Legal expert claims Sean ‘Diddy' Combs is ‘not going to get the max' prison sentence

Sky News AU03-07-2025
Former US federal prosecutor Jim Trusty has suggested music mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs is 'not going to get the max' prison sentence following the 'small' convictions he's received in his case.
'I mean, what's left on the table, what he is convicted of, they are felonies, they do carry potential for 10 years in prison, although he's not going to get the max, but they are small,' Mr Trusty told Sky News Australia.
'They are essentially prostitution cases that cross state lines; I mean, that is as small a charge as you can imagine in the context of an indictment that included sexual trafficking and a RICO conspiracy charge, so he's won the war in large part.'

Drop off points to willingly surrender illegal weapons revealed in Victoria

Drop off points for Victorians to surrender their machetes have been revealed in attempts to push safety. ‘Distant second': Epstein controversy overshadows story on bombshell Hillary Clinton revelations

Former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney discusses Russian intelligence collected on Hillary Clinton during the 2016 presidential campaign, which revealed damning information. Russia's foreign intelligence service (SVR) had collected information which revealed Ms Clinton was suffering from 'intensified psycho-emotional problems, including uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression, and cheerfulness'. Allegedly, Ms Clinton was also placed on a daily regimen of 'heavy tranquillisers'. 'On any given day in this town, the Hillary Clinton story would be huge and now it's distant second to Epstein,' Mr Mulvaney told Sky News Australia.
