Land pooling policy: SAD accuses Ayali of colluding with AAP
Addressing a press conference, SAD leader Parambans Singh Romana alleged that Ayali had gone silent on the AAP government's 'land grabbing' scheme after his land was excluded.
'Ayali should disclose what settlement he has done with the AAP leadership to secure this reprieve,' Romana said. Romana also showed documents and maps, which he claimed showed how one chunk of land, including a 28-acre plot of Avanta Enclave, owned by the Ayali family and another 7.5 acres had been left out of the ambit of the land pooling scheme.
Refuting the allegations, Ayali said: 'As much as 150 acres of land owned by my family and the company has come under the land pooling scheme in three villages, Dakha, Birmi and Kailpur. The 58-acre project, Ananta, was given permission during the Congress party regime.'
He further said he will not give even an inch of land to the government under the pooling policy.

Chandrasekhar also referred to a similar case registered in Kerala against nuns in 2022, which the court recently closed. 'In Chhattisgarh itself, under the Congress government, four Christian priests were arrested in 2021 under the Prohibition of Religious Conversion Act. Those who kept silent then are now attempting to stir trouble as elections are approaching in Kerala,' he said. The BJP state president further said the fact that no Congress leader from Chhattisgarh joined the delegation or spoke in favour of the nuns was proof that local leaders were aware of the seriousness of the case. Hyderabad: Welcoming the Supreme Court's decision, BRS (Bharat Rashtra Samithi) working president KT Rama Rao on Thursday demanded that the Assembly Speaker disqualify the BRS MLAs who shifted loyalties. He also urged Congress leader Rahul Gandhi to demonstrate his commitment to his 'PaanchNyay' by ensuring the disqualification of MLAs who defected to the Congress. Rama Rao asserted that the Supreme Court's judgment should be respected, and the Speaker should promptly disqualify the defected MLAs. He emphasised that Rahul Gandhi, who often speaks about constitutional values, must adhere to his own words regarding defections. 'There is no need for further inquiry. The Speaker should immediately disqualify the MLAs, paving the way for by-elections in 10 constituencies. The BRS cadre is ready to win these elections.
