How to Build a Beautiful Mezze Platter in Five Minutes

Sliced sourdough or baguette

Step 2: Style the Feta
Place the block of feta on a small square dish or plate and set it at the center of your board. Sprinkle it with dried oregano and black pepper, then drizzle olive oil over the top for an herby, marinated effect.
Step 3: Elevate the Hummus
Spoon the hummus into two small bowls and position them on opposite corners of the tray. Use the back of a spoon to create a small well in the center of each, then sprinkle in some smoked paprika. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil into the well.
Step 4: Build the Board
Now for the fun part! Stack wedges of sourdough in small clusters throughout the board, then tuck crackers around them for variety. Cut the dolmades in half diagonally and lay them around the feta for a polished look. Fill in gaps with marinated olives and cherry tomatoes. Nestle the pre-cut celery and carrots into the remaining spaces, placing some of the veggies in the bowls of hummus.
Step 5: Finish with Garnish
Sprinkle chopped parsley over the feta and hummus for a pop of color. If you have edible flowers, place a few across the board for an extra-lovely touch.
