Kelley Wolf struggles to enter family home during live stream after Scott Wolf drops restraining order

Kelley Wolf ran into some trouble trying to get inside her family home — just two weeks after her estranged husband Scott Wolf dropped his restraining order against her. In an Instagram Live video Tuesday, the author — who is in the midst of a divorce from the 'Nancy Drew' actor — filmed herself trying to gain access to the Park City, Utah property with police present. Before getting out of her car, Kelley told her 76,000 followers on the platform that she was 'under the impression that I have done everything humanly possible to retrieve some basic items from my home.' 7 Kelley Wolf ran into some trouble trying to get inside her family home — just two weeks after her estranged husband Scott Wolf dropped his restraining order against her. kelleywolf/Instagram 'I'm currently about to meet up with a deputy of Summit County who's going to escort me into my home so I can get some money that I have saved,' she said in the video. 'I have just had enough… I'm sick of being treated like I'm crazy.' 'I have a sassy attitude, my God, but being called things like grandiose, bipolar, schizophrenic, crazy, being banned from places I've been forever is just rude, honestly,' she added. Kelley, who is no longer bound by an active restraining order that Scott was granted late last month, explained the situation to fans in the video. 'I have to now prove myself and did nothing except ask for a divorce,' she said while entering a security code at the front door. 'I'm sure y'all have seen this before, but wrong lady, because I don't back down.' After being unsuccessful, Kelley tried her luck at entering through the garage. 'My dad taught me [to] keep cash. You know, just keep cash. And since I now owe a lot of lovely people a lot of money back, I've never asked for $1 in my life,' she said. Once the garage door opened, Kelley was still unable to gain entry into the property. 'I just want to get a few things… I tried to do this as peacefully [possible],' she said. 'I've called you guys eight times in January saying I didn't feel safe, but [Scott] beat me to the punch. Apparently, I tried to file, but if somebody files before you, they can do a lot of weird stuff.' 7 In an Instagram Live video Tuesday, the author filmed herself trying to gain access to the Park City, Utah property with police present. kelleywolf/Instagram 7 After being unsuccessful, Kelley tried her luck at entering through the garage. kelleywolf/Instagram 'We're both famous, just that's the part that sucks…' she added. 'It's embarrassing.' Continuing to film her attempt, Kelley then tried forcing a window open while cops dialed Scott, who did not answer. Moments after sharing the clip on social media, her 16-year-old son Jackson rushed to the comments section. 'This is insane mom what are you doing,' he wrote. 7 Moments after Kelley shared the clip on social media, her 16-year-old son Jackson rushed to the comments section. kelleywolf/Instagram 7 Scott filed for a restraining order against his ex on June 24, and a judge signed off on the petition one day later. kelleywolf/Instagram The Summit County Sheriff's Office responded to a 'keep the peace' call earlier that day, with a deputy escorting Kelley around the home from 9:45 a.m. to 11:34 a.m., People reports. The Post has reached out to Scott's reps for comment. According to the estranged couple's strict new custody agreement, a judge ruled that Scott will maintain the exclusive use of his and Kelley's family home, as well as control of their marital funds. However, he must cover household expenses and temporarily provide Kelley with $10K per month for living costs, as well as her car payments, minimum credit card payments and a portion of her attorney fees. Scott filed for a restraining order against his ex on June 24, and a judge signed off on the petition one day later. He was granted temporary sole physical custody of Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11, Kelley was granted 'liberal' supervised visitation with the children. Kelley was also permitted supervised parenting time as coordinated by counsel and three supervised video or phone calls per week with Jackson, Miller and Lucy, per the July 15 agreement. Plus, Kelley is allowed to respond should her and Scott's children be the ones to initiate contact with her. As for the communication guidelines laid out in the estranged couple's agreement, neither the 'Everwood' actor nor Kelley can talk about adult issues, their divorce or their children's relationship with the other parent in front of or with the kids. If Kelley successfully adheres to the stipulations laid out in the temporary agreement, she will eventually be allowed unsupervised parenting time with Jackson, Miller and Lucy. USA TODAY named an Asheville bar one of America's best. We wish these spots made the cut

ASHEVILLE - USA TODAY's 2025 Bars of the Year list, released on July 30, features 29 bars that range from vibey dives to chic cocktail lounges to whimsical wine bars. USA TODAY Network food journalists from across the country shared their expertise to select the bars, which include the watering holes they know, love and recommend. Little Jumbo, located in the historic Montford neighborhood, made the list for its expertise in mixology and overall appeal as a place where locals and tourists alike want to spend time any night of the week, whether for a spirited jazz night or to find a quiet corner on a date night. This is the second consecutive year an Asheville bar has been recognized by USA TODAY as one of its Bars of the Year. For its inaugural year, the Crow & Quill was featured for its impressive cocktail program and cloak-and-dagger speakeasy ambiance ideal for anyone seeking a twirl around the bar to the sounds of a live quartet band, cozying up with a book, or planning a clandestine meeting. There are many other bars worth celebrating across Asheville, and though there can only be one No. 1, here are four more bars that we wish were on the Bars of the Year list. Antidote Cocktail Lounge at Chemist Spirits Go directly to the source of Chemist Spirits for a tour of the South Slope distillery's operations and then visit Antidote Cocktail Lounge next door to enjoy the products in a variety of refreshing craft cocktails. The turn-of-the-20th-century pharmacy-inspired bar features three levels: a main room with an enclosed front patio, an intimate mezzanine, and a rooftop deck with a speakeasy entrance and bar, where guests may enjoy Chemist Spirits' award-winning collection, including gin and American vodkas, single malt whiskeys and a chocolate orange liqueur. What we're ordering: A flight of Chemist Spirits is the way to sample the locally distilled libations. In addition to its menu of handcrafted cocktails, tonics and botanical spritzes, Antidote Cocktail Lounge is now open during the day, offering a coffee and tea program that includes coffee and tea mocktails. A few warm-weather libations to try are the Pink Pony Club made with Chemist's Biltmore Rose Gin, Italicus liqueur and an herbal tea blend from local tea shop, Dobra Tea. The Jasmine Strawberry Fizz is a flavorful take on a gin fizz that can be made zero-proof by substituting jasmine tea. Or start your day with a nonalcoholic Cold Brew Old Fashioned. See the full menu: Details: 151 Coxe Ave., downtown Asheville. or @ on Instagram. Asheville Sports Club Pickleball is sweeping the nation, and it's taken over downtown's South Slope district at Asheville Sports Club. Don't let the name deter you ― no membership is required to visit or play at the unassuming, upscale bar, which features two pickleball courts that can be converted into basketball or dodgeball courts and reserved by the hour. Open from morning to night, Asheville Sports Club operates as a coffee, craft beer and cocktail bar that could have anything from a pickleball tournament to a deejayed jam booked for entertainment. Don't miss the action on or off the courts with the dog-friendly patio and outdoor bar. The gilded framed widescreen televisions ensure viewers don't miss a single play on sporting events. What we're ordering: Espresso martini on draft for that extra pickleball pick-me-up. Beverages are allowed courtside. Details: 137 Coxe Ave., downtown Asheville. or @ashevillesportsclub on Instagram. DayTrip The ultimate comeback story, DayTrip's original location off Amboy Road was open for about a month before being devastated by floodwaters when the French Broad River rose to a record 24.67 feet during Tropical Storm Helene last fall. Earlier this year, DayTrip reopened, bigger and better than ever, at its new home in the Five Points neighborhood. The 1970s-inspired cocktail lounge is what we're dubbing "grandma chic," with nostalgic vintage accents in every nook and cranny. Local artists added their flair with bold, eclectic murals. What we're ordering: Local craft and domestic beer, boilermakers, shooters and mocktails are offered alongside a list of signature cocktails. The out-of-this-world 28 Moons of Uranus is made with Citadella gin, velvet falernum, orgeat, passion fruit and lemon. Or embrace your feminine side with the Death Becomes Her, made with Tito's Vodka, hibiscus, lemon and rose petals. Make it an even better night with the bar bites. Options include charcuterie boxes and "an ashtray full of stuffed olives." Details: 174 Broadway St., Asheville. Follow at @ on Instagram. Potential New Boyfriend A new contender on the bar scene with more than enough potential to win guests over, Potential New Boyfriend was an instant hit when it debuted last winter in West Asheville. The one-room Hi-Fi listening lounge and dessert and wine bar offers a homey living room feel, like hanging out with friends, spinning vinyl records and gossiping over great drinks. Potential New Boyfriend hosts themed music nights, such as BYOVinyl Tuesdays and Long Form Sundays, playing albums from start to finish. What we're ordering: The seasonal, in-house, chef-made savory aperitivos, charcuterie and dessert menu offer shareables (or keep it all to yourself). The scratch-made ice cream is the standout, with options including flavors by the scoop, signature sundaes, affogatos and more. Or indulge and buy a pint to take home. The flavors rotate regularly, with the season, and have included gourmet combinations like rosemary and candied lemons. Suggested wine pairings heighten the tasting experience. A wine flow chart also guides imbibers to their next glass, or ask the knowledgeable server for recommendations. Details: 647 Haywood Road, Asheville. and @potentialnewbf on Instagram. Fever Star Sophie Cunningham Is Being Recruited To A Different Sport

Fever Star Sophie Cunningham Is Being Recruited To A Different Sport originally appeared on The Spun. Not that it's likely to happen anytime soon, but if Indiana Fever star Sophie Cunningham ever finds herself looking for work, a different sport is happy to give her a new opportunity. People have been impressed by Cunningham's size, personality and popularity for a while now. Among the many who see other career paths for her is professional wrestling promoter Dave McLane. In a recent appearance at Comic Con in San Diego, McLane spoke about the idea of both Cunningham and Caitlin Clark joining his Women of Wrestling (WOW) promotion. He said he watched Cunningham and the Fever compete against the Las Vegas Aces and loved what he saw from her. 'I'm from Indiana. I'm from Indianapolis, and that's the home of not only the second-best basketball team in the country this last year, but the biggest name in professional basketball today, Caitlin Clark. And Caitlin Clark has an enforcer. She's the Marty McSorley to Wayne Gretzky, and she is a stunning athlete,' McLane said, via The Daily Mirror. 'I flew to Las Vegas and watched them in action against the Aces, and I would love to have Sophia Cunningham in WOW, because she takes down the competition, and she makes sure that Caitlin Clark is safe on the basketball floor. We'd love to have Sophie in WOW.' McLane isn't the only one who would like to bring Cunningham into the fold though. He isn't the most prominent either. Longtime Los Angeles Lakers owner Jeanie Buss recently took to X and echoed McLane's sentiment, declaring that she would "love" to have Cunningham join WOW. Buss has been a developer of the California-based wrestling promotion for many years. 'We would love to have @SophieCunning5 join us at @wowsuperheroes she is talented, dedicated and a fierce competitor!!' There are plenty of pro athletes who have made a successful transition into professional wrestling, though there are far fewer who went in from pro basketball. The number is smaller still for WNBA players or women's basketball players in general. If there's anyone who could break the mold though, it's Sophie Cunningham. Would Cunningham ever consider such a career change?Fever Star Sophie Cunningham Is Being Recruited To A Different Sport first appeared on The Spun on Jul 29, 2025 This story was originally reported by The Spun on Jul 29, 2025, where it first appeared.
