Actress Huma Qureshi's Juhu villa's monthly rental could be an engineer's annual package. Here's a glimpse of the lavish house

Bollywood siblings Huma Qureshi and Saqib Saleem are living large in Mumbai's upscale Juhu neighbourhood, and their luxurious villa has caught the attention of fans — and even filmmaker Farah Khan, who recently featured it on her YouTube vlog. Located in the Equest Condominium on Juhu Tara Road, the bungalow, fittingly named Shukr, is not only massive but also dripping with personality, comfort, and refined taste. (Screenshot from Farah Khan's YouTube) Spanning over 3,370 square feet with an additional 2,654-square-foot basement, the villa boasts a swimming pool, a garden, a parking space for four cars, and expansive floors — including a 1,245 sq ft ground level, 1,011 sq ft first floor, and a 1,112 sq ft terrace. According to GQ India, the rental agreement for the villa was registered on February 25, 2025, with a whopping Rs 30 lakh security deposit and a five-year tenure starting from March 20. Hindustan Times adds that the agreement includes a 48-month lock-in period and a 10% rent hike after the first 36 months — a monthly rental figure so steep, it could rival the yearly income of many Indian engineers. Her video tour begins with a waiting area dressed in floral wallpaper, elegant white furniture, and curated wall art. Right outside lies a luxurious swimming pool, adding to the home's tranquil charm. Swimming Pool inside Huma Qureshi's house. Huma shared her love for art and how, previously, she could not afford it, but now, she and Saqib are happily investing in the pieces they admire. Dining area in Huma Qureshi's house. I don't think we'll find anything better than this.' The episode also offered a glimpse into their roots. Saqib spoke about their family-run restaurant, Saleem's, a Delhi favourite started by their father at the age of 17. Now 47 years old, the eatery remains a beloved legacy. Their mother, Ameena Qureshi, runs a salon called AMIQUR, blending the family's entrepreneurial spirit with creative flair.

The box office success of Saiyaara has catapulted Ahaan Panday into an overnight star. Following the film's massive reception, fans have become increasingly curious about his personal life and are digging up his old videos. Recently, a two-year-old video featuring Ahaan with his sister Alanna Panday and her husband Ivor McCray has resurfaced on the internet, grabbing attention. In the clip, Ahaan is seen winning over fans, who are calling him 'genuine' and 'boyfriend material,' as he innocently answers a set of awkward questions. During the interaction, Alanna asks how they know if they like a girl. Responding to the same, Ahaan says, 'Bollywood music starts playing in my head. I feel that thing in my heart. I have butterflies.' Ahaan also admits that he doesn't play hard to get when he genuinely likes someone. He shares, 'If I like someone I will genuinely be very nice to them because I like them so much. I won't play hard to get if I like a girl. They say that girls want you more if you play hard to get but you can't do that when you like them. I can't beat around the bush.' Later in the video, Alanna asks them, 'Who is the prettiest girl you have seen?' Her husband Ivor promptly responds, 'You! I have told you this a million times.' Alanna then leans in for a kiss, but Ivor quickly stops her, realising Ahaan is getting awkward. The Saiyaara star is seen turning his face to the other side during the moment, prompting Alanna to laugh. Fans were quick to notice Ahaan's genuineness and shyness in the video and lauded him for it. A fan wrote, 'The way Ahaan turn his head when they were kiss that was so cute ❤🙈.' Another commented, 'Dude Ahaan's voice!!! Full Boyfriend Material 😂❤️.' One more added, 'I like Ahan's personality. So natural. Honest. That's rare especially belonging from a flimsy background.❤.' Another comment read, 'Ahaan was like proper Indian boy shy cute but so genuine ♥️' Saiyaara, which marks Ahaan Panday's debut, has emerged as a massive hit at the box office. Directed by Mohit Suri, the film has collected Rs 249.82 crore within just 11 days of its release.

Shahana Goswami on being a part of big budget films like Ra.One and Heroine: I was selling myself short (Exclusive)

Known for her indie movies, Shahana Goswami has also been a part of quintessential Bollywood films like and Heroine . Reflecting on her shift from commercial big-budget films to content-driven movies, she says, 'Each of those projects had a different pull and attraction for me in terms of the journey that I had. As for the feeling of fulfilment where my craft is concerned, I didn't feel that very much. I felt like I was selling myself short. I realised that the problem at that time, at least with these bigger and more commercial films, was that smaller characters were not always very well-written or well-crafted into the storyline. So, there wasn't much of a graph or much to do. I knew I was capable of so much more.' 'Bollywood is driven by commerce' Talking further about her career choice, the Rock On actress says, 'Right after those few films, I started doing leads in independent films, which was fulfilling. I would be happy to be a part of a big commercial project that allows the character to have meat, but that hasn't happened. Bollywood is driven by commerce. So, the good roles will be given to people who bring money to the table through their name and fame. That's the dynamic. It's almost impossible or unheard that there would be some completely new person picked just for the fact that they are a good actor.' 'I would've loved to play Rani, but that's not a possibility' So, does the industry's pecking order ever leave her bitter? Shahana says, 'I enjoyed Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani . I would've loved to play Rani, but that's not a possibility. So, it doesn't upset me because I do understand that there is a commercial aspect to it. If the same script was being made by somebody else, maybe they would have made a different film. However, I understand that the minute it's a Karan Johar film, it needs names that are commercially viable. Maybe they could make a different choice, but I don't think so much about it. It doesn't really bother me. I'm content doing what I am doing and everything else would be a bonus."
