Words can hurt and heal. The perceptive Moon elevates eloquent Mercury, invigorating us to talk through our feelings and speak the truth. The Moon then squares the ego-driven Sun, threatening to make our words mean less as we are tempted to backtrack or minimize issues in support of our egos. Eventually, Luna will join wounded healer Chiron at 11:03 pm EDT, giving us the option to heal from the past or let it make us bitter. For our own sake, let's choose healing.
Aries
March 21 – April 19
The aches that you're now healing are likely connected to your self-image. You might have believed that a deep injury, literal or emotional, had fully healed, leaving you unbound by further complications from this past struggle or your self-image. Even so, it may be rearing its ugly head once more, particularly if you encounter a person or situation from your past. You can stand strong and remind yourself that you have grown and changed since that time. Be your own cheerleader!
Taurus
April 20 – May 20
Wounds that you may not have known about are finally healing. Maybe you'll realize that you have been harboring a secret grudge that you're ready to release, or you could identify that you have unconsciously been putting yourself at the center of issues that were not your fault. The more that you can let go of the pains of the past, potentially by talking about it or putting it in a journal, the better you are likely to feel. Set yourself free.

A fear of letting people in might be holding you back. You can find support at this time, but unfortunately, painful memories given to you by former friends or family who didn't appreciate your worth and chose to let you down may cause you to hesitate. It can be difficult to reach out and try to find this friendship again, because you could be afraid that new people will hurt you in the same ways. Opening yourself again should be worth the risk.

Don't be afraid to shine your light! A mentor from your past may have led you to fear the spotlight, and because of this, you could have chosen to work behind the scenes in many instances. However, sometimes you have to step into the spotlight to bring attention to issues of importance, or simply to accept praise for the hard work that you have put into a certain project or career. It's okay to receive your flowers, and fulfilling to elevate what matters to you.

Moving on is easier said than done at the moment. Even when you do your best to move on, things could continually remind you of what took place back then. Alternatively, the very person that you are trying to leave in the past could be trying to return to your life, even after you have let them know that your connection has ended for good. Instead of allowing them to push past your boundaries, stand firm on your decision. You're allowed to close the door.

You might have good reason to hide your true feelings. It could seem like hiding your opinions will spare someone else's feelings, and while this may be true to some degree, that doesn't mean that your feelings have to remain in the dark. There is an appropriate way to share your feelings or release them. Of course, it may not be in a certain venue. When you do notice an opportunity to fully express yourself, you should! Don't stuff your emotions down.

Sharing pain is a way humans bond, but it can go too far. You may worry that if you let go of someone else's grudge, you're technically betraying them. You don't have to remain in this place of pain just because they refuse to leave. Be honest with yourself and figure out if the ache that you're holding on to is yours, or if you're holding on to it for them. If it's for them, it might be time to set it free.
