Over the past few days, Harrison and Helena have enjoyed some flirty banter, much to the annoyance of US star Toni.

On tonight's show, the boys were given the power to pick which girl they wanted to couple up with.
Ben picked Helena, meaning Harrison was left with no other choice but to choose Toni.
After the recoupling, Harrison told Helena that he planned his speech for her but changed it last minute for Toni.
Harrison told her: "I felt that finally we were going to couple up, I was so ready for it, I was so ready to sleep in a bed with you."
Just moments later, Harrison admitted to Toni that his decision was "50/50", despite him insisting to Helena that he was set to pick her.
Harrison said: "No, I didn't know what I was going to do, I was 50/50. I didn't know what I was going to do honestly.
"I just think it's hard for me because yesterday you were up there but obviously that's 24 hours and we've not been talking."
Harrison went on to say: "Can we just be normal?," before he and Toni shared a small peck.
The next day, Toni apologised to Helena for saying she was a "b****" for kissing Harrison in the Hideaway.
Helena said she is convinced Harrison is telling everyone different things and called him over.
Love Islanders lick and spank each other in sexiest Heart Rate Challenge yet
After being grilled, Harrison admitted he fancies both girls and had not made his decision yet.
Later that evening the infamous heart rate challenge made a return to the Love Island villa.
The Islanders took it in turns to dance a sexy routine for the opposite sex while wearing a heart monitor.
Harrison picked up Toni and gave her a big kiss and then kissed Helena straight after, which left Toni looking unimpressed.
Viewers have also slammed Harrison's move.
One wrote: "Harrison is genuinely such a horrible person and so is Helena. The way they're acting and still stringing Tonie along is so disgusting. Please get them out. Helena is some weirdo as well.. he's lit 22, is she ok?"
A second said: "This Harrison and Helena ship is so disgusting to me, I can't."
A third said: "Harrison. Disgusting. Vile. Get out the villa."
A fourth commented: "Harrison is a bare faced liar, he told Helena he had a speech prepped and then told Toni he honestly didn't know who he'd pick YOU LIARRRRR."
Someone else said: "Harrison is so disgusting. I hate this man, you're a liar! Brilliant Actor. Let the truth come out!"

Nicole Scherzinger flaunted her incredible body in a skimpy swimsuit as she rung in her 47th birthday over the weekend on Sunday. The Tony winner - who has 'shelved her upcoming solo album' - jumped to her Instagram page to upload a clip as she spent time on the sandy shore of a beach to ring in the special milestone. The beauty showcased her toned figure wearing a black and white-striped bikini top as well as matching bottoms. Scherzinger's long, dark locks were parted to the side and effortlessly flowed down past her shoulders in natural waves. The performer struck a variety of poses for the camera as she had a blast while waves crashed down around her at the tropical destination. At one point, Nicole also added a large hat on top of her head as the warm sun shone down on her. The star added text over the reel which read, 'POV: People born in 2000 are turning 25... and so am I.' And in the caption of the post, the songstress penned to her 7.1 million followers: '46 you were Golden!✨.' Scherzinger additionally shared another video as she flashed her sculpted abs while meditating near the ocean. The Broadway performer was filmed sitting cross-legged near the shallow water as the sun began to set in the distance. The camera moved around behind Nicole to offer a scenic view of the orange sun setting far off in the horizon. 'Reflecting with deep gratitude as another year rises on the horizon,' she wrote. 'So grateful for every breath, for every sunrise and sunset. Thank you God for another year.' Along with enjoying a relaxing beach day, the beauty further celebrated her birthday with a group of pals inside what appeared to be a club. She uploaded snippets from the bash and put on a leggy display wearing a dazzling ensemble with shimmering, tasseled details. Scherzinger's long, dark locks were parted to the side and effortlessly flowed down past her shoulders in natural waves Scherzinger danced the night away while indulging in tasty snacks such as savory pizza and sipped on refreshing drinks. 'Thank you so much for all the birthday love and wishes❣️,' the singer typed out alongside the reel as Lizzo's track Birthday Girl played in the background. When it comes to her fit physique, the former lead singer of the Pussycat Dolls has previously opened up about her fitness regime. During a past interview with Women's Health, Nicole expressed, 'I like to switch it up and try new things, but most recently, I've just been pretty consistent with more HIIT workouts.' However, she still likes to branch out to try out other routines when it comes to fitness. 'I love doing everything from SoulCycle spinning and climbing to boxing and dance cardio. It's really good to always keep your body guessing and to always switch it up.' Scherzinger also dished on her diet, which includes intermittent fasting and having balance. 'If I have some frozen fruit laying around, I'll make an oat milk smoothie. Sometimes I'll put turmeric powder in it, which is delicious and anti-inflammatory.' 'Thank you so much for all the birthday love and wishes❣️,' the singer typed out alongside the reel as Lizzo's track Birthday Girl played in the background She also indulges in yummy snacks, such as Cheetos and allows herself to enjoy desserts. 'I love red velvet cake with cream cheese icing; carrot cake with cream cheese icing... I love muffins and cake.' Nicole has been keeping busy and recently won a Tony Award for Best Leading Actress in a Musical for her performance in Sunset Blvd. She has taken on the lead role of Norma Desmond in the production and will play the character until July 20. While recently talking to People, Scherzinger recalled returning to the stage one day after her Tony win. 'I had never experienced anything like that in my life. It was absolutely incredible,' she expressed. The star added that the audience would often erupt into a standing ovation during the show. Following one song, Nicole said, 'I think it was, like, a three- or four-minute standing ovation. After a while, I was like, "This is embarrassing. You all need to sit down."' However, the singer explained that she was grateful for the moment and called it 'rewarding.' 'It was saved up over a lifetime, and it all happened in that moment, and it just richly, deeply filled my heart and my soul. It was beyond rewarding. I'll never forget it. Everything just felt on fire.' She continued, 'The cast was fired up, obviously, winning the Tony for best show, revival. I mean, that was huge. Everybody just felt the energy. 'It was a lot of work that we had put into it. It was beautiful. Everything was just on another level. It was vibrating and it was crazy. It was beyond electric.' Nicole is reportedly also in 'early talks' for a Las Vegas residency amid her Broadway success. A source told The Mirror this month, 'Nicole is achieving all her career dreams this year. 'She's conquered Broadway and won a well-deserved Tony, but Nicole has no plans to slow down her career, not when she's in her absolute prime and in such demand.' The residency - which has yet to be officically finalized - will be similar to her time at Carnegie Hall later this year in October, which includes a live band as she performs a blend of pop and Broadway tracks.

I tried DIY stencilling my bedroom but when I unpeeled the finished look I was horrified – it was too advanced for me

DOING your own DIY can save you a lot of money, but some people make it look easier than others. One woman shared how she had been inspired to stencil her bedroom wall, but it hadn't gone according to plan. 3 3 TikTok user @lifeatthelma showed how she had picked out a gorgeous sage green paint and had then taped a decorative stencil to the wall. She thought everything had gone swimmingly, until she peeled back the stencil to reveal her hard work. To her horror, the paint had spread until the stencil and it looked messy and not like the design she had wanted. On her video, which has over 1.6million views, she wrote: "Unfortunately I think stencilling may be too advanced for me lol. 'This bedroom really has been testing me.' After she pulled off a larger section, she joked: 'But do we think it is giving cottage core (the goal) or chain link fence?' Many people were quick to offer their advice in the comments as to how she could fix it. One said: 'dry the brush as much as possible , almost no color on it and then multiple coats.' Another added: 'You need a stenciling brush and BLOT the paint off before you put it on the stencil.' And a third commented: 'Practice makes perfect. Either the stencil wasn't snug against the wall, you used too much product, or you used the wrong applicator.' My garden was looking so old and the patio was broken - now it's a lush oasis and people can't believe how little I spent The woman said she was going to continue, after making the recommended tweaks. She continued: 'So, people also said to get a box or, like, cardboard to wipe the brush off so it's mostly dry. So we're gonna try that. 'One other suggestion was to have adhesive for this. No one told me what kind of adhesive, so let me know, because if this doesn't work, then I'll try it out. 'Because it does pucker a little bit from the wall. But I don't want any residue left on the wall, so that's what I'm concerned about.' STENCIL WAR 3 We previously shared how another woman had more success with her stencilling her front porch area, but it sparked a neighbour row. A clip shared to TikTok showed how she had added the stencils to the front steps of her home, and also to the passageway leading to her neighbours' houses either side. She had abruptly stopped when she reached one of the neighbour's boundaries due to a dispute. The woman explained on her @__bambamx account: 'When you help your mum paint her slabs, and she has two neighbours - but she doesn't like one. 'Neighbours at war - Don't get any more blatant than that.'

Maya Jama sets record straight on Love Island 'fix' rumours

Love Island host Maya Jama shut down 'fix' rumours after fans claimed the producers are 'too involved' in what happens in the programme Love Island host Maya Jama has hit back at claims producers are 'too involved' in what happens in the show. The ITV2 star, who is the face of the popular dating programme, claimed that the show is "real" but producers do step in to "encourage" the islanders to have specific talks with each other. During her appearance on The Chunkz Show, she insisted she gets results about who gets dumped from the villa at the same time as all the other contestants. Maya admitted: "I've never said the wrong name, but there are cameras constantly around and they like the dramatic pauses. ‌ ‌ "There is a lot of me saying something and then it waits. It's funny with the new Islanders, where they're not used to me saying something and then pausing for ages and they're all looking around like 'is she frozen?'. "I feel so awkward for them because they're just standing there in their little outfits." She went on to tell host Chunkz that the producers don't get involve but 'encourage' the stars to talk to each other. "I don't know if it's illegal or what but they can't tell them what to do," Maya said. "The 'most they can do is encourage them to have a little chat, but it has to be real because it's reality. "I do this technique where I don't let them tell me who's going until I'm stood in front of them in my ear because I don't want to stare at the person or give away." She added: "Literally as I say it, I find out one second before anyone else." Meanwhile, fans recently had another complaint when it came to a fan-favourite challenge of the show. ‌ After the recoupling came the Heart Rate Challenge but fans were left fuming when they realised an iconic part of the show had been changed. Instead of sitting around the firepit, the Islanders were sat in a row on chairs. The Islanders were over the moon when Shakira read out a text that said: "Islanders, it's time to get each others' pulses racing in tonight's Boys vs Girls challenge. #HeartthrobMode #BootyandBeats". Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, fans complained about the change. One said: "this might be the worst heart rate challenge in history… why are they sitting on wooden chairs." ‌ Another responded: "Why the f**k are they in these chairs and not around the fire pit this show is losing it's traditions." "I just know trying to dance on them on those plastic chairs is so uncomfortable and awkward," as a fourth wrote: "I think I'm gonna die of cringe somehow them being on chairs makes this worse."
