Agyemang named best young player of Euro 2025
The 19-year-old Arsenal forward played only 138 minutes of the competition in Switzerland and did not start a single match.
However she was crucial to the Lionesses' run to retaining their European title with a penalty shootout win over Spain in the final in Basel.
Agyemang had scored late equalisers against Sweden in the quarter-final and Italy in the semis to keep Sarina Wiegman's side in contention.
Meanwhile, Spain midfielder and Ballon d'Or holder Aitana Bonmati was named player of the tournament.
Bonmati came off the bench in the world champions' opening two games, having been taken to hospital with viral meningitis shortly before the tournament.
However, the 27-year-old however grew in influence, scoring the winner against Germany in the semi-final.
Spain striker Esther Gonzalez finished top scorer at the tournament with four goals in six matches.

Al-Nassr could hand Manchester United huge transfer windfall
Manchester United could benefit after Al-Nassr have made an enquiry into the availability of Marseille forward Mason Greenwood. The Saudi Pro League side have made an approach to sign Greenwood, who scored 21 league goals last season to fire Marseille to Champions League qualification and finish as the joint-leading scorer in Ligue 1. Greenwood joined Marseille from Manchester United in a £26.7m deal last summer. The forward had not featured for the Red Devils since being arrested on 30 January 2022 on suspicion of rape. The charges were later dropped, citing the withdrawal of key witnesses and 'new material that came to light'. However, a decision was made to sell the striker with the club stating 'difficulties with him recommencing his career' with United. United included a 50% sell-on clause in that deal and will be entitle to a large share of any further transfer. Journalist Ben Jacobs has confirmed that Marseille do not want to sell Greenwood, but Al-Nassr are weighing up a big offer. Read – See more – Follow The Football Faithful on Social Media: | | | |
