The 21-year-old tourist had reported the four men - all of whom are in their 20s - to the authorities following the alleged incident.
She had been on holiday in the area at the time.
The complainant said that, while she was having sex with one of the men, the other three filmed it and shared it using their phones, agrinionews.gr has reported.
The four men are reported to be aged 20, 22, 23 and 26.
A case has been filed against them for violation of personal data.
They deny that they distributed the material and claim it was immediately deleted, according to reports.
The men were arrested on Saturday, July 26.
It comes after another Brit was allegedly raped in the sea off a popular Greek holiday island.
The 16-year-old girl reported the alleged assault during a trip with her family.
It is reported to have happened in broad daylight at Rhodes' Ialysos beach.
The girl claimed she was sexually assaulted while swimming in the sea with a 15-year-old Belgian boy.
She told officers the boy allegedly assaulted her in the water twice without her consent.
Cops took swift action and arrested the boy at 10pm that same evening.
A rape case was filed against him.
Another British tourist was also allegedly raped on the Greek island of Corfu.
A 19-year-old Italian man was arrested in connection with the incident.

Knifeman who stabbed 11 people inside Michigan Walmart identified, to be charged with terrorism

Authorities have identified the knifeman who stabbed 11 people inside a Michigan Walmart as Bradford James Gille. Gille, 42, will faces charges of terrorism and 11 counts of assault with intent to murder, officials have confirmed. Chaos unfolded at the Walmart in Traverse City on Saturday after the Gille allegedly entered the store during a calm shopping afternoon and randomly stabbed the victims with a folding pocket knife, authorities say. Investigators believe he selected his victims at random. Minutes after the attack, he was in custody with the help of bystanders at the store. Gille remains in custody at the Grand Traverse County Jail and is expected to be arraigned Monday or Tuesday. Grand Traverse County Sheriff Michael Shea said quick action by bystanders helped to save lives. 'I cannot command everyone that was involved enough. When you stop and look from the time of call to the time of actual custody, the individual was detained within one minute,' Shea said at a press conference. 'That is remarkable. When you look at it in that mitigated Lord knows how many additional victims.' Shea said the 11 victims were both men and women and they ranged in age from 21 to 84. One victim was a Walmart employee. Munson Medical Center Chief Medical Officer Dr. Tom Schermerhorn said at a press conference Sunday that one patient was treated and released; two were in serious condition; and the rest are in fair condition.

Toddler is found dead on popular Greek tourist beach: Police working to identify little girl

A toddler has been found dead on a beach in Greece as police work to identify the little girl as young as two years old. She was found by a horrified passerby on the popular tourist spot Eden Beach in Paleo Faliro, near Athens. The child is believed to be two or three years old and was discovered today in the early hours of the morning. A man from Egypt saw the little girl's body on the shore and called the emergency services, local reports say. The toddler's body was rushed to the Agia Sofia Children's Hospital via ambulance, where doctors pronounced her dead. She is said to have been wearing a full-zip swimming costume and did not have any arm bands on, according to Greek newspaper Protothema. They added she did not have any obvious signs of abuse. An autopsy will be carried out to determine the cause of death. No child matching her description had been reported missing in the area. Investigations are ongoing to determine the girl's identity and how she died. It comes after a British four-year-old boy died in May after being pulled from a hotel swimming pool in Tenerife. The heart-breaking incident took place in San Miguel de Abona, a popular holiday spot in the south of the island. Emergency services rushed to José Miguel Galván Bello Avenue shortly before 5pm local time following reports of a child in cardiac arrest. According to Spanish broadcaster Telecinco, the child was rescued from the water by a lifeguard but was found to be unresponsive. Two advanced life support ambulances and a medical helicopter were sent to the scene. However, despite the best efforts of paramedics, who carried out advanced resuscitation procedures, the child could not be saved.
