Romy Soleimani, the makeup artist to actors, reveals: "I take it on every single job with me because it's so easy to travel with." This clinical-grade cold laser gadget has won the hearts of numerous A-listers, including Sienna Miller, Kate Beckinsale, Cynthia Erivo, and Dita Von Teese.

The device works by stimulating the body's own regenerative processes, reactivating cells associated with producing collagen and elastin, while also boosting cells' detoxification and hydration functions. This advanced cell activity leads to enhanced skin renewal, giving users tighter, brighter, more youthful skin, reports the Mirror.
Additionally, LYMA offers a premium model, the Pro version, at £4,995. However, there are other products in the market offering similar benefits, such as the LED Face Mask Series 2 by CurrentBody, leading its category at £399. Embracing red light therapy, this LED mask stimulates increases in collagen production, aiming to deliver more youthful skin. It claims to slash wrinkle appearance by 30% and elevate skin plumpness by 57%.

The LYMA Laser is a revolutionary clinical-grade cold laser, engineered to make skin look younger by triggering a genetic switch inside each cell. Skin is dramatically transformed; wrinkles are radically improved; elasticity is restored; sagging is reversed, and pigmentation is faded.
BeautyPro's portable-friendly beauty devices, including its LED Wand Device priced at £79, are designed to enhance skin appearance with red light therapy for a smoother and firmer look.
Lucy Goff, the founder of LYMA, remarked on the evolution of their Laser technology: "The original version of the LYMA Laser's technology was a gigantic floor-standing machine. Over 120 iterations, we got it down to a portable, painless - and yet incredibly powerful - little device. It's light, and easy to use when at home or on the move, because travel is integral to so many lives."
She further noted the device's travel-friendliness: "That's why it's also safe for hand luggage. It truly is the only device you need, and it fits perfectly into whatever routine you already have, whether at home on the sofa or while travelling."
With 150 customer reviews, LYMA's Laser has received positive feedback. A five-star review from a shopper highlighted their experience: "Though I haven't finished the full three months, I am seeing positive results on my 71-year-old skin. Nice smooth texture, lessening of fine lines, and maybe some reductions in my deep wrinkles. I have trouble doing it every day, but I do it 5-6 times a week."

The same customer expressed satisfaction with the relaxing nature of the treatment: "Must say, I do find the treatment very relaxing, and it is something I look forward to doing. I am planning to splurge on the Pro version - cutting the treatment time will help me be more consistent. Thanks for a great product and very responsive customer service."
A second user expressed their uncertainty: "I'm having mixed feelings about this product I do like the laser but for what my reason for it I not sure if it is helping [and] it is a commitment." Another individual was clearly satisfied, saying: "I love it. I am in control of my skin."
Meanwhile, a fourth shared their professional stance: "We dermatologists are not big fans of at-home devices. In general we think that clinic based treatments will give faster and dramatic outcomes. I bought this device anyway to treat myself for Christmas. I already had good skin but I was starting to notice sagging skin and signs of ageing."
This dermatologist continued to describe their own experience after two months of use: "After two months o fuse (which could have been more consistent but Christmas and holidays happened) I am surprised by the results... my jawline is prominent, skin is more even-toned, overall I feel more confident (certain changes even I can't pinpoint). I am so pleased I took the risk and bought it. Definitely be recommending to my right set of patients."

A fifth person concluded their review on a positive note: "Takes commitment, but I am two weeks in and people are already commenting on the luminosity of my skin."

Brit comedian 'could be jailed' for three years in Turkey after 'embarrassing mistake'

Cerys Nelmes, a stand-up comic, claims that she walked out of a Zara shop in Turkey without paying and although returning and owning up to her error, she was arrested. A British comedian who walked out of a Turkish Zara store without paying could face up to three years behind bars, despite going back to apologise upon realising her mistake. On July 22, Cerys Nelmes, a stand-up comic from Bristol, said it was a mistake and claimed she left the store with clothes before realising she had not gone through the till. After returning to the store to hand back the items and offering to pay, Nelmes says she was instead detained, locked in a room for hours without explanation, and eventually arrested for shoplifting, reports the Mirror. She said she was taken to a police station, pressured to sign documents in a language she could not read, and held in a cell for 24 hours with no food, water or a toilet. She said: "I was told they didn't understand me." The next day, she was brought before a judge who released her but banned her from leaving the country. She now faces a potential three-year sentence as the case proceeds. Nelmes says she is stranded in Turkey, unable to afford accommodation and missing out on work back home, putting her and her son at risk of losing their UK home. She said: "I'm ok and have been taken in by a Turkish family who gave me food and a bed. I don't deserve all the kind words from people but I am very grateful." Recounting what happened, she said that she had left the store with several items of clothing before realising her error. Despite returning to the store, claiming she had returned the items and wanted to pay, Nelmes was seized for shoplifting. The English stand-up comic explained the incident in a social media post saying: "On Tuesday I left a Zara store in Istanbul without paying for items. "I returned straight away and handed the items to staff. I was asked to pay and I said I would and the manager accepted this. To cut a long story short I was then taken to a locked room where hours later after no communication from anyone I was taken away by police and held in a police station and was asked to sign things I couldn't read. "I was put in a prison cell for 24 hours with no food or toilet facilities. When I asked for water, I was told they didn't understand me. "I was handcuffed and taken for fingerprints and mugshots at 3am. I was handcuffed and taken to court the following day and put in a cell. "I appeared before the judge and was told by a translator that I was released, but unable to leave Turkey for an undetermined amount of time. He said I was lucky to not be put in prison but I currently face up to three years. I have to report to a local police station every Monday. "I am lucky I have good friends in Turkey who are currently looking after me, and trying to translate the paperwork. I have no money, no earnings coming in from home, and I am running out of important medication. I will lose my home which I share with my son, and livelihood. "I am not looking for sympathy. I made a mistake which I tried to immediately rectify. I am embarrassed for my friends, my family, and I have made my 78-year-old mum unwell. I will never forgive myself for what I have done. "I believe I did it for mental health medical problems, but ultimately there is no excuse." The comedian has asked for public support as the ongoing court proceedings are causing her to lose work and earnings. The British Embassy said in a short statement that they are providing their support. Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community! Peter Andre reveals 'most embarrassing' moment after huge on-air blunder

Peter Andre has opened up about the on-air experience he wishes to forget in his latest column with OK! saying it was 'so embarassing'. Peter Andre has opened up about the 'most embarrassing moments of his life', as he shares his thoughts on Lady Gaga's recent tumble during a recent gig in the US. ‌ The American hitmaker was kicking off the Mayhem Ball at the T-Mobile Arena on July 16 in Las Vegas, Nevada as she was spotted losing her footing and falling over during the performance. As the star moved towards the barrier to engage with her front-row fans she fell over whilst performing one of her tracks Vanish Into You. ‌ ‌ In the clips shared online, the star could be seen stumbling as she walked passed a cameraman, who nearly lost his balance too, just before she rather ironically sang the lyrics, "Into the night ... we fall," and then crashed to the floor, landing on her backside. However Lady GaGa bounced back like a professional and carried on her stroll by the barrier, the Mirror reports. Peter who is currently finishing a new album and best known for his 90s smash Mysterious Girl, commented on Lady GaGa's mishap in his exclusive column with OK! this week about what he describes as one of the: "I saw Lady Gaga 's awkward faceplant at a gig. It's awful when that happens. But I doubt she'll be having sleepless nights over it – these things happen during live shows." ‌ He continued, referencing the notorious moment when the Queen of Pop Madonna tumbled down stairs whilst performing Living for Love at the 2015 Brit Awards, before admitting he'd experienced similar mortification: "Look at the Madonna incident, for example. Admittedly, on a smaller scale, it happened to me once on the T4 stage." "Walking down steps, I tripped and fell. It was so embarrassing – and it was on TV. But people forget... until you remind them about it, which I just did." ‌ During a 2023 episode of Sky's Extraordinary Life Stories, Peter reflected on the unforgettable blunder whilst performing live on stage, sharing the cringe-worthy moment from the T4 on The Beach festival in 2009 with presenter John Reynolds. The dad-of-five stated: "I appeared on the episode to discuss lots of topics, including my childhood, career highlights and family life. We also discussed the funny moments in my career, including my unfortunate trip off the stage at T4 On The Beach, among other things." The accident happened whilst Peter was belting out his then-latest track Behind Closed Doors. He stumbled whilst singing to the packed audience and ended up plummeting straight off the stage, his glasses flying off in the process. However, demonstrating true professionalism, he persevered and refused to let the fact his glasses slid of his face prevent him from completing his performance.

Love Island fans speculate Harry's 'game plan' after savage recoupling decision

ITV Love Island fans are convinced they have worked out Harry Cooksley's 'game plan' as he made a savage recoupling decision in Sunday's episode Love Island viewers were quick to highlight the "game plan" of Harry Cooksley following yet more drama involving the 30-year-old Islander. Despite being coupled up with Helena, Harry has repeatedly engaged in cheeky and flirtatious banter with other girls in the villa. ‌ His ways have caused his former partner Shakira's attention to wander to him, despite being in a pair with Conor. After Friday night's dramatic events, fans are convinced they've figured out Harry's game as a shocking recoupling unfolded on last night's episode. ‌ Harry was left in tears after a tense conversation with Helena, who told him she couldn't remain friends with him - either in the villa or on the outside. While the boys showed their support as he sulked, the recoupling had fans all thinking the same thing. With only Helena and Shakira left waiting to be picked, Harry admitted: 'I've disappointed myself,' as he acknowledged that he knows he's not "perfect". ‌ He revealed he had "chosen to ignore" the emotions he felt for Shakira as he revealed whether he was leaving the villa solo, or heading back alongside her. He made his choice, with Shakira hugging him and leaving Helena standing in front of the fire pit alone - leaving the rest of the Islanders shocked with his speech, the Mirror reports. After Blu chose Helena, she listened to what he had to say but quickly got up and walked away from the fire pit. Meanwhile, fans took to social media to share their reactions. ‌ One user on X, formally known as Twitter, stated: "Harry knows Shakira is most popular with the public, his game plan working to a tee." While other viewers made their feelings crystal clear, as one user admitted: "If there's a vote I'm voting Harry and Shakira with no shame." A second added: "Just watch! People will vote for Harry and Shakira," while a third penned: "Yes Harry, beautiful speech, you're back in the game. Team Harry and Shakira" ‌ On Friday's episode, Harry was exposed to the villa for his actions that had caused a divide between the girls for weeks. He had played Shakira and Helena against each other several different times, sitting back whilst Helena and Shakira turned their triangle tensions on each other. Harry and Helena had become exclusive, leaving Shakira feeling devastated and completely heartbroken in recent weeks. Yet just one day after progressing their romance, Harry was dropping hints to Dejon about still fancying Shakira. He also hitted he wasn't particularly keen on Helena, before seemingly attempting to provoke an argument with her during the Grafties. ‌ The cringeworthy moments unfolding on screen saw Helena call time on their relationship permanently. His remarks about "loving" his former girlfriend Emma and his flirtations with others, plus his conversations with Shakira, all came to light during the villa's awards ceremony. The footballer also made a dig about having a better experience with Shakira compared to Helena. Helena eventually branded Harry "a f*****g joke". She then declared: "Shakira doesn't want you, I don't want you." The other Islanders couldn't help but smirk as Helena appeared to finish things once and for all.
