Tom Cruise rocks out at Oasis as he bags huge number of tickets for him and his mates
Tom Cruise has been spotted lapping it up at Oasis' show at Wembley Stadium as he managed to bag not one, but 20 tickets. The Hollywood A-Lister headed on down the stadium on Friday night for Liam and Noel Gallagher's first show in the capital as part of their reunion tour.
He was spotted rocking out in the crowd as he was surrounded by other celebrities, including Goldie. The music producer and DJ posed for a selfie with Tom while Oasis took to the stage to perform some of their greatest hits to the 90,000 strong crowd.
Tom flashed a thumbs up to the camera as he kept a low profile in the standing section of the venue. The Mirror revealed Tom would be in attendance at the show, having been spotted belting out Oasis while at Glastonbury last year.
Millions of fans tried unsuccessfully to get tickets for the long awaited Oasis reunion, while others had a 4 tickets per person limit. But Hollywood actor Tom pulled in some favours and got up to 20 tickets for himself and his pals.
A source close to the band told us: "Tom Cruise is used to seeing some spectacular things in Hollywood and on film sets, but he has heard the new Oasis show is out of this world and was very keen to see it for himself. There are no stunts involved, but the atmosphere will be electric.
"Tom is excited to see the gig, and his friends were thrilled he was able to offer them tickets too. They are hard for even the biggest and richest people to secure.
"He is taking up to 20 people with him, and must be one of the few people on this tour who will be able to attend with such a big group.
"The story of the reunion between Liam and Noel after almost two decades would also make a great film script. So, perhaps if Tom gets the chance, he can speak to the boys about an Oasis movie. It would surely be a box office hit after the success of this tour."
Liam and Noel Gallagher made their return to Wembley Stadium together last night for the first of their five dates in the capital. During Friday night's show, Oasis paid tribute to rock icon Ozzy Osbourne following his death this week.
The Black Sabbath star died aged 76 on Tuesday, with his family confirming the sad news. Oasis dedicated Live Forever to him at Wembley during the opening show which caused cheers and applause from the crowd.

The band previously dedicated Live Forever to Liverpool's Diogo Jota at their Cardiff shows when the tour kicked off. In the final moments of the song, the giant screens on stage projected the number 20 on the Liverpool player's shirt, raising emotions and drawing cheers and applause among the onlooking fans in the stadium.

The Wembley shows have seen fans hit with the highest drink prices so far on the tour, with a pint coming in at £8.30. It is 10p more than at the Cardiff shows and much more than Manchester's pints, which were set at £6.50.

After years of drinking heavily on tour in the nineties, Liam prefers a glass of the soft drink. Liam has previously spoke about his love for apple cider vinegar and honey and how it helps his voice. He said: 'I drink a lot of funky drinks. I have this apple cider vinegar, the one that everyone bangs on about. 'So I have vinegar, some honey and then I have some turmeric, some cayenne pepper, a squirt of lemon, hot water, stir it round and drink it. 'It's really good for when you get a hoarse voice. I've got a thyroid problem – Hashimoto's disease – so I can get a really hoarse voice.' In 2023 Liam revealed that he needed the joints replacing in his hip due to arthritis as a result of a longstanding thyroid problem. He then underwent a major hip operation. Before that in 2017 he was diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease, an autoimmune condition of the thyroid gland. In addition he also suffers with the skin condition psoriasis. Speaking about his hip issues in 2023 he said: 'My hips are f***ed, I've got arthritis, bad. 'I went to get it checked out and my bones are mashed up. The lady was going, 'Oh, you might need a hip operation, a replacement.'' He said at the time he didn't want the operation because of the 'stigma'. 'I think I'd rather just be in pain. Which is ridiculous, obviously. I know that. Just get them fixed. But it's the stigma, saying you've had your hips replaced. What's next?' Taking to social media he penned: 'Morning Rastas so I had my Hip operation last wk all went well and RESPEK to all the doctors n nurses who looked after me Big shout out to the A team for getting us home safe n sound' He told MoJo magazine: 'When the weather's cold, my hips are like snap, crackle and pop. I need warmth. 'I can't sleep at night for the pain. Tossing and turning. So I'm on herbal sleeping tablets and they've saved my life. One of them, seven hours out, no pain, nothing. 'My new thing is Deep Heat. Caked myself in it on the knees and hips, the calves, then into the steam room for as long as I can handle it.' Liam, a keen jogger, was told by doctors to run less to help manage the condition. Dad of 'lifelong fan' who fell to death at Oasis gig pays heartbreaking tribute
Lee Claydon, 45, died after falling from a balcony at one of Oasis's performances at Wembley Stadium - in an emotional tribute, his father described him as a 'lovely, lovely bloke' The father of an Oasis fan who plunged to death at their Wembley Stadium gig has paid a heartbreaking tribute to his "lovely, lovely" son. Lee Claydon, from Bournemouth in Dorset, was pronounced dead on Saturday after sustaining "injuries consistent with a fall". The 45-year-old is thought to have fallen from the upper tier balcony of the stadium during the concert. Lee leaves behind his son, dad, partner, brothers, sisters, nephews and niece. His father Clive Claydon, 75, has now revealed that his son was a "lifelong" fan of the band, and had been excited to see them live along with his brother Aaron, and his niece and nephew. It comes after a mum left a 16-month-old baby home alone to die when she went on holiday. Clive told The Sun: 'He was a lifelong Oasis fan and he was so looking forward to going. Out of all the thousands of people there why's it got to be my son?" He said Lee lived with his partner and son Harry in Bournemouth, and was "lovely, lovely bloke" who "no one could say a bad thing about ever." At the weekend, shocked gig-goers described witnessing the horror moment the dad fell from the balcony during the lively concert. Writing on social media, one parent said her teenage son "saw him falling" but couldn't see the landing, while another woman said she saw the man fall into their block, calling the incident "awful". Claire Collier posted: "It happened about [five] mins before the end of the gig, it was awful... thinking of his family and friends and everyone that witnessed it." Vincent Muylle, who was also at the gig, described the mood inside the venue as "euphoric" until the "very shocking" fall occurred. "He fell, right in front of us," he recounted. Petrina Whiley also spoke of the collective disbelief among those who were in the block the following day, saying: "I think we are all in a state of shock at what happened last night." A GoFundMe page has been set up in the hope that any donations, big or small, will go a long way towards helping his family throughout this awful period. A message on the page reads: "Lee was a loving family man who was a role model to his son Harry and was loved so much by all his family. Lee would have done anything for any of us and he was taken from us far too soon and we will miss him so very much "Lee loved all outdoor activities, one of his favourite hobbies was fishing. He also loved music and his guitar. He also really enjoyed going to watch and support the boys and his nephew at their football games. Amanda and the boys have our full support at this very sad time which is why we would love to be able to help them financially as well as emotionally. "Please help us raise as much funds as we can to take one worry off Amanda and family right now as they are going through any family's worst nightmare." A statement released by the band following the incident said: "We are shocked and saddened to hear of the tragic death of a fan at the show last night. Oasis would like to extend our sincere condolences to the family and friends of the person involved."

Oasis fan Lee Claydon sadly died following a fall at the band's gig on Saturday night and his last social post has been revealed where he responded to a message from his brother A dad's last three-word social media post shows his excitement about going to an Oasis gig where he tragically fell to his death. Lee Claydon was pronounced dead at the scene at Wembley Stadium on Saturday having suffered 'injuries consistent with a fall'. He is understood to have fallen from the upper tier balcony at the London concert while the crowd was enjoying fireworks and cheering the show. Before the gig Aaron Claydon, brother of beloved Lee , had written on Facebook 'today is gonna be the day', a reference to the Oasis smash-hit 'Wonderwall'. It comes after teenage thugs beat rough sleeper to death and laughed as he lay in street. And possibly one of the last times Lee posted on social media was a comment in response to his brother's post. He tagged his brother and other family members in the post. And Lee commented: "Cheers our kid". Since the incident, Aaron set up a GoFundMe page in honour of his brother and to help with financial support for his family. In a touching tribute, Aaron said his brother was the person he 'always looked up to' and that their family has been 'turned upside down' by his death. The family including his partner Amanda is 'struggling to deal with this devastation and unexpected loss", Aaron said. He wrote: 'Lee leaves behind his Son, Dad, Partner , Brothers, Sisters, Nephews and Niece. Lee was a loving family man who was a role model to his son Harry and was loved so much by all his family. 'Lee would have done anything for any of us and he was taken from us far too soon and we will miss him so very much. Lee loved all outdoor activities, one of his favourite hobbies was fishing . My cousin Lee tragically passed away this weekend after no doubt having the time of his life at the Oasis concert this weekend, most will have seen snippets in the news I'm sure & as you can imagine it has devastated the whole family and for his closest knit family unit it's the toughest time they are going through ever right now. "Sharing his go fund me page, in the hope that any donations, big or small, will go a long way towards helping his partner Amanda & the boys throughout this awful period and costs of things. You just don't fathom you will go out for a night of amazing fun & not come home at the end of it." After the news emerged, Oasis said they were 'shocked and saddened' to hear of the death during their sell-out Wembley show at the weekend.
