Sol de Janeiro's new shimmer cream is the secret to luminous skin all summer
It feels like summer has officially landed in the UK with the glorious, sunny weather we've been having. And that can only mean one thing, it's time to get our warm weather bodycare products sorted. There's nothing better than coming off the beach or getting ready for dinner and taking a soothing shower, followed up with some luxurious products. And Sol De Janeiro's latest limited-edition drop is literally summer in a tub.
If glowing, golden skin and dessert-sweet scents are on your summer wish list, the Cheirosa 71 Body Cream is about to become your new obsession. This cream is somehow both a rich yet lightweight product packed full of nourishing ingredients that really makes your complexion glow.
It's infused with macadamia nut oil to keep skin soft and nourished, while the golden mica leaves behind that luminous sheen that gives off that "I just got back from the beach" vibe.
Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa 71 Body Cream review
I'm a big fan of the Sol de Janeiro sprays, and I've tried out their Delicia Drench Body Butter before. So I went in expecting this new product to have a similar thick, buttery consistency and was pleasantly surprised to find it was a bit lighter and creamier. In the summer, I don't like to use thick and heavy moisturisers, so this one perfectly fit the bill. I am also someone who wants to look ridiculously glowy and shiny. However, there's a fine line for me between looking perfectly radiant and looking glittery, and I'm talking Edward Cullen in Twilight glittery. The latter is exactly what I don't want.
Luckily for me, the finish was a gorgeous luminous sheen, and the subtle shimmer was the perfect level. I would 100% take this on holiday as a post-beach day/pre-dinner body glow.
Additionally, if you're someone who shops for body care based on scent first, this cream will be right up your street. It has the same smell as the Cheriosa 71 Body Mist, and if you haven't smelt that before, think rich caramelised vanilla, toasted macadamia nut, and a sweetness that lingers all day long.
For me, the scent just borders on being too sweet. I'm more of a sea salt, citrus, and cotton fragrance fan (like The White Company's Sea Salt Lotion or Jo Malone's Wood Sage & Sea Salt Body Creme) . However, I do appreciate how long-lasting the smell actually is, it's one that you can still smell on your skin hours later.
It's also worth noting that this is a limited-edition product so it will not be sticking around permenantley. And it's one that I cannot wait to take away on holiday.

Liam Gallagher's tipple on Oasis tour - and it's not what you'd expect
Liam Gallagher has been taking a more wholesome approach to life on the road after reuniting with brother Noel Gallagher for the Oasis Live '25 Tour. Liam Gallagher, notorious for his wild partying and boozy escapades, is now adopting a more wholesome lifestyle on tour. Fans shouldn't expect to witness him downing tequila shots or guzzling pints, as he now has a new tipple of choice. And it's not what fans might expect. The rock star, 52, has opted for a healthier approach to touring life after reuniting with his brother Noel Gallagher, 58, for the Oasis Live '25 Tour. He's reportedly sipping apple cider vinegar tea in a bid to safeguard his voice and ensure peak performance. Having previously struggled with vocal issues and undergone cortisone injections for inflamed vocal cords, Liam is prioritising the protection of his voice as he embarks on the UK dates of his monumental tour according to the Mirror. Fans have spotted Liam clutching an oak-coloured beverage on stage. However, it seems to reportedly be a special tea blend containing honey and other soothing ingredients according to the publication. Despite the singer admitting that his new favourite drink provides key health benefits, he knocks points off for its lack of a kick while on the road. In his 2018 documentary As It Was, Liam revealed: "I drink a lot of funky drinks. I have this apple cider vinegar, the one that everyone bangs on about. Apparently, it's great for everything. Mam has it for arthritis and it's really good for her. "So I have vinegar, some honey and then I have some turmeric, some cayenne pepper, a squirt of lemon, hot water, stir it round and drink it. It's really good for when you get a hoarse voice. I've got a thyroid problem – Hashimoto's disease – so I can get a really hoarse voice. "It makes you tired and your bones are creaky, but you have this drink and it makes you a bit Jumping Jack Flash." Oasis have already taken the stage at Heaton Park on Friday 11, Saturday 12 and Wednesday 16 July and are set to return to their stomping ground for two additional performances in the Manchester park this weekend. They brothers are scheduled to perform on both Saturday, 19 July, and Sunday, 20 July, marking their final two evenings in their hometown. The band will then progress to London's Wembley Stadium, where they are due to appear on July 25, 26 and 30 and August 2 and 3. They will move on to perform in Scotland for fans at Edinburgh's Murrayfield on the weekend of 8 and 9 August, and on Tuesday, August 12. The Gallagher brothers will be occupied with the tour until the end of the year, with performances scheduled up to late November. The final night of their tour is scheduled for November 23 in Brazil.

Coldplay kiss cam duo Andy Byron and Kristin Cabot 'all over each other' before being caught
Andy Byron, CEO of Astronomer, and his Head of HR Kristin Cabot were caught in an intimate embrace on the Coldplay kiss cam. The infamous Coldplay kiss cam scandal duo were caught "all over each other" at the gig before their secret was revealed. Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and HR boss Kristin Cabot were filmed getting cosy at the band's Boston, Massachusetts show in footage that's now gone viral worldwide. Mr Byron was captured with his arms wrapped around Ms Cabot as they cuddled before Chris Martin accidentally exposed the colleagues' romance. The initial clip has racked up millions of views online, but fresh footage has allegedly shown the pair snogging before their public humiliation. In the original viral footage, the business chief appeared completely absorbed in the music as he held his Head of HR from behind, swaying along to the band's live set. However, the moment they spotted themselves on the giant screen, they instantly separated and desperately attempted to escape the limelight... but the damage was done. Chris Martin, having clocked them on the big screen, remarked: "Oh look at these two. Either they are having an affair or they're just really shy", reports the Mirror. A gig-goer, seemingly positioned behind the couple, filmed Coldplay performing their chart-topper Yellow. An ocean of yellow illumination from audience wristbands is visible, but the smitten pair were also captured in frame, according to TMZ. The duo, believed to be Byron and Cabot, were spotted cosying up with arms wrapped around each other, and at one point, the man is seen leaning in for a peck on the lips. This fresh perspective seems to have caught a new level of closeness between the workmates that wasn't evident to the entire stadium. In the initial viral clip, a lipreader suggested the tech boss exclaimed "F***ing hell, it's me", as their images appeared on the big screen. Speaking exclusively to the Mirror, lipreader Judi commented: "Perhaps the worst thing about their body language here is that they made themselves into human catnip for social media by reacting so violently rather than just trying to style it out." Byron, who is married, has submitted his resignation in the wake of the startling scandal. The firm released a statement on LinkedIn and X stating: "As stated previously, Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding. "Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met. "Andy Byron has tendered his resignation, and the Board of Directors has accepted. The Board will commence a search for our next Chief Executive as Cofounder and Chief Product Officer Pete DeJoy continues to serve as interim CEO." LinkedIn updates revealed Ms Cabot joined the company nine months prior as Chief People Officer - at which time Byron expressed enthusiastic praise for his new team member. The tech boss lauded her "exceptional leadership and deep expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and scaling people strategies", which he believes will "be critical as we continue our rapid trajectory".

Michel, 76, from Belgium, believed he was about to meet the 'love of his life,' famous model Sophie Vouzeland. A lovestruck man was left dumbfounded after a 500-mile journey to meet a beauty queen ended in the discovery that he had been catfished. Michel, a 76 year old from Belgium, believed he was on his way to meet his ' soulmate ', the renowned model Sophie Vouzeland. However, upon arriving at her residence in Saint-Julien, France, he was met by her husband, Fabien, instead. The smitten senior announced himself as her " future husband", only to be shocked when the man at the door said: "Well, I'm the current one." Michel had been under the impression that he was communicating with the 2007 Miss France runner-up via WhatsApp. Convinced of their bond, Michel had even transferred a whopping £25,000 as a loan to someone he thought was Sophie, reports the Mirror. The couple took to social media to share a poignant video of their encounter with Michel, hoping to raise awareness about romance fraud. In the footage, a disheartened Michel admits: "I think she played a dirty trick on me. I am an imbecile." He proceeded to show Fabien the messages they had exchanged. "My wife, no, it's the fake accounts," Fabien clarified. "You have to be very careful." The video was uploaded to Instagram with a caption expressing sympathy for Michel: "I feel so sorry for this man. Watch out for fake accounts. I'm sharing this video to show you it's real and to be vigilant! Take care of yourself." Sophie, who is expecting a baby with Fabien, expressed that the incident "hurts my heart". The scam has since sparked reactions on social media, with users finding it alarming that their address was known. One individual warned: "Let us all be vigilant! Fake accounts and scams suck." Another sympathised: "Poor Sophie in the middle of this being pregnant. Fingers crossed this doesn't happen again and ends well. Cheer up to both of you." Grateful for the support, Sophie replied in the comments: "Thank you, it's not easy." A third shared their astonishment: "Oh crazy what a story! Poor gentleman. It's horrible to know that there are still people scamming people. I hope it won't happen again and that you can live your life peacefully." One more person highlighted the risks of online exposure: "The danger of social networks. But I'm surprised how he could get your address. It's absolutely not normal."
