Clara Technologies Clarifies Disclosures at the Request of the BCSC

Further to the Company's news release dated July 7, 2025, the Company would like to clarify that the Australian software firm that the Company has engaged for a 14-month strategic development relationship focused on building out the Company's Sales Buddi platform is Code Heroes Pty Ltd. In the same press release, the Company also stated that its Sales Buddi mobile application (" Sales Buddi") is now available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The Company considers the initial user adoption and technical performance of Sales Buddi encouraging given there has been minimal technical issues and functionality disruptions and the absence of any formal marketing or promotion of the app to date. The Company has not yet initiated any sales or marketing activities for Sales Buddi. The Company also wishes to clarify its recent press releases which refer to Sales Buddi as an "artificial-intelligence-powered mobile sales coaching platform", "Quantum AI Sales platform", "AI-powered" and "quantum enhanced AI". The current version of Sales Buddi incorporates artificial-intelligence technology but not quantum computing. Quantum computing is still generally being developed and is therefore not yet incorporated in Sales Buddi. Silver Viper Closes $3.6 Million Private Placement
VANCOUVER, BC, /CNW/ - Silver Viper Minerals Corp. (the " Company" or " Silver Viper") (TSXV: VIPR) (OTC: VIPRF) is pleased to announce that it has closed its $3.6 million non-brokered private placement announced on June 18, 2025 (the " Offering"), issuing 11,993,149 units of the Company (the " Units") at a price of $0.30 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $3,484,161. Each Unit consisted of one common share of the Company (each, a " Share") and one half of one warrant (each, a " Warrant"). Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one Share from the Company at a price of $0.50 per Share for a period of 24 months from the date of issue. All Units issued in connection with the Offering bears a legend indicating that they are subject to a trading restriction for a period of 12 months following the closing of the transaction. The Issuer intends to use the proceeds from the Offering for drilling and other exploration activities at La Virginia and for working capital and other general corporate purposes. PIERRE TURCOTTE FILES AN EARLY WARNING REPORT
, July 11, 2025 /CNW/ - Pierre Turcotte, Chair of the Board of Alithya Group inc. (" Alithya"), filed today an early warning report with respect to his holding of Class B multiple voting shares (" Class B Shares") of Alithya, as required by applicable securities laws. On July 11, 2025, Mr. Turcotte acquired 50,000 Class B Shares from Ghyslain Rivard, also a director of Alithya, for an aggregate purchase price of $120,366.50 (the " Acquisition"). The purchase was made in the context of a sale, for estate planning purposes, of an aggregate of 100,000 Class B Shares from Ghyslain Rivard to Mr. Turcotte and Paul Raymond, President and Chief Executive Officer of Alithya, in equal parts. The price per Class B Share was $2.40733, being the volume weighted average trading price of the Class A subordinate voting shares (" Class A Shares") of Alithya on the Toronto Stock Exchange for the 20 trading days immediately preceding the Acquisition.
