Truro City occupy top spot following their 2-0 win at Weston-super-Mare.
Tyler Harvey's second half double saw the Cornish side remain ahead of Devon rivals Torquay on goal difference, with both sides locked on 86 points following the Gulls' 3-0 triumph over Weymouth at Plainmoor.
Harvey's 97th minute penalty took Truro's goal difference to +30, two ahead of Torquay's tally of +28.
If both sides win on the final day, Torquay could still be champions if their victory is by three goals more than Truro's.
The Tinners host relegation-threatened St Albans City this Saturday, while Torquay go to Hemel Hempstead Town.
Worthing missed the opportunity to go into the final day in top spot following their 1-1 draw with fellow promotion hopefuls Dorking on Easter Monday.
Jack Spong gave the Rebels the lead on 42 minutes, only for Alfie Rutherford to equalise for Wanderers shortly after the interval.
Third placed Eastbourne, meanwhile, won 1-0 at Salisbury yesterday, meaning they and Worthing are both one back from Truro and Torquay on 85 points apiece.

Eastbourne are on +24 goal difference and host Weston-super-Mare this Saturday.
Worthing, meanwhile, sit fourth on +16 - with a trip to Enfield Town to come this weekend.

Boreham Wood and Dorking go into the final day fifth and sixth respectively on 83 points apiece.
Both sides possess a better goal difference than Truro, Torquay, Eastbourne and Worthing.
So if Truro and Torquay both lose, and Eastbourne and Worthing fail to win, Boreham Wood would become champions with a win at Tonbridge.
That is, unless Dorking were to beat Chesham United by four goals more than their margin of victory, in which case Marc White's side would be unlikely champions.
Following Truro's win at Weston yesterday, their boss John Askey told the BBC: "The other results and us getting a win today puts it back in our court.
"At the start of season if you said you need to win your last home game to possibly win the league we'd have all taken it."
Torquay boss Paul Wotton, who left Truro for the Gulls last year, said: "We had a perfect start and I thought the first 15 minutes we were electric.
"I think that's our seventh clean sheet in nine games, we're on a hell of a run of form, and now there's no if's and ands, it's set in stone what we've got to do next week.
"For us to be where we are with a game to go, after the club nearly went out of existence last year - I've signed 31 players lots of comings and goings, and I think to take it down to the last game is tremendous.
"I can't wait, I wish it was tomorrow. There's an awful lot to play for, and I've said for a long time it can go down to the last five minutes of the last game, and it looks like that's going to be the case."

Truro City manager John Askey says he is still looking to strengthen his side ahead of their first season in the National Tinners have already brought in a number of new players such as Harry Kite, Lirak Hasani and Max Kinsey, while Luke Jephcott has moved on a permanent deal after being on loan at Truro last season. City begin their first-ever campaign in the fifth tier at Wealdstone on Saturday, 9 August after winning National League South last season. Plymouth Argyle head coach Tom Cleverley feels his side have "clicked" after their 6-0 pre-season win over Torquay Amaechi's goal gave the Pilgrims a 1-0 lead at half-time before the new signing added an excellent second after the break.A Bim Pepple effort plus two goals from Joe Edwards and one from Bali Mumba completed the victory at Argyle's National League South neighbours."There were four or five really important players missing this evening, but it just shows you we've got some good depth," said Cleverley, who was without the likes of Caleb Watts, Conor Hazard and Julio Pleguezuelo. "We're still working hard to maybe bring a couple more in, but I think tonight was the evening where it clicked."We should take confidence, but not be complacent. Jay Emmanuel-Thomas, a product of the Arsenal academy, was sentenced to four years in prison last month for his part in a £600k drug smuggling plot - but is already back in the game Disgraced former Arsenal footballer Jay Emmanuel-Thomas is back in the game, just one month after being jailed for four years. The 34-year-old was sentenced in June for his part in a £600,000 drug smuggling plot in what was described as a 'catastrophic error of judgement'. Emmanuel-Thomas was sacked by Scottish Championship side Greenock Morton after his arrest in September last year. The former Arsenal academy product initially denied the charges but changed his plea to guilty at a hearing on May 7 at Chelmsford Crown Court in Essex. After being found guilty, he was handed a four-year prison sentence, but subsequently released on parole having served 10 months of his sentence at HMP Chelmsford. National League South side AFC Totton have now confirmed his signature ahead of the new season with a brief statement reading: "We are absolutely delighted to welcome Jay Emmanuel-Thomas to the club. Jay joins us with a wealth of experience in the Championship and we're sure his goals will lead to a successful season here on the South Coast!" Emmanuel-Thomas was arrested after officers from the National Crime Agency seized an estimated £600,000 of cannabis as it was being brought through Stansted Airport by two women he had recruited – his girlfriend and her friend. Prosecutor David Josse KC told Chelmsford Crown Court the 'interception' of the two women – Emmanuel-Thomas's girlfriend Yasmin Piotrowska and her friend Rosie Rowland – happened at the airport. He said it 'became apparent this defendant, Jay Emmanuel-Thomas, had been involved in their recruitment to travel to Thailand'. Before handing down the sentence, Judge Alexander Mills said: "It is through your own actions you will no longer be known as a professional footballer. You will be known as a criminal. A professional footballer who threw it all away." The footballer, whose former clubs include Ipswich, Bristol City, QPR, Livingston, Aberdeen and Thai side PTT Rayong, was sentenced at the start of June. Alex Rose, for Emmanuel-Thomas, said: 'The financial gain in this case for Mr Emmanuel-Thomas was £5,000.' Mr Rose said the defendant was a father-of-two and had made a 'catastrophic error of judgment'. He said a 'period of being out of contract led to very significant financial hard times' and he 'succumbed to temptation'. In a letter read out in court before his sentencing, Emmanuel Thomas wrote: "This past year has been the most harmful and eye-opening of my life. At times it has been unbearable." He added that he "never imagined" he could be in this situation, and he "completely regrets but takes full responsibility for" his actions.
