JUSTIN Bieber could be placed in a conservatorship by wife Hailey if she can prove three key points to the courts amid his concerning behavior, a legal expert has told The U.S. Sun.
In recent weeks, the pop star has gone on bizarre rants and appeared incoherent in photographs and videos - leading many fans to believe it's time for Justin, 31, to seek help.

If Justin's behavior continues to be as dangerous as many believe, it's not out of the question that he could be placed in a conservatorship for his well-being.
"As a seasoned attorney, I'll say this bluntly: If Justin Bieber's recent behavior is as troubling as reported amidst erratic social media posts, visible signs of impairment, and statements hinting at isolation and emotional instability, then YES, a conservatorship could be considered,' powerhouse legal expert Jamie Wright exclusively told The U.S. Sun.
However, the decision would not be made lightly, as the acclaimed lawyer made it clear that conservatorships are 'legal nuclear options.'
'In California, a conservatorship is a court-ordered plan where a designated person (conservator) is appointed to manage the affairs, personal care, or finances of an adult deemed unable to manage these on their own.
'This isn't just about being 'out of it' on Instagram. Courts require substantial medical evidence, and the bar is high.
'Especially post-Britney, with the public and legal community rightfully wary of abuses in the system,' Counselor Wright said of Britney Spears' unprecedented, and historic, conservatorship case.
She went on to explain that in most conservatorship cases, the spouse or parent would have legal standing to file.
However, in order for Hailey, 28, or Justin's mom, Pattie Mallette, to have a case, they would need to 'demonstrate that Justin is incapable of making rational decisions, poses a risk to himself or others — including his infant son, or is unable to manage his financial empire,' she claimed.

'If a conservatorship were granted, it could have profound implications. Legally, Justin could lose control over decisions about his health, money, and even parental rights.
'Custody of his child could be questioned if there's evidence he's an unfit parent.
'It would certainly put pressure on his marriage with Hailey and would raise serious reputational questions that could derail future endorsements, brand partnerships, and touring plans.
"He's young, powerful, and high-profile, so any conservatorship move would face intense public scrutiny and likely pushback," the attorney added.

'But when safety, especially of a child, is on the line, no one is untouchable. If this situation escalates, the law will step in.
'Bottom line, no one wants to see another celebrity conservatorship saga play out — but if the signs are as serious as they seem, it's not out of the question," Counselor Wright stated.
'HE NEEDS HELP'
Recently, Justin sparked concern with a series of comments he's made online - including openly discussing drug use and being "done with transactional relationships."
Things escalated further when the Sorry singer took to his Instagram Stories, posting close-up selfies where many said he looked "unwell."
One slide he shared this week featured a screenshot from an AI chat interface asking: 'Has ketamine been used to control people's emotions?'
The AI chatbot allegedly answered: 'There is clear evidence that ketamine has been misused in certain law enforcement scenarios, particularly in ways that amount to chemical restraint or social control."
In another slide, Justin superimposed text over a photo of himself looking defeated: 'This is how I feel after people keep telling me theres more work to do after the ive given everything I have to give.'
Welcome Baby Bieber! Singer Justin Bieber and his wife, model Hailey Bieber, welcomed their first child in August 2024. The celebrity couple revealed that they were expecting in May when Hailey was already six months pregnant. The pair announced the birth on August 24, sharing their son's name, Jack Blues Bieber, for the first time. Justin shared a photo of Hailey's hand touching their newborn's foot, which was wrapped in a blanket. Fans immediately congratulated Hailey and Justin while pointing out the family connection of the name Jack. Justin's great-grandfather was Jack Arnold, and his father, Jeremy Bieber, has Jack as a middle name.
He followed up with: 'I don't think any of us can handle hearing 'You just gotta try a little harder and you will be like me.' It's not true.
"I listened to those fools who told me to work harder. And there's no end to trying to earn ur spot in this life because I tried. U have everything u need right now.'
On another snap, he admitted: 'We wanna make our life about work so bad. But this life is about God. Loving us so we can love each other. Quit making ur life about work smh. God will always inspire u to wait to work hard.
'U think if you don't tell people to work hard that they won't. Stop playing God please.'
Justin went on: 'Conditioning. Will make u feel i didn't know what the f*** u knew.'
This cryptic post was followed by another black-and-white selfie with the caption: 'But I f***in always knew in my gut Jesus was always the answer to pain we are all facing.
'People still keep making me think If I work hard on myself I'll be better like them. But the harder I work on myself the more I think about myself. I though the point was to think about one another?'
He finished with: 'The only thing that helps me to think about others to let go not try harder. Join me in letting go of not trying harder.'
This follows reports that Justin is also facing great financial strain - allegedly owing his former manager, Scooter Braun, over $8 million, audits obtained by TMZ claim.

Kym Marsh, 49, seemingly hits back at resurfaced Hear'Say 'fat-shaming' clip as she flashes her abs in a black sports bra while posing for a sizzling mirror selfie

Kym Marsh has seemingly hit back at a viral 'fat-shaming' clip from her Hear'Say heyday as she flashed her abs in a mirror selfie on Instagram on Tuesday. In the resurfaced 2002 clip, the singer, 49, was seen being ordered to ' lose weight ' by judge Nigel Lythgoe - who earned the nickname 'Nasty Nigel' for his scathing behaviour on pioneering ITV talent show Popstars. Now, taking to social media, Kym showed off her sizzling figure as she posed for a new selfie. The star turned heads as she flaunted her toned physique in a black sports bra and leggings. 'Building a better me,' she penned on top of the snap. It comes after her former bandmate Myleene Klass, 47, took to Instagram to lash out at comments made by judge Nigel on the ITV show. In the resurfaced 2002 clip, the singer, 49, was seen being ordered to ' lose weight ' by judge Nigel Lythgoe - who earned the nickname 'Nasty Nigel' for his scathing behaviour on pioneering ITV talent show Popstars During their time on the show, Nigel criticised Kym's looks and instructed her to 'lose some weight' as he quizzed her over her diet and fitness during the formation of Hear'Say, their band which ran from 2001 to 2002. In the clip, Kym asked, 'Do you think I'm fat?', to which Nigel replied, 'I think you've put weight on over Christmas, are you exercising, is the diet right?' Kym replied: 'I've just started it today', prompting Nigel to add, 'You need to lose some weight you're going on show six weeks from now, six weeks.' Myleene has reshared the video to her Instagram Stories and said being fat-shamed was a 'daily' occurrence, while stylists would remove sizes from clothes to hide 'the shame' of having double-digit sizes. She wrote: 'Yes Daily. Stylist often cut the sizes out of some bands outfits to hide the 'shame' of 'double digits'. 'My Hear'say diaries are FULL of this s***. The boys were also shamed. Remember, TFI Friday had scales on set.' Kym has been open about her struggles with self-image in the past, saying she became bulimic after she started comparing herself to smaller girls while at stage school when she was younger. Nigel previously defended his comments about Kym on the show, saying: '[She's] looking fabulous now, acting brilliantly, and she's made a huge career for herself.' Hear'Say formed on ITV show Popstars in 2001 and found success with their number one hit Pure and Simple. Their first album Popstars, was a huge hit but their success quickly dwindled by the time they released their second album Everybody. They split up in October 2002, less than two years after being put together on Popstars and cited 'abuse from the public' at the time as the primary reason behind the breakup. Speaking last year, about what pressures she felt as a young person in the spotlight, Myleene told Loose Women viewers their management would 'control how much we were eating' as they were scared they would become 'fat'. She said: 'I mean the scrutiny for a start. My daughter is 17 and if I look at one of my band members Suzie she was 18, so that's one year away. 'I think if someone put my daughter through that level of scrutiny or pressure...' Although she admitted that things have got a lot better since then, Myleene went on to add: 'Some of the experiences that we went through we were in no way equipped for it. 'We were just five kids in a room at the end of the day - not unlike these five kids in a room and that's all you have.'
