NEW DELHI: The Rs 583-crore initial public offer of
Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd
garnered 13.45 times subscription on the closing day of bidding on Monday.
The three-day IPO received bids for 13,99,08,852 shares against 1,04,01,828 shares on offer, as per NSE data.
The portion for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) attracted 24.41 times subscription. Non-Institutional Investors part got subscribed 22.78 times and Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) part received 3.53 times subscription.
Smartworks Coworking Spaces has raised Rs 173.64 crore from anchor investors.
The IPO of Smartworks Coworking Spaces hit the capital market on Thursday last week to raise nearly Rs 600 crore as the company intends to expand its business and reduce debt.
The company has fixed a price band of Rs 387-407 per share for its IPO.
The size of the fresh issue has been reduced to Rs 445 crore from the earlier planned Rs 550 crore, while the offer for sale (OFS) by promoters has been cut to 33.79 lakh shares from 67.59 lakh shares.
Of the total proceeds from the fresh issue of shares, the company will use Rs 226 crore for capital expenditure related to the fit-outs in new centres and security deposits for these new centres.
It will utilise Rs 114 crore for payment of loans, and the remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes. The OFS proceeds will go to promoters.
Gurugram-based Smartworks, one of the leading managed flexible office space providers, has 48 operational co-working centres with over 1.9 lakh seating capacities.
JM Financial
Ltd, BOB Capital Markets Ltd and IIFL Capital Services Ltd are the book-running lead managers to the IPO.

Synopsis AM/NS India is significantly boosting its downstream product capacity by over 51% to five million tonnes by year-end, aiming to meet rising demand from the auto and appliance sectors. This expansion, part of an ₹8,500 crore investment, includes commissioning a galvanizing line capable of producing high-strength steel, reducing imports. MUMBAI—AM/NS India is expanding capacity for downstream products by more than 51% to five million tonnes by this year-end, said Dilip Oommen, chief executive, underscoring efforts to meet demand from automobiles and other industries such as India—a joint venture between steel giant ArcelorMittal and Japan's Nippon Steel—can currently produce up to 3.3 million tonnes downstream products annually. The company currently ranks among India's top flat steel producers, with a capacity of 9 million tonnes at its plant in Hazira, Gujarat. JSW Steel, the largest producer of steel in the country, has a downstream capacity of more than 13 million tonnes, while Tata Steel has more than 4 million tonnes of downstream Wednesday, the company commissioned a continuous galvanising line in Hazira, becoming the only Indian company with the capability to produce steel with strength of up to 1180 megapascals. This high-strength steel, which finds application in the auto industry, is currently imported, and AM/NS is looking to substitute these currently consumes about 8 million tonnes of flat steel per year for automobiles, of which around 10-15% is imported. AM/NS will commission additional galvanising lines by the end of the year, further increasing its downstream offerings. 'This is a part of the Rs 8,500 crore capital expenditure planned for downstream expansion,' Oommen India has already spent 85-90% of the planned capex. Kalpataru Q4 net profit declines 42% to ₹14 crore, revenue up 21%

Kalpataru, a Mumbai-based real estate developer, reported a 42.18 per cent year-on-year (Y-o-Y) decline in its net profit (attributable to owners of the parent) for the fourth quarter of financial year 2025 (Q4 FY25). The company's profit in Q4 FY25 stood at Rs 14.05 crore, compared with Rs 24.3 crore in Q4 FY24. Kalpataru got listed on BSE late last month but reported its Q4 earnings. Meanwhile, the company's revenue from operations during the quarter under review stood at Rs 596.89 crore, up 21.32 per cent Y-o-Y. Kalpataru's total expenses during the same period increased by 26.63 per cent Y-o-Y. The company's adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (Ebitda) during the quarter stood at Rs 182 crore, while Ebitda margin stood at 30.5 per cent. Average sale realisation in Q4 FY25 stood at Rs 15,127 per square foot, compared with Rs 10,935 per square foot in the same period last year. Overall, in FY25, the company's revenue stood at Rs 2,221.62 crore, up about 15.11 per cent Y-o-Y. In FY25, the company posted a profit of Rs 21.62 crore, against a loss of Rs 94.98 crore in FY24. Kalpataru's adjusted Ebitda in FY25 stood at Rs 664 crore, while Ebitda margin stood at 29.9 per cent. The company's pre-sales during the year stood at Rs 4,531 crore, up 41 per cent Y-o-Y. It launched seven projects with a saleable area of 6.5 msf in FY25. Average sale realisation in FY25 stood at Rs 13,905 per square foot, compared with Rs 11,332 per square foot in FY24. Parag Munot, managing director, Kalpataru, stated that the company's FY25 performance was driven by strong sales, focus on an asset-light growth model, disciplined execution, and strategic decision-making. In June, the company raised Rs 1,590 crore in equity through an initial public offering. Of this, Rs 1,192.5 crore has been utilised for debt repayment, according to Munot. The company's total current liabilities stood at Rs 10,082.45 crore as of FY25. 'As we look ahead, our commitment remains firm: to strengthen our presence across the key micro-markets within the MMR & Pune region and to build on the trust and goodwill we have earned,' Munot added. Sequentially, the company's revenue increased marginally by 1.51 per cent, while it posted a profit in Q4 FY25 against a loss of Rs 21.86 crore in Q3 FY25.
