Sana'a – Saba:
Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative and Local Development and Rural Affairs, Mohammed Al-Madani, stressed the need to complete service manuals across various ministries, agencies, public service institutions, and lagging provinces.
This came during his visit today to the Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Development, where he reviewed administrative modernization projects and electronic systems being implemented by the ministry to improve the work environment, develop services, and streamline procedures for processing transactions in public service units at both central and local levels.
Al-Madani discussed with the Minister of Civil Service, Dr. Khaled Al-Hawali, aspects related to finalizing the organizational structures for local authority units at the province and district levels.
During the meeting, attended by his deputy Nasser Al-Mahdar, Al-Madani emphasized the importance of enhancing cooperation between the Ministry of Administrative and Local Development and the Ministry of Civil Service to complete projects aimed at developing work mechanisms in local authorities at the governorate and district levels.
For his part, the Minister of Civil Service appreciated the Deputy Prime Minister's interest in following up on the administrative and organizational projects being implemented in the ministry's general office and other ministries, institutions, and local authority units, as they represent key requirements for the organizational and administrative framework of public service units.
He affirmed that the ministry is working on multiple tracks in line with approved standards to develop service manuals, improve service quality, and simplify procedures—culminating in the establishment and launch of a digital platform for public services. This platform will include all services for public service units at both central and local levels (provinces and districts), enabling citizens to electronically request services from anywhere without the need for in-person visits.
During the meeting, the Undersecretary for Information Sector, Ibrahim Al-Dar, presented the Unified Human Resources System, detailing its components and advantages, including aspects related to job discipline, employee performance evaluation, entitlements, and payroll processing.

Yemen: Security Forces Dismantle Dangerous Terror Cell in Taiz Linked to Houthis, Al-Qaeda, and ISIS
The Yemeni government announced on Saturday the successful dismantling of one of the most dangerous terrorist cells operating in the city of Taiz, with confirmed links to the Houthi militia, Al-Qaeda, and ISIS, according to a statement by the country's Supreme Security Committee. The operation followed weeks of intelligence gathering and surveillance, and resulted in the arrest of several individuals involved in assassinations, bombings, and espionage targeting military, civilian, and humanitarian figures in liberated provinces. Among those apprehended were suspects directly involved in the 2023 assassination of Moayad Hamidi, head of the World Food Programme office in Taiz, as well as individuals implicated in the 2021 car bombing targeting Aden Governor Ahmed Lamlas, which killed several of his bodyguards. Security forces also uncovered a bomb-making workshop in the Al-Shamayatayn district of Taiz, where explosive devices, car bomb components, and surveillance equipment were seized. Investigations revealed that the cell had been coordinating with senior Houthi leaders, including former military commander Amjad Khaled, who is accused of facilitating communication between the Houthis and extremist groups. The committee praised the efforts of local authorities, military units, and citizens in Taiz for their cooperation and vigilance, describing the operation as a major blow to terrorist networks seeking to destabilize Yemen's liberated areas. Officials confirmed that Yemen will coordinate with Interpol and international partners to pursue fugitives and bring them to justice, while also strengthening counterterrorism efforts and public awareness campaigns to combat extremist ideologies.

Hezbollah Secretary-General: "We will not remain silent in face of enemy aggression—We are capable of confronting it & will prevail"
Beirut – Saba: The Secretary-General of Lebanon's Hezbollah, Sheikh Naim Qassem, affirmed on Saturday that the party will not remain silent indefinitely in the face of repeated Israeli enemy violations and attacks, stressing that Hezbollah is capable of confronting the enemy and will emerge victorious. During his speech at the central Ashura council in Beirut's southern suburbs, Sheikh Qassem stated, "It is the state's responsibility to confront Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement, which target civilians. The state must exert pressure and fulfill all its duties. This is an opportunity for the state to act." He added, "Do you think we will remain silent without limits? We are the followers of Imam Hussein, and we declare: 'Humiliation is far from us!'" Sheikh Qassem continued, "Yes, we are capable of confronting the Israeli enemy when we have no choice but resistance—and we will prevail because we are fulfilling our duty and relying on God." He further emphasized, "God knows the timing of victory, but we are always victorious, whether through triumph or martyrdom. We are the sons of Imam Hussein and the master of martyrs, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah. We are the children of the golden equation: resistance over humiliation. Humiliation is far from us!" He criticized voices calling to avoid giving Israel pretexts for new aggression against Lebanon, saying, "Enough with the narrative of not giving Israel excuses—it doesn't need pretexts. What is happening in Palestine and Syria proves that. Any weak party means Israel will expand further, but this will not happen with us, for we are the ones who say: 'Humiliation is far from us!'" The Hezbollah leader questioned, "Is there anyone with a sound mind who thinks logically while we are in the heart of battle, with the Israeli enemy violating the ceasefire, yet some demand we surrender our weapons and strength? Why do some say this doesn't concern them—is it because they are not targeted, or because they are coordinating with the enemy? Why don't they acknowledge the resistance's years of deterring the enemy?" He spoke of Hezbollah's actions since the start of t Al-Aqsa Flood, supporting the Palestinian people: "We carried out our duty of solidarity, which is a moral, political, and rightful obligation, as we share a common enemy. We acted under the guidance of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, who stood firm in his vision of supporting Gaza and its people." Sheikh Qassem explained, "The enemy planned to start a war on Lebanon in September 2024, beginning with assassinating resistance leaders and members through drone strikes, targeting command systems, and aiming to eliminate thousands of fighters and capabilities—seeking to destroy Hezbollah. This was their plan." He affirmed, "The sacrifices of our martyrs have given us momentum, the wounded have driven us to greater responsibility, and the people's steadfastness has been a symbol of high morale. Sayyed Nasrallah spent decades building capabilities, ensuring that sacrifices, no matter how great, do not halt our path." He added, "Thus, Hezbollah's Shura Council swiftly filled all positions, and our youth stood firm in the battle of 'Uli al-Azm,' striking painful blows against the enemy." Sheikh Qassem noted that "the solidarity seen during the funerals of Sayyed Nasrallah and Safieddine, the municipal elections, and public support in liberated villages all reflect cohesion with allies, especially the Amal Movement. These are signs of continuity and victory, achieved through sacrifices." He concluded, "We reached an agreement brokered indirectly by the state with Israel. This marks a new phase—we have upheld our end, and now the state must fulfill its role." The Hezbollah leader highlighted, "The youth on the frontlines in the 'Uli al-Azm' battle faced five Israeli divisions with 75,000 soldiers. How could hundreds confront such a force? God guided them because they prepared and sacrificed. We are confident in divine support—God is with us." Whatsapp Telegram Email Print more of (International)

Zionist settlers storm Al-Auja Spring Gathering North of Jericho
Occupied Quds – Saba: A group of Zionist settlers, under the protection of Zionist enemy forces, stormed the Al-Auja Spring gathering north of Jericho on Saturday evening. Meanwhile, another group set up tents on land in Beit Umr, north of Hebron. The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) quoted Hassan Malihat, the general supervisor of the Bedouin Defense Organization (Al-Baidar), as saying: "Zionist settlers stormed the gathering and grazed their livestock among the houses of Palestinian citizens." He explained that this assault is part of a systematic policy by the Zionist enemy forces and settlers targeting Bedouin communities in the Jordan Valley. In a related incident, Zionist settlers pursued a vehicle carrying animal feed in the Arab Malihat gathering northwest of Jericho on Saturday evening and threatened its owner. Malihat stated that the settlers chased the vehicle as it entered the gathering, blocked its path in an attempt to stop it, and issued threats to the driver. He added that such behavior is part of a series of provocative actions carried out by settlers against the residents of Bedouin communities in an attempt to impose a new reality on the ground. Settlers Set Up Tents in Beit Umr Under Occupation Forces' Protection Meanwhile, under the protection of Zionist enemy forces, settlers set up tents on land in the Uqbat Al-Sabarna area of Beit Umr, north of Hebron, on Saturday. Mohammed Awad, a media activist in Beit Umr, reported that armed settlers from the "Karmei Tzur" settlement—built on Palestinian-owned land south of Beit Umr—erected tents on a 28-dunam plot belonging to citizen Sami Abdul Hameed Bahr, planted with almond and grape trees. Awad noted that the land has two water wells used for irrigation, adding that the settlers filled one with stones and prevented the owner from accessing his property. Occupation Forces Seize Vehicles in Southern Hebron In another incident, anti-settlement activist Osama Mkhamreh reported that Zionist enemy forces confiscated a truck from Khallet Al-Dabaa in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, owned by a resident of Idhna town. He pointed out that over the past days and weeks, the Zionist enemy has seized three vehicles en route to Khallet Al-Dabaa under the pretext that the area is a military zone and a live-fire zone.
