IOF Kills 41 Civilians, Injures Dozens in Gaza
Medical sources confirmed that 41 people have been killed since dawn, including 10 civilians who were waiting to receive humanitarian aid, amid Israel's continued use of starvation and deadly force as tactics of war.
Safaa News Agency reported the death of Abdul Razaq Qishta, who succumbed to injuries sustained days ago in northern Rafah. Another young man, Mohammed Abu Aoun (24), was also killed and others were wounded after Israeli forces opened fire on civilians near an aid distribution center in northern Rafah.
Two more civilians were killed and others wounded in an Israeli airstrike near the Al-Omari Mosque in Jabalia town in the north. At the same time, rescue teams recovered the body of Mazen Ahmad Mahmoud Al-Breem from the village of Abasan east of Khan Younis in the south.
In Gaza City, three people were killed and others injured in a strike on Al-Mansoura Street in the Al-Shuja'iyya neighborhood. Five others were killed when their home, belonging to the Salman family, was targeted on Al-Salam Street in Deir al-Balah in central Gaza.
Meanwhile, Al-Awda Hospital in Nuseirat reported receiving six martyrs and 17 injured, including five in critical condition, following an Israeli airstrike on a house near Al-Nouri Tower in Nuseirat Refugee Camp.
In the Wadi Gaza area, five more martyrs and 18 injured—two critically—were brought to hospitals after Israeli forces bombed civilians waiting for aid on Salah al-Din Street.
Since October 7, 2023, Israel has waged a genocidal war on Gaza, resulting in nearly 180,000 Palestinians killed or wounded, the majority of them women and children. Over 11,000 are still missing, as a full-scale humanitarian catastrophe and famine threaten the remaining population.

In'tel NGO: Most of Israeli War Crimes Investigations Closed Without Charges
DaysofPal- An international watchdog has accused the Israeli occupation of systematically closing the majority of its war crimes investigations related to the ongoing war in Gaza without holding anyone accountable, raising serious concerns over a culture of impunity. According to a report by Action on Armed Violence (AOAV), published by The Guardian, nearly 90% of the investigations launched by the Israeli military since October 2023 have either been closed without outcome or are still pending without resolution, despite credible evidence of civilian massacres. Among the incidents cited are a February 2024 massacre in Gaza, where Israeli occupation forces targeted civilians waiting in line for flour, killing 112 Palestinians, and a May 2024 airstrike on a refugee camp in Rafah that left 45 people dead. While the Israeli military claims that 'most investigations are still ongoing,' AOAV challenged this claim, saying that the Israeli response lacks transparency and meaningful accountability. 'Every complaint is reviewed, and in some cases, a military police investigation is launched,' the Israeli occupation forces claimed. However, out of 52 publicly acknowledged incidents, which resulted in the deaths of 1,303 Palestinians and the injury of nearly 1,880 others in Gaza and the West Bank, only one case has led to a conviction; a soldier was sentenced to seven months for assaulting detainees. The report also criticized the handling of the April 2024 airstrike that killed seven staff members of World Central Kitchen, a humanitarian aid group. Israel described the strike as a 'grave mistake,' but AOAV raised doubts over the credibility of the rapid internal investigation that followed. As of June 2025, 46 investigations remain open, including four cases from last month when Palestinians were killed while waiting for humanitarian aid. AOAV warns that the delay and lack of transparency in these probes reflect a wider failure to address war crimes. 'The pattern is clear: Israel has consistently avoided serious accountability for grave violations,' AOAV said in its statement. 'The international community must step in to ensure justice for victims, as domestic mechanisms have failed.' It added. The AOAV statements come amid growing calls for international investigations and legal action at the International Criminal Court, as civilian casualties in Gaza continue to mount in what rights groups have described as a humanitarian catastrophe. UN Hears of Torture, Rape of Palestinian Detainees
DaysofPal – The United Nations has received harrowing testimony detailing widespread torture and abuse of Palestinian detainees by Israeli authorities since Oct. 7, 2023, intensifying calls for an independent international investigation. The submission was made by the Palestinian Return Centre (PRC), a UK-based organization with special consultative status at the UN Economic and Social Council, according to The National. The testimony draws on documentation by Khaled Mahajneh, a lawyer with the Palestinian Authority's Commission for Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs, and highlights what the PRC described as a sharp escalation of systematic mistreatment. According to the PRC, detainees reported severe physical beatings, deliberate starvation, prolonged suspension in painful positions, medical neglect leading to deaths, dog attacks, and amputations conducted without anesthesia. One documented case included the rape of a Palestinian detainee by an Israeli prison guard. The organization said the accounts were corroborated by internationally recognized human rights groups, including Physicians for Human Rights–Israel and B'Tselem. Most Gaza detainees are allegedly held in undisclosed military facilities, including Anatot and Sde Teiman camps. The PRC reported that these sites operate with no legal oversight, while detainees are denied access to lawyers and barred from International Committee of the Red Cross visits. Israeli occupation authorities have labeled many detainees as 'unlawful combatants' or 'terrorists,' a designation the PRC said is used to sidestep international humanitarian protections. The group called for the immediate formation of an independent international inquiry into torture and sexual violence and urged that these cases be included in ongoing International Criminal Court investigations. The PRC warned that continued international silence or symbolic condemnation 'amounts to political complicity' in what it describes as ongoing violations of Palestinian detainees' basic human rights. Israel Accused of Enabling Aid Looting to Undermine Gaza's Social Fabric
DaysofPal- As humanitarian aid trickles into Gaza through Israeli-controlled crossings, the aid rarely reaches the intended recipients. Instead, eyewitnesses and local analysts say it is being intercepted by armed gangs operating with impunity, turning Gaza's aid distribution into a tool of social collapse. Residents in the war-ravaged territory say the pattern is clear: aid trucks enter, media cameras roll, and scenes of international assistance are broadcast. However, beyond the optics, aid is hijacked by local groups allegedly shielded by Israel's selective enforcement, and the result is a desperate population forced to either submit to criminal control or face starvation. In a refugee camp in western Gaza, Umm Fadi, a mother of four, stirs a pot of water and lentils, her family's only meal for the day. 'We haven't had bread in three days,' she says, nothing. Even grass has become part of our meals. My children ask me, Mama, when will we eat again? And I have no answer.' She explains that flour enters Gaza but is sold at unaffordable prices. 'They say there's distribution, but one kilo costs 40 shekels. Who can afford that? The strong get the food. We survive on rumors.' She said. Two days ago, she witnessed looters tear flour sacks apart in daylight, adding, 'They fought over it with sticks and knives. There was blood on the floor. I'll never forget it.' Not far away, Abu Talal Ayash, a father of five, limps from a stab wound. 'I waited 12 hours under the sun for a chance to get flour. I finally grabbed a sack, but someone stabbed me in the leg and stole it.' He said. He says, 'This isn't random crime; this is organized theft, where the aid comes in and is resold at ten times the price, and Israel sees it all and says nothing. They're starving us or letting us be killed for food.' Political analyst Talal Okal believes the looting is part of a deliberate Israeli strategy. 'This isn't just a breakdown caused by war; it's a calculated plan to fracture Gaza's society from within,' he says. Okal argues that Israel restricts the quantity and timing of aid deliveries, then leaves them vulnerable to chaos. 'The goal is more than hunger; it's to destroy trust and dissolve the social fabric that once held this community together.' Okal said. He adds that the international fallout works in the Israeli occupation's favor. 'When the world sees Gaza spiraling into chaos, Israel can say, 'Look, these people are ungovernable. It justifies further crackdowns or even future takeovers under the guise of restoring order.' He said. According to Okal, the broader danger lies in what he calls a 'silent war,' as the Israeli occupation doesn't need bombs for this phase,' he says. 'They use hunger, fear, and internal collapse. It's a war that erodes values and turns survival into savagery.' He added. For many in Gaza, the desperation is no longer just about feeding their children, it's about defending their dignity in the face of engineered anarchy, and as aid continues to flow in without reaching the people, hunger has become a weapon, and the looters its frontline soldiers.
