16-year-old's body pulled from the Wisconsin River, Wausau Police Department investigating
According to a release from the Wausau Police Department, fire and police personnel responded at 8:30 p.m. fr reports of a possible drowning near the boat and kayak dock in the 1200 block of North River Drive along the River Edge Parkway.

Witnesses reportedly told officials that they saw the 16-year-old enter the river from the dock but never saw him resurface.
Wausau fire crews found and recovered the teen's body from the water at 9:10 p.m. near the area where he was said to have been last seen.
Life-saving efforts were immediately initiated and continued while he was taken to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WFRV) – Police are investigating a domestic disturbance at a Fond du Lac apartment on Tuesday night that left one woman with multiple injuries from a knife. According to a release from the Fond du Lac Police Department, officers responded at 8:14 p.m. to a 9-1-1 call from a 39-year-old woman claiming to be attacked with a knife inside an apartment on 92 Forest Avenue. Fisherman finds pickup truck submerged in a Wisconsin river
EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WFRV) – Crews worked Monday evening to remove a pickup truck from a river in western Wisconsin after a fisherman reported the submerged vehicle, officials say. According to a release from the Eau Claire Fire Rescue, a fisherman notified officials at 5:32 p.m. that they believed they had found a pickup truck submerged in a section of the Chippewa River. Two men hurt in Sheboygan crash, one driver arrested for OWI Crews responded to an area of water near the Riverview Boat Landing in Eau Claire and used sonar equipment to confirm that there was a vehicle submerged in the river. The Eau Claire Fire Rescue's Dive Team was called in and found the pickup truck just in front of the landing. The truck was said to be unoccupied at the time. Divers were able to assist A to Z Towing in salvage and recovery operations. No other information is available as officials are working to identify the owner of the pickup truck. HARTFORD, Wis. (WFRV) – Officials have released body camera footage roughly a month after a in Wisconsin, which left a diesel fuel spill that has since been contained. The incident, which is still under investigation, occurred on June 30 as a train with three engines and 16 cars derailed. The engines all left the tracks, as did many railcars.
