Estate boasts dedicated games house and soccer pitch
A Mount Waverley estate featuring two homes including a purpose-built games and entertainment house is set for a $5m+ sale.
Between them, the residences boast an outdoor soccer pitch, a wine cellar for 1500-plus bottles and home theatre designed by a Warner Bros engineer.
Property developer Michael Biviano and wife Kerryn are farewelling the address where they raised sons Christian and Jacob.

The soccer pitch was installed for Jacob who trialled at European soccer clubs as a teenager.
However, he decided to pursue a career in real estate and is now a Ray White Mount Waverley area manager.
And he's overseeing the sales campaign for the home he lived in as a younger man.
His parents bought an existing home at 11-13 Miller Cres more than a decade ago.
Wanting to stay in Mount Waverley but seeking more space, they decided against moving to a larger pad in a different suburb.
Instead, the couple commissioned the original abode's builder and WOLF Architects to create a separate dwelling as a gaming and entertaining epicentre on the 1243sq m block.
The second residence has an art room, billiards room, climate-controlled wine cellar, pilates area with a television, gym, kitchen, bathroom and double garage.
However, the home theatre featuring a 343cm-wide (135 inches) screen and 16 speakers is part of the main five-bedroom house, along with a three-car garage.
Other highlights include a 12.5m-long lap pool, deck with a barbecue and front fence built out of 110-year-old timber recycled from the former Mornington Pier.
'A main selling point of the home is that during Covid it was great because you could have separate living,' Jacob said.
His family have hosted plenty of birthdays and gatherings at the property with one event attended by about 100 guests.
'The soccer pitch is an outdoor area which can be used as an entertaining area or sports area,' Jacob said.
'I think its size is equivalent to about three-quarters of a tennis court.'
While the second house is used for games and entertainment, it could easily work for multi-generational living, he added.
The houses are also on two different titles.
'So if you wanted to separate it down the line in the future and sell them separately, you could,' Jacob said.

Things heated up when her coffee cup that day arrived with love hearts drawn on it and the words, 'my love' – from the man who supposedly missed her. The next time she visited, her cup read 'my secret' and then the third, 'My secret love'. Each time, Beth returned home giggling about the situation, seemingly amused by the attention. Mr Craig, for his part, insists he isn't 'threatened' – but described the whole situation as 'crazy' and 'odd', before turning to the comments for advice. Many suggested practical solutions – like getting an espresso machine at home, or buying Beth a reusable coffee cup that can't be written on. Others simply praised the couple for being able to laugh about the situation. 'Can we just appreciate the healthy relationship, though? The fact you can all just laugh about it,' pointed out one. However, not everyone was laughing. Some thought the responsibility was on Beth to put an end to the barista's behaviour. 'Kinda curious why Beth isn't setting the record straight?' asked one person. Another said Beth needed to 'put in the boundaries'. Others called out the barista's behaviour. 'If someone flirts with me and knows I have a partner, I get very upset that they're so happy to blatantly disrespect my partner to my face,' one user said. However, one fellow barista argued that cafe staff often joke around with regulars like this and don't mean any harm by it.

Holly Valance splits from husband after 13 years
Former Neighbours star Holly Valance and UK billionaire Nick Candy are divorcing after 13 years of marriage. Friends told The Sun that the Australian actress and singer had split from her property tycoon husband in recent weeks. Right-wing glamour couple Holly, 42, and Nick, 52, were last photographed together in March, heading out for lunch in London. A family friend said: 'This has been a very difficult period for both Nick and Holly, and they are keeping things private out of respect for their family. 'The joint parenting of their two amazing daughters remains their top priority. They've had to juggle a demanding lifestyle. Between family, public life, and Nick's intense work commitments, it's been a tough balance. 'This is a family matter and they're doing their best to handle things thoughtfully. Privacy is obviously very important to them both, so they can focus on what's best for the family.' Nick, who is the treasurer of Nigel Farage's Reform, met Holly in 2009 and proposed two years later. They married in 2012 in a £3million California ceremony in front of 300 guests, including Simon Cowell. Holly found fame on Neighbours as Felicity 'Flick' Scully before launching a career as a pop star. Her 2002 debut album Footprints spawned three hits, including Kiss Kiss, which went to No 1. Nick started his property business with brother Christian in the early 1990s while working in advertising. Last year, Nick announced he had shunned his Conservative Party membership in favour of Reform. He was appointed as the party's treasurer in December and pledged to raise tens of millions for Mr Farage, including giving a seven-figure sum himself. Holly has become a high-profile figure in right-wing politics. She visited US President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home in 2022 with her husband and Mr Farage. She also attended former Tory PM Boris Johnson's wedding in 2021. And she is credited with encouraging Mr Farage to run for Parliament. On her political views, she said last year: 'Everyone starts off as a leftie and then wakes up at some point after making money, working, trying to run a business, trying to buy a home, then realises what crap ideas they all are.' A spokesman for the couple said: 'This is a private matter and we will not be making any further comment.'
