She also explained that she has been a single mother for five years and has never been married to a Cambodian national.
While one of her cousins had previously been married to a Cambodian, they divorced over five years ago. She further emphasised that no one in her family has any ongoing connection to Cambodia, despite the false accusations.
She went on to say, 'I am exercising my legal rights as a citizen to file a complaint with the police and have the matter investigated. This complaint extends not only to those who posted the defamatory image and message but also to those who shared or commented on it, as it has caused harm to me and my family.'
Chayika concluded by stressing that both she and her family are Thai nationals who love and respect their country, religion, and monarchy, and that national love should not be restricted to any one group. She called for fairness from society, asserting, 'I ask for justice from the public.'

Thai singer Peck Palitchoke (เป๊ก ผลิตโชค️), a.k.a Peckpalit, was recently in a scary situation after a man violently attacked him. According to reports, the attack happened on 3rd August 2025 (Sunday) at a petrol station in the Bang Kapo District in Bangkok. Police received a report of a knife attack, and when they arrived at around 1:30am, the singer had collapsed on the ground. Peck was reportedly bleeding profusely from a deep stab wound on his chin. He was transferred to a nearby hospital for urgent medical treatment after receiving emergency first aid on the scene. The suspect was apprehended at the scene with the help of bystanders. Eyewitnesses claimed the young man suddenly attacked Peck with a knife. The man was arrested and later identified as 21-year-old Chutithep. Police also confiscated a 20-centimetre knife, which they believe was the attack weapon. When questioned, Chutithep claimed to have attacked the singer in self-defence. Chutithep claimed that he was at the petrol station to refuel when he heard a commotion. He tried to intervene but claimed that Peck punched him in the face. He then used the knife to defend himself, unintentionally causing the injury. However, eyewitnesses claimed that the attack was unprovoked. The 21-year-old also denied any personal familiarity with the singer and any prior conflicts. Police have since charged Chutithep with illegal possession of a deadly weapon in public and assault causing bodily harm. However, additional charges may follow, depending on Peck's medical reports. Meanwhile, the 41-year-old singer is still hospitalised but is in stable condition. His management, GMM, said in an update, 'Fortunately, the wound didn't affect critical nerves, and there was no facial paralysis.' That was the response from former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, who insisted that neither he nor his children ever declared owning RM1.2 billion or RM4 billion, as alleged by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim. Dr Mahathir said the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) had confirmed that Tan Sri Mokhzani declared assets worth RM1 billion while Mirzan declared RM246.2 million and the commission was satisfied with both declarations. 'Anwar stated in Jakarta: '…but if they themselves admit not as an accusation but as a confession that I (Dr Mahathir) or my sons own RM1.2 billion and another RM4 billion, then that money must be returned. "You must pay it back unless you can clearly explain where the funds came from. 'I have never confessed to any such thing and I have already explained the source of my wealth. Where did he get these figures and statements from? 'The MACC chief commissioner has conducted a full investigation and confirmed that Mokhzani declared around RM1 billion in assets, while Mirzan declared RM246.2 million,' Dr Mahathir said in a Facebook post on Tuesday entitled "The Greatest Liar." 'On what basis is he making such a demand?,' he asked. On a related matter, Dr Mahathir stressed that the large demonstration held on July 26 was not in support of him or his family, but rather a clear signal that the people had lost confidence in Anwar's leadership. He said public anger stemmed from the hardships and economic pressures faced under Anwar's administration as Prime Minister. 'The July 26 protest was not held to support me or my children. The people are calling for Anwar to step down. They don't want him because his leadership has caused great suffering. 'If he doesn't believe the people have rejected him, he should dissolve Parliament and call for a general election. 'It wasn't Members of Parliament who demonstrated. So any motion in Parliament is irrelevant,' he added.
