Canberra on Saturday. This is the decision Brown made when he had the option of starting his new life in Newcastle on the front foot. Brown's decision has left some NRL commentators staggered. Leading NRL journalist Andrew Webster said on the Off The Record podcast there has been a lot of angst from former players at the Knights about the fat contract given to Brown. 'I've been told Parramatta were prepared to let Dylan Brown go to Newcastle early,' Webster said. 'Even telling him that he would be playing NSW Cup. And he preferred to stay.' Webster went on to say: 'Don't you think it says more that he didn't go? He had the opportunity to go there and there's so many questions.' Ryles told Code Sports there is no lingering resentment between himself and Brown with both parties understanding they are on different paths. It makes Brown's decision to remain with the club for the next three months even more staggering. Brown's apparent disinterest in the Knights is another public relations nightmare for a club that is already facing reports coach Adam O'Brien is circling the drain and Ponga is looking for the exit sign. Knights centre Bradman Best was on Tuesday left to be the person answering all the tough questions from reporters after the Ponga bombshell dropped on Monday. Best said hasn't heard anything definitive from Ponga or O'Brien. Ponga still has two years left on his deal, but reports suggest the injured skipper has linked up with a New Zealand rugby agent to scour the market for a potential code switch. The Maroons fullback joined the club in 2018, and while they've made finals in four of the past five seasons, they've never threatened for a title since he's been there. Scoring points has been a major issue for the Knights, with Brown's arrival next year on huge money meant to sort out those issues. Fairly or unfairly, Brown's decision to see out his season with the Eels also does not reflect well on O'Brien when the coach is fighting to save his job. They are just one win above the bottom-placed Titans and have scored the fewest points in the competition with a stack of changes in the halves over the past two years. The news about Ponga's itchy feet must also be difficult for Brown to hear. The opportunity to play with one of the best players in the game was one of the biggest selling points the club had to get Brown to sign on the bottom line. NRL legend Cameron Smith on Monday night said: 'I'm sure he (Ponga) was a big reason why he'd want to move to Newcastle. 'One would've been the money, but two when you're playing with one of the best talents in the game.' Responding on Channel 9's 100% Footy, Phil Gould said: 'I'm sure that (playing with Ponga) would have been raised with Dylan when they tried to sign him.' If the Knights weren't in crisis before, they are now.

Inside content creator's $2.7m dream home switch
Controversial online personality Annie Knight splashed $2.7m on a 'forever home' after making $600,000 from an extreme six-hour stunt. The big-ticket purchase of a four-bedroom house with a pool is a big upgrade from her previous most expensive investment, an acreage home bought for $1.37m in August last year. Knight has now listed the earlier purchase, a Gold Coast house she had rented at $1100 a week, for sale. 'I bought the house of my dreams that doesn't need any renovating in a different area,' she said. 'So then I decided to sell the home I bought last year since I'd bought that with the intention of renovating and living in it. 'As an investment property, it just didn't make sense.' The 28-year-old, who was this week ranked in the top 0.01 per cent of creators on an online subscription platform, earlier revealed she had leveraged $600,000 in profit from a one-day filming event involving 583 people. 'When I say this is my dream home I mean it. It is so, so perfect, so much space, huge backyard, a pool.' While her purchase of the new four-bedroom house is yet to settle, Knight has listed her Currumbin Waters property for auction on August 22. The Tierney Drive home has three bedroom and two bathrooms over a 4,388 sqm bushland parcel, and is marketed by Coastal agent Emisha Canning. 'Tucked away at the end of a quiet street, this sun-dappled hideaway feels more like a secret treehouse than a suburban home,' the listing states. Features include high ceilings, timber floors and large windows framing a green outlook. An open-plan kitchen and dining zone flow to outdoor decking, while the main bedroom has an ensuite and there's also a study nook. The home's location was described as 'a quiet, family-friendly pocket where the bush meets the sea, just 10 minutes from Currumbin's surf breaks and rockpools, with local shops and sporting facilities all within easy reach'. Knight said the house had been rented last year, with the tenants since vacating ahead of the sale. PropTrack data shows house prices in Currumbin Waters were up 7.1 per cent over the past 12 months to a median of $1.2m. Knight retains another local investment property.

Adam Cerra fined $5,550 for umpire contact during busy night at AFL Tribunal
Carlton midfielder Adam Cerra has received a $5,550 fine after becoming the first player to front the AFL Tribunal following the league's controversial crackdown on contact with umpires. Under the AFL's measures announced at the start of the month, Cerra was referred directly to the tribunal after a collision with umpire Rob O'Gorman in last week's loss to Brisbane. It was the fourth time he had been booked for the offence within two years, triggering the hearing instead of him being able to have an early guilty plea accepted. The AFL is concerned about the growing prevalence of the collisions, which mostly happen at centre bounces. Cerra, who watched the hearing via video link but did not give any evidence, pleaded guilty. The 25-year-old had been backing away from Lions opponent Lachie Neale late in the second quarter when he made contact with O'Gorman. Carlton argued Cerra should only receive a $5,000 fine, saying he likely would have contested previous charges had the direct referral for umpire contact been in place before this month. However, the AFL pushed for the sanction to be $6,250, meaning the two parties spent more an hour debating over $1,250. The tribunal deliberated for 30 minutes before deciding to meet almost in the middle at $5,550. "To penalise Cerra for the higher number of umpire contacts this year would be unfair," Blues barrister Elizabeth Bateman told the panel. "It would be punishing him for events that he has absolutely no control over." Cerra's Carlton teammate George Hewett and Gold Coast star Matt Rowell are among other players set to face the tribunal should they be cited for umpire contact again this season. In a busy night of disciplinary hearings, Brisbane Lions premiership player Zac Bailey failed to overturn a one-match ban for rough conduct. The in-form Lion challenged his suspension for a high bump on Carlton defender Nick Haynes. Brisbane's lawyer Adrian Anderson tried to have the charge downgraded from medium to low impact, meaning Bailey would be fined instead of missing this Friday night's clash with the Western Bulldogs. Haynes was not injured in the incident and played out the match, but did touch his face to acknowledge there was high contact made. Anderson used seven examples of bumps similar to Bailey's that were graded low. But the tribunal disagreed and decided to accept the match review officer's grading of medium impact. "The bump was high and had the potential to cause injury … the tribunal is not bound by previous decisions," tribunal chair Jeff Gleeson said. The last matter for the night was North Melbourne ruckman Tristan Xerri, who failed to overturn his three-match suspension for an incident that resulted in Melbourne midfielder Tom Sparrow being concussed. North attempted to downgrade the charge from careless conduct, which would have resulted in Xerri escaping suspension. Despite giving evidence, with Xerri saying he reached out to Sparrow by text to check if he was OK, the 26-year-old was not successful. Xerri, who is contention for an All-Australian berth, will sit out matches against Sydney, Geelong and St Kilda. AAP
