Luann de Lesseps is renting her Hamptons home for $150K

New York Post7 days ago

'Life is a cabaret,' says Bravo star Luann de Lesseps, an original cast member of Bravo's 'Real Housewives of New York City' franchise.
After performing in Canada, England and Scotland — her last 'Countess Cabaret' show is at the Visalia Fox Theatre in California on June 27 — de Lesseps will head to the Hamptons, where she has a home in Sag Harbor, 'just minutes' from the village. But only for a bit.
In August, de Lesseps will be renting out her stylish Sag Harbor dwelling — $150,000 for the month — while she spends time in Europe visiting Tilda Swinton in Scotland, and other friends in Monaco, France and Ibiza. Then she'll be in Brooklyn on Aug. 21 to host Countess Luann's Block Party at the Yard at 3 Dollar Bill in East Williamsburg.
13 For the month of August, a fan can live the fabulous at-home life of de Lesseps.

Who says August is for relaxing? This summer, de Lesseps told Gimme Shelter, she's also working on a new book 'about dating and finding love again.'
'You have to know what you want,' she told Vogue earlier this year. 'We write our own story, nobody writes it for us. You have to make it happen and use the moment. Don't be afraid. Take a chance; if you're not scared, you're not living.'
Her charming, renovated house — a 19th-century Greek Revival — is at 30 John St. in Upper Sag Harbor Cove.
The property features a recently renovated four-bedroom, four-bath main house with modern interiors, water views and its own private dock that can accommodate a 30-foot boat. It sits on 3 acres surrounded by a white picket fence.
Inside, there's a chef's kitchen, three fireplaces, an open living and dining room, and French doors that lead to a large outdoor deck with a motorized awning.
There is also a saltwater pool and a one-bedroom, one-bath studio/cottage.

De Lesseps told Gimme she has been having a blast touring her latest Live Nation cabaret tour, under the direction of Richard Jay-Alexander, who has directed the likes of Barbra Streisand, Bette Midler and Kristin Chenoweth. She has also enjoyed starring in Bravo's 'Love Hotel,' now streaming on Peacock.
'I'm having so much fun touring the world for my show, showing clips and singing songs. I love it,' de Lesseps told Gimme.
De Lesseps may also be finding love again — with James Quine, who was also on 'Love Hotel' with her. They're enjoying each other's company, she said, albeit with challenging logistics.
'He lives in Hawaii,' she said.
The listing broker is Michael Riemerschmid, of William Raveis.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' Stars React to Brit Eady Skipping the Season 16 Reunion in New Trailer

The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 16 reunion trailer dropped on Friday, June 27 The first look teased how stars Porsha Williams, Phaedra Parks, Shamea Morton Mwangi, Kelli Ferrell, Angela Oakley and Cynthia Bailey, respond to the news that castmate Brit Eady skipped the reunion Despite Eady's absence, the cast still divulge and recall what happened between Eady and former star, Kenya MooreBrit Eady continued to surprise her The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 16 castmates up until the day of the reunion. On Friday, June 27, Bravo released the first sneak preview of the upcoming three-part reunion of the hit reality series. During the quick trailer, fans got a peek at how the women reacted to fellow castmate Eady's decision to skip the reunion. Towards the first half of the trailer, host Andy Cohen tells Porsha Williams, Phaedra Parks, Shamea Morton Mwangi, Kelli Ferrell, Angela Oakley and Cynthia Bailey, that 'Brit Eady has decided not to join us.' The clip then cuts to a shocked Ferrell, 40, who says, 'Wow,' while another woman is heard in the background saying, 'What?' Eady's decision to skip the reunion followed PEOPLE's reporting on Thursday, June 5, that she and Kenya Moore would not be attending, Eady on her own volition, while Moore, 54, was not invited by Bravo to participate. Moore was the longest running RHOA star when season 16 began filming back in April 2024. But her time in the season was cut short in June 2024, after she exposed sexually explicit photos presumed to be from Eady's past to guests at the opening of her Kenya Moore Hair Spa. She was suspended — and after an internal investigation — exited the series. On the same day as the reunion taping, Thursday, June 5, Eady, 37, addressed her decision not to attend the reunion on her Instagram Stories, alleging that the photos Moore shared a year ago weren't of her to begin with. 'I do not know who was in that photo, but upon seeing it for the first time recently, I now know it was not me,' Eady continued in her statement. 'I look forward to seeking accountability and moving past this dark part of my life." During the reunion trailer, Williams, 44, seemingly acknowledges the incident and says, 'Kenya had gotten information from a current housewife about Brit's past.' Cohen, 57, then turns his attention to Ferrell and asks, 'Did you send her the pictures?' His question left Ferrell shocked and speechless. The trailer then cuts to other moments that tease tensions between Parks, 51, and Oakley, as well as Williams and Morton Mwangi, 43, which prompts Williams to leave the reunion set. We grew up… we were babies together.' 'So you know they were on the phone,' Williams told Parks. 'She actually transionted while you were on the phone?' Parks asked Lauren. 'Yeah,' Lauren said. In a confessional, Williams revealed, 'I was at work and I got some news that Londie was in distress and within an hour or two we had lost Londie. She was just the most giving person you could ever think of.' Favors had been featured throughout the current season of RHOA, working closely with Williams, planning events around her brand, and assisting her in her multiple ventures. Williams' cousin was also featured on the RHOA spinoff Porsha's Family Matters, which ran for one season on Bravo in 2022. 'God has given us strength because He knows that her mom and sister wouldn't be able to do all this right now,' Williams said before mentioning she and her sister were planning Favors' funeral.
