Amazon billionaire Jeff Bezos and journalist Lauren Sanchez got married in Venice, Italy, on June 27 in a $50 million lavish wedding. The wedding has become the talk of the town due to several reasons, such as the star-studded guest list, donation plans and more.
Amid this, actress Charlize Theron isn't holding back and is taking a dig at some serious shade at the celebrities who attended the most-awaited wedding of the year.
The Old Guard actress, who was also a part of the wedding guest list, took a dig at the Amazon founder and his wife while hosting the fifth annual Block Party for the Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project (CTAOP) on Saturday, as per Hollywood Reporter.

When the 49-year-old actress took to the stage to kick off the event that raises funds to help CTAOP support the health and safety of youth in her native South Africa.
'I think we might be the only people who did not get an invite to the Bezos wedding. But that's OK because they s**k and we're cool,' she said. She did not stop there; she went on to thank the attendees for taking the time to be a part of this, especially when the world feels like it is burning because it is.

"Here in Los Angeles, in the US and across the globe, we're moving backwards fast. Immigration policy has destroyed the lives of families, not criminals; women's rights are becoming fewer and fewer every day; queer and trans lives are increasingly being erased; and gender-based violence is on the rise. This isn't just policy; it's personal,' she added.
Charlize didn't just single out Bezos and Sanchez—she also took a moment to criticise the Trump administration's immigration policies, telling the crowd that 'the world feels like it's burning.'
'Millions of people are going to die'
Delivering some fired-up remarks on Saturday about immigration, the LGBTQ+ and women's rights and the devastating cuts to foreign aid. She added, Reducing foreign aid has completely halted HIV and AIDS programmes in my home country, South Africa. This isn't just harmful—it's life-threatening.
People are dying, and many more have already passed away at an alarming pace. It's devastating to witness such needless suffering, she said. "Foreign aid cuts brought HIV and AIDS programs in my home country of South Africa to an absolute standstill. All of this is not just detrimental, it's dangerous. People will lose their lives. Many have already, unfortunately and at a frightening rate. It's absolutely heartbreaking to see this kind of unnecessary suffering."
However, Theron did not mention President Donald Trump's name, but his administration has made cuttings on foreign aid a core part of its agenda.
