If you had a time machine the first thing you would do is make sure you found these bed sheet tags decades ago so you never had to fight your fitted sheet.
1. Affresh washing machine tablets because I feel like we never remember to clean the things that are supposed to be cleaning other things…Like, of course our clothes come out stinky when we've literally never thought to clean the actual machine.
Promising review:"I purchased Affresh for the dishwasher first and it saved my dishwasher from the scrapyard. After being so thoroughly impressed by the job that the product did, I decided to try the washing machine cleaner. I didn't think my machine was that dirty… O. M. G. I was wrong. The water in the machine was literally black with filth!! Not gray or a little scummy— I mean completely black! It's hard to see in the photos, but look at where the water meets the drum. Horrifying to think this machine 'cleaned' my clothes. I wish I could go back in time and buy this thing like two years ago. I'm horrified (and so satisfied with the results)!" — M

Check out a TikTok of the foot masks in action.
To use, simply open the bootie, slip your foot inside, remove the backing from the tab to secure it around your ankle, and wear 'em for 30 minutes. When times up, massage the treatment into your feet and wipe the excess away with a towel.
BuzzFeed Shopping writer Emma Lord has these and says, "I'm a long-ish distance runner, and these were certainly an interesting experience for my feet! You slide them on and, after a few minutes, feel a tingling, mildly burning (in a good way) sensation. It doesn't quite numb your feet, but it relaxes them. I kept them on for 30 minutes and then toweled my feet off, and the tingling sensation slowly faded over the next 30 minutes. After that my feet felt very refreshed and relaxed at a time of day when they're usually aching from all the miles I put in. The whole thing was a mess-free, easy process, and I will definitely keep them on hand for longer run days!"

It's recommended to use this as a step in a double cleansing routine, which is a method of cleansing your face twice — first with an oil-based cleanser, and then again with a water-based cleanser to help get all the gross stuff out of your pores.
See why this reviewer loves this cleansing oil for glass skin on TikTok!
Promising review:"This is my first time ordering an oil-based cleanser and I'm so glad I purchased this one. I originally saw this product on TikTok and wanted to see what the hype was all about. After using the cleanser on my dry face for 2–3 minutes, I could visibly see my white- and blackheads on my fingers. I was a little hesitant to try oil cleansing because I have acne-prone skin, however, my face has never looked better. After each use, my face is as soft as a baby's bottom and my scarring doesn't look as deep! The cleanser has a light clean scent. Not super strong! I am currently pairing this cleanser with the Anua heartleaf soothing toner to achieve glass skin. #glassskinera" — Myshel Cagle

These small direct-point application pens are great. Keep one in the glove box, my kitchen 'junk' drawer, and the house toolbox." — BBP623

Promising review:"So let me start by saying I have used nearly every eyeshadow primer available. From high-end to low — MAC, Lorac, Urban Decay...they don't hold a candle to Thank Me Later. I have very oily skin. I use this primer and my shadow lasts a full eight hours or more. I could get maybe five or six out of the other brands, if I'm lucky. Promising review:"I purchased Remedy Soap for my 'tween' daughter who was struggling with horrible armpit and foot odor. I tried everything to help her control this — men's deodorant, alcohol, lemon under her armpits, tea bags in her shoes, washing her clothes in vinegar etc. I was literally at my wits end by the time I came across this product on Amazon. After reading hundreds of positive reviews, I bought the soap with the hope that it would help significantly reduce her foot and armpit odor. To my amazement, it eliminated her odor completely!! She went through a whole day at school, including PE, and came home smelling as fresh as she did when she left that morning. That has NEVER happened this entire school year!! Needless to say, my husband and I are beyond pleased with our daughter's results. We now have the comfort of knowing that she won't have to continue suffering from the embarrassment of unnecessary body odor. I can't thank Honestie Naturals enough for this product. Pinion Pins is a small business trying to solve one of the more annoying bedtime struggles.
Promising review:"I was super worried about if I would have enough of the Pinions, and I totally do! My duvet is kinda thick and the Pinions pierced through with no problems! Plus with a little extra room if I had some extra layers. I REALLY like how you have to have the magnet tool to pull them apart. Other duvet tools I've seen just plain suck. The clips are never reliable and the ties just don't stay. This handy dandy tool ENSURES nothing will move. I placed one on each corner of the duvet and then I put one on the middle edge between each corner. Absolutely no moving! Don't walk, RUN TO BUY THIS. I also like how unnoticeable they are." — Abigayle Mishler

I was initially skeptical of trying anything on my feet.. and let's be honest the peeling feet pictures are not for the weak :) .. but oddly extremely satisfying. Perilogics is a small business creating hyper-functional tool holsters and bags for carrying your stuff on the go.
Promising review: "I bought this nifty gadget about six months for a multi-leg, ultra long haul trip and it more than held up the entire duration. I was able to finagle it to fit the tray tables on different planes and like others, I find the height just nice when clamped onto a stowed tray table. It also works on my roller carry-on handle during layovers. However, I find myself using it a lot outside of travel too! Work-wise, I've clamped it onto my office desk shelving to hold my phone at eye level beside my computer. At home, I simply clamped it to a deck of cards and it turns into a versatile stand that I can place on any flat surface. Heck, I've been using it to hold my phone comfortably at eye level while watching videos in bed. It's extremely well-built and I find myself fidgeting with it all the time. Thus far it still feels solid and I don't anticipate breaking it any time soon. Even if it does break, I'll be happy to buy another one or two of it!" — Earendil

Promising review: "I don't know why someone didn't come up with this sooner. But to the person who did, you're kind of my hero. This thing is amazing, just cut the fruit in half, drop it in with the cut side facing towards you, and squeeze the handle. Gets so much more juice out than the old-style juicers. Super easy cleanup too. I have some severe health issues including bad arthritis in my hands, and this doesn't hurt at all to use. 10/10 highly recommend!" — Kristen L.

Just rub the brush on the sponge for a few seconds and watch the pigment disappear. And you can use both sides before taking it out to wash it for endless reusing.
Check out what BuzzFeed Shopping writer Emma Lord thinks of this awesome little tool: "I picked up this color removal sponge from Amazon after hearing about this hack on TikTok and can testify that it actually works SO well. I'm *so* bad about cleaning my brushes (I know...shameful) and this makes it super easy to clean a brush in a matter of seconds. So even if I'm trying to do a *slightly* more elaborate eyeshadow look for the day, this makes the process of switching colors as quick and painless as possible. Also, it's *super* lightweight, and I've already tossed it in my bag and brought it on vacation with me. This is one of those products I won't be traveling without in the future if I plan on doing eyeshadow at any point — and it means you only need to pack one or two eyeshadow brushes!"
Promising review: "This product makes it even easier for me to be lazy when it comes to cleaning my brushes. It also allows me to use the same brush for a makeup look since I can swish away a previous shadow and move on to the next. Great buy. Super easy to wash. 30. A bag of polyester stuffing so you can give the back sofa cushions the extra TLC they deserve. Not only are they not attractive when they're all smushed down, but man are they uncomfortable. And with any leftover stuffing, you can rejuvenate stuffed animals, throw pillows, bedding, and more. After all, there's no such thing as too much fluff!
www.amazon.com
Promising review:"Ok, so I had been looking into buying a new couch but I only wanted a nice leather one and they are SOOO EXPENSIVE. I decided to try and fix ours and I am SOO HAPPY with the results!! I bought two $52 boxes of poly fill (used 1 1/4 total, so I still have a lot left). I cut open each of the three sections of the inner cushions of each back cushion, re-stuffed them, and sewed them back up. It took me about a day and half. I want to get some furniture foam to plump up the seat cushions (but that is another project and significantly more money), but the end result is a HUGE improvement! The couch looks (and feels) a million times better! Wish I done this years ago! The first 'before' pic has a back cushion already stuffed because I didn't think to take a pic until after I already stuffed a cushion. If you are thinking this won't work (like I was), you are wrong. DO IT!!!!" — Geoff

Since I started using it, my primer and foundation goes on a whole lot smoother, and I'm struggling a whole lot less to cover my pores. After using it a few weeks, I read the advice of one reviewer to put this on when your face is slightly moist from washing, rub it in, let it dry, and then put your moisturizer on top of it — I've found that it's what got me the best results!"

33. A TubShroom to protect your drain from the *disturbing* amount of hair that comes out of your head every time you shower. www.amazon.com
Promising review: "I really wish I bought this years ago. I have long hair and in the past, I typically needed to clean my tub drain every few months to remove the small animal that took up residence there. After purchasing the Tub Shroom, I don't think I'll ever have to evict a drain animal ever again. This thing literally catches everything. The only thing that sucks is that I do have to remove it and clean off the hair about every other week because it gets clogged that fast, but it beats having to use a drain snake." — Laura

BuzzFeed Shopping editor Natalie Brown is a big fan of this stuff:
"I've been using this sunscreen at least once daily since my mom gifted it to me two Christmases ago, and have every intention to keep using it for years. A dime-size amount covers my entire face, because it's translucent it leaves absolutely no white cast, and 10 minutes after putting it on, my face just feels like I applied a little bit of a nice moisturizer or makeup primer, not anything that's grease-central, like sunscreen usually is. After several years of stubbornly trying (and failing) to find a decent, oily-skin-friendly, non-greasy drugstore option, I've caved to this pricier kind because literally none of the six or seven other options I tried even compared to this.
Every time I've worn makeup since I got it, I've been impressed by the way my matte foundation glides over it, looks with it, and lasts with it. You can see the texture and color in the photo above; it really does go on completely clear. And it's water- and sweat-resistant for 40 minutes!"
Get it from Amazon for $18+ (available in four sizes and two SPFs).

I Love This $37 Matching Set So Much That I Found 10 More That Are Just as Great for Travel—All Under $50
As I prep for two back-to-back summer trips, one to France and one through Italy, there's one outfit that's already earned a permanent spot in my suitcase: the Prettygarden Matching Skirt Set I found on Amazon for under $40. I've worn it on repeat this season, from dinners in NYC to beach strolls in the Hamptons, and it continues to check all the boxes. It's breezy, flattering, and effortlessly easy to dress up or down; I'll pair it with sandals and sunglasses for day and swap in gold hoops and heels for night. What I really love, though, is the versatility. The set easily breaks into separates: the skirt with a simple white tee for a casual look, or the top with denim shorts or linen trousers. Matching sets like this one make travel packing easier and smarter since you get a full outfit with built-in styling options that can take you from morning coffee runs to golden-hour dinners. After falling in love with the Prettygarden 2-piece Skirt Set, I went down a bit of a rabbit hole and found even more matching skirt sets on Amazon that are just as travel-ready—and under $50. Whether you're planning a beach escape, city weekend, or just want to refresh your warm-weather wardrobe, these are the sets I'm eyeing for summer travel and beyond. This crochet set is a no-brainer for beach days, whether you're heading to a resort pool or a coastal lunch spot. It's a chic cover-up and looks especially pulled together layered over a swimsuit with slides and sunglasses. At less than $13 per piece, it feels like a designer find at a budget-friendly price. I instantly pictured this vest set at a café table in Paris—cappuccino, croissant, and all. The monochromatic buttons elevate the tailored silhouette, while the soft fabric keeps it wearable even on warmer days. Great for exploring city streets or hopping between museums, this one brings polish to any travel itinerary. With its vibrant blue hue and airy fabric, this matching set from my favorite Amazon label was made for summer events abroad—think garden parties, sunset dinners, or even an alfresco wedding. It packs light, resists wrinkling, and feels breezy even in the heat, making it an ideal companion for Mediterranean destinations. Several reviewers rave about this two-piece skirt set's comfort, including one who wore it to a bridal shower, 'felt like I was in pajamas.' It's tailored enough to wear to a daytime celebration or dinner reservation, but soft and flexible for travel days, too. A smart pick when you need one outfit to do it all. With its maxi skirt and sleeveless vest, the Elleven 2-piece Set is versatile and breathable, ideal for countryside walks, day trips, or even a casual office setting abroad. The fabric is moisture-wicking, which helps on long days in the sun, and both pieces can be restyled with other staples in your carry-on. I'd pair the skirt with a tee for daytime, or wear the vest open over a tank and jeans, too. This halter skirt set leans flirty in the best way—with its tie-back top, twist-front detail, and flowy maxi skirt, it's the kind of look that fits right in at rooftop bars or coastal resorts. The open back and lightweight fabric also make it a great pick for tropical destinations or warm-weather nights. The Exlura Matching Skirt Set is one of those grab-and-go outfits that make travel dressing effortless. The relaxed silhouette is polished without being fussy, and the knit texture adds just enough dimension to feel styled. Wear it to the airport with sneakers, or dress it up with sandals and a cardigan for sightseeing or café hopping. Another Prettygarden pick, this soft, breathable, and lightweight viscose matching set is perfect for hot, humid destinations. The midi skirt features a subtle back slit for movement, while the simple top balances comfort and structure. I'd pack this one for city travel or nights out, paired with low heels and a woven clutch. This bold yellow skirt set brings a pop of color to your travel wardrobe and takes up almost no space in a suitcase. The asymmetric tube top and mini skirt combo make it ideal for warm getaways where you want to look stylish but stay cool. It's playful, trendy, and made for vacation photos. With a relaxed fit and smooth, drapey fabric, this matching set walks the line between loungewear and daywear—a reliable option for long-haul flights, casual sightseeing, or laid-back dinners. The crew neckline keeps it clean and classic, while the vibrant colorways add interest without overpowering the look. Love a great deal? 7 best Lidl perfumes dupes that smell designer but cost just £5
As someone who's a self-proclaimed fragrance snob, I'm pretty hard to impress when it comes to copycat perfume. But, in the past year, all I've been hearing about in the world of beauty dupes is Lidl – most specifically, the supermarket brand's scents. Said to rival the likes of Dior J'Adore, Lancôme La Vie Est Belle and – of course – the Sol de Janeiro mists everyone can't get enough of, Lidl dupes are meant to be IT. So naturally, I had to give them a go. While I may have my own thoughts and feelings in regards to dupes (it's a murky sub-section of beauty that's definitely not clear-cut), I also believe these opinions make me the most qualified to test them. You see, if one of these impresses me, you can really trust it's worth dashing to the shops for. And if not? Well, I'm just being an honest Leo queen. As a huge fragrance fan with over ten years' experience working as a beauty editor, I have smelt a huge variety of perfumes over my time. I also have a level of synesthesia, which means I connect smells to visuals, making the olfactory experience more pronounced for me personally. When testing Lidl's perfumes, I took a look at the notes on paper and which designer scent each has been most commonly compared to on social media, before actually spritzing the fragrances and making my own judgments. As well as initial impressions, I waited for each scent to dry down for a well-rounded, balanced opinion to form, and also assessed how they wore as the day went on for longevity points. Smells like…Lancôme La Vie est Belle Eau de Parfum 50ml, £77.60 TikTok is rife with comparisons of Femelle and La Vie Est Belle. There's definitely some overlap (both live in the floral-gourmand family), but Lidl's is noticeably sweeter with more of a fruity undertone. It's a little syrupy, but still manages to maintain its refreshing, somewhat lightweight feel. Ultra-pretty and perfect for those who adore a feminine spritz, Femelle is a safe bet for daytime wear if you're looking for something simple. Notes: Iris, vanilla, sweet praline. What reviewers say: 'Femelle is a long-lasting EDP, not bad for a budget one, which can leave its mark for most of the day and evening with no recurring reapplications. It lasts several hours, and it is a suitable perfume to wear daily in the office or for business lunches.' Smells like… Chloé Eau de Parfum For Her 50ml, £80.75 Listen, as someone who actually counts the OG Chloe perfume as one of their top 10 scents of all time, I'm a little wary of harping on too much about Chalou's similarity; I must respect an icon, you'll understand. Both do hit you with soft peony accords upon initial application, but Lidl's dries down a little more generically with hints of musk and broader florals. It also doesn't deliver on longevity nearly as much as Chloe's bestseller. However, it's still one of the better dupes I've smelt, and one which may come in handy between purchases of the more expensive iteration. Notes: Rose essence, sweet lychee, magnolia. What reviewers say: 'Chalou is a light, fresh, and powdered floral with notes of citrus, aquatic flowers, and mellifluous accords.' Smells like… Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa 68 Perfume Mist 90ml, £24 Fans of Sol de Janeiro's beloved body mists went wild for Lidl's duped versions in 2024. Not only do they smell similar, they are also a complete steal, priced at £3.99 for just 250ml. What I find most entertaining about this one, is that it's sort of a 'dupe of a dupe.' Sol de Janeiro's Cheirosa 68 is known to be reminiscent of Francis Maison Kurkdjian's Baccarat Rouge 540, and Lidl's version definitely has a similar feel, too. It's very sweet and super potent (clinging onto fabric in particular), so just be sure you love it before spritzing everywhere! Notes: Jasmine, dragon fruit. What reviewers say: 'This smells exactly the same as the pink Sol de Janeiro. It [also] smells quite like Baccarat Rouge.' Smells like…Yves Saint Laurent Libre Eau de Parfum 50ml, £77.60 Rumoured to smell just like Yves Saint Laurent Libre, Rebile is one of Lidl's newer and lesser-known scents. It definitely has similarities with YSL's bestseller, but perhaps is not quite as sophisticated – but for the price, you'd not really expect it to be. There are strong hints of white florals in there, with plenty of sweetness and a touch of fruitiness. This is akin to a floral spring garden, which will either delight you or slightly overpower you – depending on your taste. What reviewers say: 'I love this perfume so much that I have bought 2 bottles and [am] planning to get more because I'm wearing it all the time and my bottles won't last long. It lasts all day and I wear it no matter what [the] occasion is. It has some similarities with YSL Libre, but it is different in its own way.' Smells like… DIOR J'adore Eau De Parfum 50ml, £88.40 In terms of dupes, this was the one I was perhaps most impressed by in terms of its resemblance to a well-known designer scent. When you initially sniff 'Lovely,' you'll actually be hard-pressed to point out differences between this and J'adore (unless you're incredibly nose-sensitive or a perfumery expert!). For this reason, it's worth picking up if you like the OG – just be warned, you have to reapply it every couple of hours to keep the smell going. Notes: Jasmine, ylang-ylang, rose. What reviewers say: 'Lovely meets as a (very pleasing) modern, fresh, cool, somewhat sporty fragrance.' Smells like… Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa 62 Perfume Mist 90ml, £24 Clearly made to smell like the Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa 62 Perfume Mist, Lidl's take on this warm, summery spritz is similar, but not an exact dupe IMO. It nails the smooth, creamy salted caramel accords, but you struggle to detect any pistachio or vanilla due to how overpowering the caramel is. At £3.99, it is certainly more affordable than SDJ's body mists however, meaning you can spray liberally without worry. Perfect to chuck in your gym bag. Notes: Pistachio, salted caramel. What reviewers say: 'For the price, it's a really good spray. It's got a good smell to it and it lasts a long time.' Smells like… Chanel Coco Mademoiselle au De Parfum Spray 50ml, £92 An old classic, Madame Glamour is best known for its apparent likeness to Chanel's Coco Mademoiselle. It was one of Lidl's first foray's into perfume dupes, and is still best known today. It features sweet florals and fruity accords, giving it an end result that's somewhat similar to Chanel's, but for me personally, that's where the comparisons end; there's a clear difference in quality and longevity here. To my nose, it feels a little musty and old-fashioned, but I'm generally more of a fan of fresh, lightweight scents, so this isn't geared towards my taste in the first place. Notes: Patchouli, orange, bergamot. What reviewers say: 'One day I was walking around an antiques market and I heard this older lady saying 'oh, someone is using Coco Mademoiselle,' and then she asked me directly if it was me (I just nodded because I was to[o] stunned to speak to be honest)... This was in France and the lady was also French. So if anyone is wondering if this is a good dupe, here's your answer.'

35 Products That Are Lovely And Useful
A copy of Burn After Writing, a guided journal countless TikTokers swear by — through a series of questions and thought experiments, it encourages people to take time away from their screens to explore their feelings, both new and old, so they can embrace meaningful ones and try to let others go. Wild Iris Musk Body Wash, the summer-friendly sister of the TikTok-famous "old money" Baccarat Rouge 540-inspired body wash. I am a massive fan of both — the moisturizing clean is so fresh, and the scents are so DELIGHTFULLY luscious without overpowering — but trust me when I say that Wild Iris Musk is *the* scent of summer. It's floral, soft, playful, and grounded all at once. (And yes, just like the original version, it smells ... expensive 👀.) A pair of pretty pastel wireless over-the-ear headphones crafted to look like the $399 AirPods Max, so you can still enjoy the comfort and chic style of their iconic headphones without shelling out hundreds of dollars. These feature premium cushion padding, a built-in mic with the ability to take calls, 10 hours of playtime per charge, and surprisingly decent noise blocking for the price. Kitsch's flat claw clip with some modern meets retro vibes that will give your hair a chic little ~pop~ of volume and hold. Reviewers are especially impressed by how strong these little clips are, and how much hair they can hold! Reviewers also note that these make it more comfortable to lean back on chairs, since the claw won't dig into your head. Hanalei Lip Treatment to help *aggressively* restore and moisturize lips overnight, thanks to a truly luxe blend of Hawaiian kukui nut oil, antioxidant-rich agave, and grapeseed oils. If you've been trying product after product trying to outrun your dry, cracked lips, this is the hydration holy grail you're looking for. A set of limited edition Band-Aids with retro flower patterns so the next time you get a little ouch, you can be like, "wound care, but make it summer-y." A set of "Golden Glow" under-eye gels made with 24-karat gold collagen formulated to brighten, nourish, and soothe your under-eyes so you can get that sweet, sweet de-puffing relief (and look ~expensive~ while you're doing it). A chic structured toiletry organizer with a "window" so you can look inside and easily access whatever you need on the go. Reviewers especially love how the structure of it stops items like beauty products or medications from getting crushed inside (and that it's a heck of a lot cheaper than the $100 Truffle Clarity version). A set of flower petal dessert glasses so you can serve up little puddings, ice creams, and yogurt parfaits and decorate them with edible flowers for your Meghan Markle era. 🌸 Reviewers also use these for cocktails and juice! A hybrid tissue box phone holder that's basically "GRWM" goals — you can prop this on your vanity to stream content, FaceTime, and even record yourself while you're getting your glam on. ✨ A trendy, adjustable slouchy shoulder bag reviewers compare to the $300 Coach Brooklyn version — it's basically all of the effortless cool and useful roominess, without the big ole price tag.
