Pamela Anderson Accessorizes Her Peplum Look With $20,000 of Vintage Diamonds and Emeralds

Her opulent earrings are literally straight out of the '70s.
Pamela Anderson paired a popular 2010s trend with thousands of dollars worth of jewels at the Berlin premiere of her new film The Naked Gun.
Anderson modeled a forest green Danielle Frankel set featuring a peplum bodice—a fad that's reappeared on red carpets in the 2020s thanks to stars like Emma Stone and Demi Moore—and a pleated skirt. The Baywatch actress's coord also came with a matching scarf and a floor-length train.
As for Anderson's accessories, she piled on diamonds and emeralds from Saidian Vintage Jewels. Her 1970s-era drop earrings, priced at $20,000, include 6.72 carats of emeralds set in 14kt gold. She also added on a matching cocktail ring.
Anderson wore her flippy bob in a subtle side-part, while her minimal makeup consisted of eyeliner, dewy blush, and lip gloss.
The former Playboy Playmate revives one of her iconic hairstyles in The Naked Gun. Anderson co-stars alongside Liam Neeson in the 2025 reboot of the detective spoof franchise. Portraying his love interest Beth, Anderson goes back to her voluminous blonde roots, rocking retro-inspired waves reminiscent of her tousled '90s tresses.
The Last Showgirl star debuted a chin-length bob at the Met Gala in May. In a recent interview with Who What Wear, she explained how her new 'do makes her feel like "a feminine warrior."
"For the Met, I wanted something strong, brave, and committed—aligned with the night's theme of tailoring from head to toe," Anderson said.
On the red carpet, she wore a structural Tory Burch gown covered in sequins, which paired well with her blunt cut.
"I believe the world needs more of a feminine warrior presence, and this was my small contribution," she added. "It wasn't about looking 'good.' That's subjective anyway. [Tory Burch's] dress was the star. I was just blessed to wear it."

The Naked Gun Spoofs ‘Genius Who's Gonna Save The World With His Electric Cars'. Whoever That Is

The reviews are in for the cop parody legacyquel The Naked Gun, and they're overwhelmingly positive. The movie is 'extremely funny,' reckons The Guardian. It's a film that 'has a better chance of producing a belly laugh than any in recent memory,' suggests Empire. 'The Naked Gun's joke-per-minute ratio is truly astounding,' reports Collider. The Naked Gun, starting its theater run August 1, has a 91% critic score on Rotten Tomatoes, from 170 reviews. So, sure, get to this slapstick flick if you want to laugh your socks off, but there's another reason to go see it: there's tech. Lots of tech. Green tech. The film's villain is a megalomaniac billionaire CEO of an electric car company. An electric car company with driverless cars. An electric car company with driverless cars that crash in mysterious circumstances. But the movie's evil billionaire isn't Elon Musk, it's Richard Kane (Danny Huston), a genius interested in men's sperm count and who's 'gonna save the world with his electric cars.' No, definitely nothing like Elon Musk. And while there's a spacesuit in the movie, and a humanoid robot—no doubt remote controlled by a human operator—there are no satellite dishes, brain implants, or tarnished social media sites. There are, however, plenty of fart jokes. Again, nothing at all like Elon Musk. The Naked Gun series dates back to the 1982 cop parody show Police Squad! by Jim Abrahams and brothers David and Jerry Zucker, collectively known as ZAZ. This was followed by three ZAZ-produced Naked Gun movies from the late 1980s through to the mid-1990s. In film number four—a non-ZAZ production—gravel-voiced Liam Neeson plays Frank Drebin Jr., the son of the original's deadpanning Lt. Frank Drebin (Leslie Nielsen). He teams up with femme fatale Beth Davenport (Pamela Anderson) in a laugh-a-minute spectacle of slapstick, sight gags, and wordplay. The Oscar-nominated star of Schindler's List is subjected to visual sexual innuendo in Austin Powers-like silhouette gags that are knockout funny. There's also a series of running gags that get funnier and funnier. The movie's apocalyptic plot hinges on a digital doohickey identified onscreen as the P.L.O.T. Device and operated by (it's-not-Musk-remember) Kane, who wants to reset a world he considers to be ruined: let the world's population fight themselves to oblivion, then build back better with a chosen few. Before the gizmo gets activated, Kane gifts the Police Squad with a driverless electric cop car (it's not a Tesla, in reality it's a disguised Hyundai Ioniq 6). Earlier, Drebin Jr. had grumbled 'I remember when the only things that were electric were eels, chairs, and Catherine Zeta-Jones in Chicago.' Evil genius Kane founded car maker Edentech 'to save the world' and has 'created technologies to rival the gods.' Not at all like Musk's claims that Tesla will become the world's leading robotics company, ushering in the 'closest thing to heaven we can get on Earth.' The Naked Gun pokes fun at driverless cars, but not EVs in general. Drebin Jr. hits a cyclist when driving his ICE car, and he does so again when sitting in the driverless cop car. The movie's a hoot. As Pamela Anderson Vamps It Up in 'The Naked Gun', She's Also Been Acting in a Tennessee Williams Play on the Weekends

The actress has been performing in a production of 'Camino Real' at the Williamstown Theatre Festival while on the press tour for 'The Naked Gun'NEED TO KNOW As Pamela Anderson's movie The Naked Gun opens in theaters, she's wrapping up a stint in a production of the Tennessee Williams play Camino Real The Golden Globe nominee has traveled to Williamstown, Massachusetts, to perform in the play on weekends while promoting The Naked Gun around the world during the weekdays Despite the challenges of juggling both projects, Anderson said in a recent interview with Town & Country that she felt compelled to do the play: "I absolutely had to"Pamela Anderson's new comedy, The Naked Gun, releases in theaters across the world today. She has another gig that's much more intimate: Since July 19, the Golden Globe nominee, 58, has been performing in a production of Tennessee Williams's Camino Real at the prestigious Williamstown Theatre Festival in Williamstown, Massachusetts. Anderson's three-show-per-weekend schedule (two on Saturdays, one on Sundays), means the actress has had to jet from all over the globe — where she's been promoting The Naked Gun in London, New York and Berlin — back to the small town in the Bay State's Berkshires area. 'I saw that the premiere dates and press tour for The Naked Gun would have to happen between performances of Camino Real, but I said, 'there's no other choice.' I absolutely had to do this play,' Anderson recently told Town & Country. The projects couldn't be more different in tone. In The Naked Gun — an update of the 1988 slapstick comedy starring Leslie Nielsen as L.A. Police Squat lieutenant Frank Drebin — she plays Beth Davenport, a femme fatale who gets involved with Drebin's son Frank Jr. (Liam Neeson, with whom Anderson has struck up a romance, a source confirmed to PEOPLE on Tuesday, July 29.) According to a description of the surreal play Camino Real on the festival's website, "The Camino Real is a dead end, a police state in an imagined Latin-Mediterranean-American country, and an inescapable condition. Characters from history and literature such as Don Quixote, Casanova, and Camille inhabit this phantasmagoric plaza where corruption and alienation have nearly destroyed the human spirit. Enter Kilroy, a prize-winning boxer and all-American fella with 'a heart as big as the head of a baby.'" Nicholas Alexander Chavez, from the Netflix series Monsters: The Lyle & Erik Menendez Story, stars as Kilroy, while Anderson plays Marguerite Gaultier (a courtesan and character originally from Alexandre Dumas's novel The Lady of the Camellias). The star of The Last Showgirl told Town & Country her 2022 stint as murderous housewife Roxie Hart on the Great White Way inspired her to continue stage work. 'I loved being on Broadway playing Roxie in Chicago, and I didn't know if I'd get another chance,' she said. Her role in Camino Real wraps up with a final performance on Sunday, Aug. 3, but Anderson seems interested in performing live in the future. "There are so many characters I want to play that I would never have thought about back in my twenties, but I feel like in this part of my life, I can play them with hindsight, wisdom, and knowledge," she told Town & Country. "I'd love to play Amanda in The Glass Menagerie — I have the energy and the inspiration, and I feel like I'm really just starting out." The Naked Gun is now playing in theaters nationwide; performances of Camino Real run through Sunday. Aug. 3. Read the original article on People

Liam Neeson looks back on ‘falling in love' with late wife Natasha Richardson as Pamela Anderson romance blooms

Liam Neeson revisited his and late wife Natasha Richardson's love story amid his budding romance with Pamela Anderson. The actor recalled meeting Richardson when they co-starred in Broadway's 1993 revival of 'Anna Christie' during an interview with the New York Times published on Thursday. 'It was great doing it every night with her and falling in love,' the Oscar nominee, 73, gushed. The outlet noted that Neeson spoke in a near-whisper while reflecting on this time with the actress, who died in a fatal 2009 skiing accident, as they walked past the theater where he met his late wife. While the reporter claimed Richardson 'came up unprompted from time to time,' the profile did not reference any other instances. The late Tony winner married Neeson in 1994, and the former couple welcomed sons Micheál, 30, and Daniel, 28, during their time together. Neeson insisted to People last year that he was done dating after Richardson's tragic death and 'past all that.' However, Andy Cohen explained to 'Radio Andy' listeners Wednesday that Anderson is 'just like' his 'dear friend' Richardson. 'She is an independent woman,' the 'Watch What Happens Live' host, 57, dished. 'She loves to cook. She has her own thing going on. She has two boys.' Neeson and Anderson sparked romance rumors earlier this month while promoting 'Naked Gun,' with Page Six confirming Wednesday that the co-stars are dating and 'figuring things out along the way.' Elsewhere in Thursday's piece, Anderson gushed over Neeson and highlighted his 'charm and charisma.' The 'Baywatch' alum said she has 'never experienced [anything like it] before.' 'You just kind of fall into it.' Like Neeson, Anderson has two sons — Brandon, 29, and Dylan, 27 — with her ex-husband Tommy Lee. The 'Pamela's Cooking With Love' star has also been married to Kid Rock, Rick Salomon — twice — and Dan Hayhurst over the years. Her most recent union ended in 2022, and she has not gone public with any relationships since. Solve the daily Crossword
