Police investigate after man found dead in backyard on Mackay's Northern Beaches
Police say they were called to Ian Wood Drive in the suburb of Dolphin Heads just after 3pm yesterday, following a welfare check request.
The man was found non-responsive in the backyard and declared dead at the scene.
A crime scene has been established, and an investigation is underway.
