In an update on Monday, the PSNI also said they have made five more arrests in connection with the arson attack on Larne Leisure Centre on Wednesday – including a man in his 20s and another man aged 25 who remains in police custody.
Police confirmed the total number of people arrested now stands at 28 and said there will be 'more to come in the coming days and weeks'.
While the PSNI said there was a 'reduced level of disorder on Sunday', they confirmed officers still dealt with 'sporadic disturbances in different locations'.
The violence in Ballymena last week, which then spread to other areas of Northern Ireland, was sparked following an alleged sexual assault of a teenage girl in the Clonavon Terrace area.
The two 14-year-old boys, who cannot be named for legal reasons, were charged with attempted rape at Coleraine Magistrates Court. They spoke through a Romanian interpreter.
That violence also reached Larne, where people targeted the leisure centre after it emerged the building had been the building being used as a temporary shelter for families who had to flee their homes.

Police said the 25-year-old man was arrested is being held on suspicion of conspiracy to commit arson with intent to endanger life in relation to the fire at the centre.
A PSNI spokesperson added: 'Four have been charged to appear before court today, Monday 16th June. This includes a girl aged 13 who has been charged with riot by officers investigating disorder in Ballymena on Wednesday, 11th June and a man aged 40, also charged with riot following the first night of the disorder in Ballymena on Monday, 9th June.
"A 33-year-old woman has been charged with child cruelty relating to the disorder.
'Meanwhile, detectives investigating online posts relating to recent public disorder have charged a 32-year-old man to court.
"He has been charged with sending menacing messages through a public electronic communications network and with encouraging or assisting offences believing one or more will be committed.

"He is further charged with possession of a class B controlled drug. He is due to appear before Coleraine Magistrates' Court today, Monday, 16th June.
'Graffiti in Bangor and on an unoccupied house in Chadwick Street in south Belfast are being investigated as race-motivated hate crimes.
'In Brompton Park in Ardoyne, around 30 youths set a wheelie bin on fire, no damage was caused to shops and, following engagement, no serious disorder ensued.'

Police deal with a third night of violence in Ballymena
Speaking about the disorder, Assistant Chief Constable Melanie Jones added: 'Our heightened presence in our local communities and continued community engagement to de-escalate violence continued last night, thankfully, similar to Saturday, the situation was much calmer.
'I issued a public plea to parent/guardians and families of young people who have been driving the criminal activity in some areas to warn them of the serious consequences of their actions. I am asking for continued conversations amongst local families to deter young people from criminalising themselves."
On Friday, the PSNI also released images of four individuals they wish to identify, while warning social media users about posting hate online.
ACC Jones added: 'Our Chief Constable and other members of the senior team have been meeting with local community representatives of those affected over the weekend so we can support them as best we can and offer reassurance of our policing operation to restore calm.
'Everyone deserves to feel safe on our streets. So, just as we will seek justice for women and girls who report heinous crimes to us, we will also seek justice for local innocent families who are being targeted by criminality fuelled by hate.
'We will continue to robustly investigate the disorder over the last number of days but do not want to see any more young people criminalised by being caught up in this activity.
'Thankfully, none of our officers policing this disorder reported being injured on duty last night. We have 64 of our colleagues currently recovering from injury and I commend their bravery and unwavering efforts.

'As our investigation continues, we have already released images of a number of individuals we want to identify and interview in connection with our ongoing investigation. In releasing these images, I am asking the wider community to step forward and help us. It is in all of our interests, and in the interests of justice, that those responsible are dealt with and I would urge anyone who may have information to bring it forward.
'If you are able to identify any of the people shown in these images or can provide information about them you should contact us on 101 or on our major incident portal, which is accessible on our website.
'I would also like to reassure the communities that we serve that we will continue to maintain our presence and protect streets.
'We are grateful for the support of all who condemn this criminality and would, once more, repeat our appeal for calm across Northern Ireland in the coming days.'

Chief suspect in murder of vulnerable Dublin woman (28) fled country before body was found
He was arrested by gardaí in 2018 when he returned to Dublin but was later released without charge due to lack of evidence. The chief suspect for the murder of a 28-year-old woman had already fled the country on a ferry before her body was found in a wood in west Dublin, garda investigations have established. Yesterday, officers made a fresh appeal for information in the case of vulnerable woman Linda Evans Christian eight years after her body was found at Coolmine Woods in Blanchardstown. The Irish Independent has learned that the suspect was well known to Ms Evans Christian and had been in communication with her for many months before she was murdered. One line in the investigation is that the suspect 'preyed' on the victim, who suffered from mental health issues. He was arrested by gardaí in 2018 when he returned to Dublin but was later released without charge due to lack of evidence. Ms Evans Christian was last seen at around 9am on June 24, 2017, when she left the James Connolly Memorial Hospital in Blanchardstown where she was receiving treatment. Linda Evans Christian Today's News in 90 Seconds - July 18th She was reported missing by her family on July 1 and her badly decomposed body was found 16 days later in an area of undergrowth between Clonsilla Road and Snugborough Road. The suspect in the case is a Romanian national who had been living at the time in the Mountjoy area of Dublin's north inner city. 'He had been identified when this was still a missing persons case as he was seen leaving the hospital with her on the day she was last seen alive – they were well known to each other,' a source said. 'Even before Linda's body was found, gardaí had visited where he had lived and it became clear that he had left Ireland less than 48 hours after she was last seen alive.' Gardaí have established that Ms Evans Christian left the Ash Ward at the hospital with a man at 9.08am on Saturday June 24. She was also seen with the same man at 9.24am at the junction of Church Avenue and Main Street in Blanchardstown. In August 2017, detectives travelled to Romania to speak to the chief suspect in the case after he failed to return to Ireland. Detectives have also travelled to the UK as part of the probe. An exact cause of death was never established for Ms Evans Christian, who was fostered by the Christian family early in life and spent her first few years with them, living in their home on Hadleigh Green in Castleknock. However gardaí believe she died a violent death. In a statement yesterday, An Garda Siochana said: 'Despite an extensive garda investigation and a number of enquiries followed, including the arrest of a male in 2018, no one has been brought to justice for Linda's murder. 'Gardaí and Linda's family are appealing for people to come forward to assist with the investigation. 'An Garda Síochána would encourage anyone with any information regarding Linda's disappearance and murder, no matter how insignificant it may seem, to make contact with the investigation team.' Romanian man accused of ‘looting' house left vacant after Ballymena rioting
Sergiu Varga is charged with burglary of a property on Clonavon Terrace The defence team for a Romanian man accused of 'looting' a house which had been left vacant over recent rioting in Ballymena, 'are having considerable difficulties' finding him a bail address, a court heard today. As Sergiu Varga appeared at Ballymena Magistrates Court by video link from prison, a prosecutor asked fir the case against the 24-year-old to be adjourned for three weeks. She told Deputy District Judge John Rea the file had been 'allocated to a senior prosecutor,' adding that by the next time the case is before the court, there should be a decision as to how it will proceed. Varga, of no fixed abode, is charged with burglary of a property on Clonavon Terrace on 19 June where he allegedly stole 'household goods' to the value of £3,000 and with the theft of £13 of food from Braid River Service Station on 9 March this year. When the defendant first appear in court, a police officer recounted how Varga had walked in to the filling station, concealed various food items under his coat before walking out 'making no attempt to pay.' Sergiu Varga Today's News in 90 Seconds - July 17th On 19 June, she told the court, a resident of a house on Clonavon Terrace reported that her house had been burgled. 'The injured party reported that she had to leave her address on 14 June due to the disturbances in the town,' said the officer, adding that when the victim returned on 19 June, she discovered 'an upstairs window had been smashed…and that all of her valuable belongings had been taken.' The court heard that having 'made some enquiries in the local community,' Varga was identified as the alleged thief but when the victim spoke to him, he claimed 'he was only keeping them [her belongings] for safe keeping.' Sergiu Varga The officer added that as well as the victim not giving anyone permission to enter her home or remove her property, 'while she was trying to locate the defendant she saw a male person wearing a set of headphones that belonged to her.' The victim spoke to that man and he claimed he had bought the head phones from Varga for £11. Arrested and interviewed, Varga 'admitted taking the items but said that he found them outside and that he did not enter the property at any stage.' In court today, Varga's defence counsel said while bail had been granted, that was subject to an approved address, conceding that 'we are having considerable difficulty getting an address.' Remanding Varga back into custody, Judge Rea adjourned the case to 7 August.
