Vitaly gets bail but remains detained amid ongoing criminal charges for vulgar pranks in the Philippines

Controversial streamer Vitaly just pulled a move that's making headlines again. After being transferred to the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) last week, the Russian-American Kick streamer has now reportedly posted bail and bounced straight back into the hands of the Philippine Bureau of Immigration (BI).
However, it's not as simple as you think.
From BJMP to BI: What Just Happened?
As per local sources, Vitaly posted bail on June 18, 2025, barely a week after being placed under BJMP's custody. But instead of walking free, he's been immediately handed over to BI. Why? Because the streamer isn't just facing criminal charges; he's also staring down a deportation case.
According to BI officials, Vitaly is now classified as an 'undesirable alien.' Harsh? Maybe.
But considering the list of things he allegedly did while IRL streaming in the Philippines, not surprising.
Why Is Vitaly Even in Trouble?
Vitaly's recent visit to the Philippines went
off the rails
. During an IRL stream in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) back in April 2025, he was seen doing things that landed him in serious trouble:
Harassing locals on camera
Snatching a guard's cap
Allegedly stealing stuff
Filming people without their consent
And even taking a joyride on a cop's bike
All of this was caught on livestream, and let's just say, the Philippine Interior Secretary wasn't having it. He slammed Vitaly's actions as 'disruptive and inappropriate,' and legal charges quickly followed. Vitaly is now facing multiple cases, including:
Vandalism
Unjust vexation
Burglary
Theft
Unauthorized recording
Each charge reportedly carries a potential sentence of five years
minimum
if he's found guilty.

He's Facing Deportation Too
So even though Vitaly's posted bail for the criminal cases and technically could've been out, he's now being detained by the BI because of an active deportation case. But here's the kicker: his deportation isn't happening right away. First, he needs to face all the pending criminal charges. If found guilty, he'll have to serve his time in the Philippines before any plane ticket back home is even considered.
So, What's Next for Vitaly?
Vitaly posted bail, but he's far from free. The BJMP may have let him go, but the Bureau of Immigration stepped in immediately. This saga's far from over, and all eyes are on what the courts decide next. For now, Vitaly's bold (and reckless) streaming tactics have landed him in one of the toughest spots he's ever streamed from: Philippine custody.
