South Indian superstar Allu Arjun is all set to take things to the next level with a massive sci-fi action film, currently titled AA22xA6 (working title). This big-ticket project marks his first collaboration with Atlee, the hitmaker behind blockbusters like Jawan, known for blending emotion with mass entertainment. With a jaw-dropping budget of Rs 800 crore, the movie is being produced by Sun Pictures, and the buzz is off the charts. One of the most exciting developments? According to reports, a famous Hollywood actor is in talks to play the villain in this movie. And it's not just any actor—it's Will Smith, the global superstar known for movies like Men in Black, I Am Legend, and The Pursuit of Happyness. If confirmed, this would mark Will Smith's first major role in an Indian film—and that too, as the main antagonist. A move that could signal a major shift in how Indian films are perceived globally. To match the scale of the cast and story, the makers are going all-in with top-tier VFX work by Hollywood studios that have previously worked on massive franchises like Avengers, Spider-Man, and Wonder Woman. The team is crafting the visuals and action with an international audience in mind. There's more. In a major update, Allu Arjun's team recently clarified that the actor will be playing double roles in the film, which has only added to the excitement. Fans can expect a high-voltage showdown between Arjun's dual characters and the Hollywood villain. The movie is also rumoured to feature a two-hero storyline, though details on the second lead are still under wraps. Joining the cast are leading Bollywood stars Deepika Padukone and Mrunal Thakur, bringing even more star power to an already high-profile project. Atlee, who made blockbusters like Jawan, is known for mixing strong emotions with mass action. His team-up with Allu Arjun promises a high-energy entertainer packed with emotions, scale, and spectacle. Previously, Allu Arjun shared details about AA22xA6 in an interview with News9. The actor said, 'Yes, it's my twenty-second film, it's with Atlee garu who directed Jawaan, and we have come together for it. I like the idea that he told me, and I like his aspirations, and I felt it was like mine on many levels, and we hope to bring a very new visual spectacle film to Indian cinema."
