On Sky Glass, you can say "Hello Sky" without lifting a finger to prompt it.
Alternatively, you can press the mic button on your remote - which is also how it works on Sky Stream too.
But it turns out there are a lot more ways you can use your voice to navigate faster.
Matt Rye, Sky's Director of Product Management, has exclusively shared the best with The Sun.

Adding to your Playlist

Press and hold the voice button on your remote, then say 'add to playlist' to quickly add it.
If you have a personal playlist, all you need to do is specify which playlist you want to add it to.

But there's a way to quickly jump ahead using your voice.
Just say, "Skip three minutes" or any other time.
You can go backward too by saying something like "Rewind one hour".

"If you've lost your remote down the back of the sofa, or the kids have hidden it somewhere, you can ask Glass to find it for you," Matt explains.
Just say 'Hello Sky, find my remote" and the remote will start beeping so you can hear where it is.

Celebs Go Dating guru share 'real reason' for Christine McGuinness sudden exit

Celebs Go Dating stars have shared the 'real reason' that Christine McGuinness quit the show just weeks into the dating process. and labelled the model and podcaster 'brave' Celebs Go Dating stars have opened up on the 'real reason' that model and podcaster Christine McGuinness abruptly left the show just after the process started. ‌ Christine, 37, announced that she had quit the E4 dating program, just a few weeks after she joined the agency as she told her followers that she had "great intentions" but feels the experience is "too soon" for her. Christine and comedian Paddy McGuinness, 51, announced their split in 2022 after they had been together for 15 years. ‌ Celebs Go Dating hosts and love gurus Anna Williamson, Paul C. Brunson and Dr Tara spoke out on Christine's exit and said it just 'wasn't the right time' for Christine and that she was 'brave' to recognise that. ‌ READ MORE: Katie Price worries fans with appearance in family photo after explaining weight loss Anna revealed to The Sun: "It wasn't the right time for Christine to continue her journey in the agency. I think this is the absolute beauty of what the Celebrity Dating agency does - yes it's a TV show, but it's also real. Anna added: "What myself, Paul, Dr Tara do, we are not scripted, our skill sets are something we very much practice on the outside as well as within the agency construct.' ‌ "And for Christine it was very brave that she wanted to dip her toe back into the world of dating and throughout the process of us getting to know her, she realised that perhaps this actually wasn't quite the right time for her to be doing that and took a great deal of confidence and bravery inside to recognise and actually now is not the right time." Revealing a glimpse of what to expect, Anna did admit that while Christine wasn't on the show for long, she did go on dates, and viewers will see a different side to the glamorous mum-of-three. ‌ Christine opened up after she left the show and wrote on Instagram at the time: "I joined Celebs Go Dating with great intentions but have realised that dating on a public platform and the attention that brings is just too soon for me. "They've said the door is always open for me which I'm so grateful but for now, I'm returning home to my family." A spokesperson for Celebs Go Dating also added in a statement that those behind the show have "loved" working with Christine and "respect her feelings". They said: "We have loved having Christine on the show and completely respect her feelings and decision to return home and have told her that the door is always open for her in the future at the agency."

New Mario game kept me up until 1am – it's a perfect multiplayer title for kids this summer or late nights with pals

Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) A GREAT measure for a game is when it's so fun, you completely lose track of time. Ticking that box is Nintendo's revamped Super Mario Party Jamboree, which kept not only me but six pals awake until 1am. If you've got kids, this is an absolute dream family title. WHAT IS SUPER MARIO PARTY JAMBOREE? This new version has some extra modes and mini-games, but it's largely the same game. Super Mario Party Jamboree (Nintendo Switch 2), £66.99 And it really is a good game. If you're new to the Mario Party franchise, it's basically a giant collection of mini-games with very low barriers to entry. You can just pick it up and play. It's fine to play solo, although it's way better if you've got someone else with you. We had friends visit recently, and it kept us up late into the night. It's moreish, like spicy crisps. Or most other Mario games. If you've ever played Jackbox Games, Mario Party serves a similar purpose. It's packed with loads of Mario-themed mini-games. Some of them demand speedy reactions, while others will challenge your memory. And some even involve physical movement – like flapping your arms in the air while holding the Joy-Con controllers to fly. If you're alone then you'll play against the computer. The Sun tries new Nintendo Switch 2 and Mario Kart before it's out But with friends, you can take on each other – or even team up – in a bid to win. SUPER MARIO PARTY JAMBOREE GAMEPLAY The good thing is that all of the games are very simple. There are dozens on offer, and you'll easily pick any of them up in seconds. And they're all bright, colourful challenges where you'll play as (and alongside) iconic Mario characters. 11 You'll explore Mario's world and enjoy loads of mini-games Credit: Sean Keach / The Sun 11 Playing with friends makes it even more fun – especially if you have the camera accessory Credit: Nintendo One fun game saw me collecting coins on shifting sands. Spiky bars rolled right at me, so I had to quickly sidestep or leap in the air to dodge them. Another had me yanking bread out of an oven – but only once it had baked to perfection. Too soon? No coins! You can enjoy a sort of 'Grand Prix' of mini-game series, so you'll earn points after a few rounds – and then see who came out on top. If you've got four people playing at once, it's very high energy. This is great for a child's party, or an adult's party for that matter. 11 It's bright and colourful, and extremely easy to pick up Credit: Sean Keach / The Sun The Nintendo Switch 2 version of the game has some clever upgrades. They're mostly tucked into a new section of the game called Jamboree TV. One of the main differences here is a set of games built for mouse-style controls. That's made possible by the Switch 2's upgraded Joy-Cons, which can be placed on a surface to work just like a computer mouse. Picture Credit: 11 It's fun for players of all ages – even if you've never really played video games before Credit: Nintendo But it's worth noting that mouse control games require a single Joy-Con per person and a surface. Oh, and you can't use the Pro Controller for those games either, as it doesn't have mouse functionality. If you have the Nintendo camera accessory (keep in mind, this is £50!), you can play three games that make use of it. It's a bit like the old Xbox Kinect camera system. One involves following physical commands, which is fun if you like moving around. Probably the best is Goombalancing Act, where you try not to drop Goombas balancing on top of your head. 11 There are dozens of mini-games to play Credit: Sean Keach / The Sun So what's bad? Well, there are a few downsides. It took me quite a while to actually get playing. I'd say there's a good five minutes of unskippable content before you can start. It's not the end of the world, but I'd rather have just been able to get going right away. As well as that, the game has a £66.99 price tag attached. So you'll want to make sure you're going to get enough use out of it. IS SUPER MARIO PARTY JAMBOREE WORTH BUYING? It's always tempting to just stick on Mario Kart. And the new Mario Kart World is very good. 11 Some of the games make use of the Joy-Con mouse feature Credit: Nintendo In fact, it's probably enough reason to buy a Nintendo Switch 2 alone. But Super Mario Party Jamboree is a great alternative with loads of variety, and sparks a bit more chat than a regular Mario Kart game. You're also far less likely to see major skill differences on this versus Mario Kart. Rather than one person always winning, you might be good at one mini-game and rubbish at the next. 11 You'll recognise loads of classic Mario characters Credit: Sean Keach / The Sun There's loads of variety so you won't get bored. And it's simple enough for basically anyone to play – even people who aren't used to holding game controllers. This really is as close as it gets to "fun for the whole family". It's not exactly cheap at £67, but if you snap it up now, you'll probably get loads of play-time in over summer. And then again at Christmas. The Sun says: One of the best "family" games out there – but it's perfect for a night with friends too. A mini-game treasure trove that will hook Mario fans, and convert everyone else. 4.5/5 Super Mario Party Jamboree (Nintendo Switch 2), £66.99 11 Nintendo fans will get hours of fun from Super Mario Party Jamboree Credit: Nintendo All prices in this article were correct at the time of writing, but may have since changed. Always do your own research before making any purchase.

Harry Potter event loved by millions of film buffs & celebs like Jude Law AXED for good…leaving fans' lives ‘ruined'

Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) HARRY Potter fans will be crying into their butter beers as an annual Kings Cross tradition has been permanently axed, The Sun can reveal. The 'back to Hogwarts' gathering took place every September 1 at the London train station, attracting thousands of Potterheads - many in full costume. A sign would also appear on the departure boards signalling the train going to "Hogsmeade" the town near where Hogwarts is located. In 2018, Hollywood stars Eddie Redmayne and Jude Law even attended to promote Potter spin-off movie Fantastic Beasts 2. However, last year fans booed when the fun public address failed to take place - and now we can reveal it will not return next month. National Rail said the event had attracted far too many crowds and had posed issues for genuine travellers getting their trains. A spokesperson said the last full gathering in 2023 saw thousands of people turn up 'which made it challenging for us as station operator'. They have now confirmed to The Sun: 'It is the same for this year, in that we won't be hosting the event at the station.' Instead, organisers Wizarding World and Warner Bros Discovery are putting on an online alternative this September 1. Writing on Facebook, fans were hopeful last year was just a blip. They said at the time: 'It's so sad that this was cancelled… nice to have traditions as most things have been ruined these days.' Another added: 'It brings people together.' JK Rowling hails BBC host for refusing to say 'pregnant people' live on air And another: 'It's awful they took a small piece of fun away, life's too short." A third said: 'It was so nice that the station used to actually announce this, such fun. But I can see why they decided to end this - way too many people and too much of a disruption for a real train station.' The Potterverse is currently experiencing a boost in popularity with the upcoming Amazon-produced series, which began filming last month. The book series, written by Rowling, began with Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, released in 1997, to huge commercial success. The first film, starring Daniel Radcliffe in the title role, came out in 2001. There are a total of seven books and eight films, ending in 2011. The franchise has since continued to grow exponentially, including the WB studio tour at Leavesden Studios, and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter sections within Universal theme parks in Orlando, Hollywood, Japan and Beijing. More than 23 million passengers started or ended their journey at Kings Cross in 2022, according to Railway Data. A Warner Bros. Discovery spokesperson said: "Similar to last year, we can confirm that there will be no Back to Hogwarts event, announcement, or countdown at Kings Cross Station, and fans should not plan to go there on 1st September. "We have plenty of fun in store for fans celebrating Back to Hogwarts however, both online and in person. "Plans include a special free screening of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, with a live Q&A with James and Oliver Phelps, special giveaways, competitions and more." 9 Thousands of fans turn up for the event each year Credit: PA 9 Crowds watch on at the station - with 'magical' suitcases seen in the background Credit: Getty 9 Law and Redmayne attended the event to promote Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Of Grindelwald Credit: Getty Images - Getty 9 A Potter fan on Platform 9 and 3/4 Credit: Alamy
