Sarina Wiegman delighted with England performance ahead of Euros opener
Ella Toone scored a brace either side of Lucy Bronze's header to give England a healthy advantage at the break.
Wiegman's side flexed their muscles in the second period as Georgia Stanway, Alessia Russo, Aggie Beever-Jones and Beth Mead got on the scoresheet to give England the perfect send-off before they face France in their first game at the Euros next Saturday.

'We played a good game,' the 55-year-old said. 'We were a lot in the final third, we scored seven goals which is really good, created a lot of chances and some moments could have been even more patient sometimes.
'But at the same time, scoring seven goals and more opportunities to score was really good.
'We know next week we have to take our game to the next level. But what we wanted to do was play a good game, entertain fans, getting ready for next week and getting everyone fit out of this game.
'It shows we have a good team and have many options and competition going on for positions. Today we had six different players score goals, which is nice going into the Euros and it shows the players can score goals.'
Lauren James climbed off the bench in the second period as she made her first appearance since a hamstring injury in April.
It did not take long for her to make an impact as she supplied the cross for Russo's goal shortly after her introduction.
Wiegman added: 'We're still building her. She's worked so hard to be here where she is now. At Chelsea first, but then the last two weeks in training camps, she could do every single training session and did really well.

'Now this is the first time she could get minutes and we hope next week we can keep building her going into France.
'Also there is a lot of competition going on upfront and in midfield so we've figured out over the last couple days how we will start.'
England feared Mead picked up an injury when she went down holding her knee as the game ticked over into stoppage time.
The fans had their hearts in their mouths when Mead received treatment on the field, but she was able to get up and carry on before she scored the last goal of the game.
Wiegman said: 'It was a hit on her knee. She's OK, she's good.
'Everyone came out fit and healthy so it was just a hard knock. It looked horrible so we were a little bit scared too, but she could even score after that moment.'

The Prince of Wales has stepped in to help a Cornish football team struggling with access to their club down a pothole-ridden lane. Mousehole AFC, located close to Land's End in the tiny village of Paul, were facing traffic congestion, damaged vehicles and logistical headaches for visiting teams and supporters. Football fan William, who is also patron of the FA, took action after reading in The Guardian last year that the most westerly club in the English leagues was rising up the ranks despite its practical woes. He helped bring together a coalition of people to solve the problem, with construction work due to begin this week on a new road. William, an Aston Villa devotee, pledged to visit the Cornish club soon, saying: 'I have seen time and time again that community hubs are essential in providing the spaces for people to come together, to build stronger communities and to allow people to thrive. 'It is a privilege to be able to help the local community access Mousehole AFC. I'd like to personally add my thanks for all the hard work that's gone into making it happen. 'I look forward to seeing the new road for myself as soon as I can.' The heir to the throne's private secretary Ian Patrick revealed at the annual Duchy of Cornwall financial briefing on Monday: 'These people weren't being heard. 'You know they needed an access road, and there was no one championing their cause, and the prince very, very directly decided to champion their cause.' He added: 'They were facing a serious issue: a narrow, pothole-ridden access road was causing problems for the club as well as the local community. 'So the prince wanted to see what can be done, and has helped bring together a coalition of people to solve the problem.' Mr Patrick said the new road would solve the transport issue, and also allow the club to expand while supporting sports, social and cultural events in the wider community. The football club is not on Duchy of Cornwall land but it is in a remote Cornish community that the prince – who is the Duke of Cornwall – wanted to personally support. The prince and his Duchy of Cornwall estate worked with CRH, a building materials group, to see if they could help develop a lasting solution. The construction, which also includes new parking facilities, is taking place at no cost to the club, after contributions from a number of businesses and the generosity of local landowner Paul Pond, who has granted access to part of his land. The new road is expected to be completed in time for the start of Mousehole AFC's 2025/26 season in the Pitching In Southern League Division One South in August. The Guardian reported last year that the club had been attracting talented young players from London and other big cities despite being located down a bumpy, potholed track. Mousehole (pronounced mowzel) is home to about 500 people, but its team is playing against towns with populations that are 50 times that size.

Aston Villa confirm they will NOT take up £40m buy option in Marcus Rashford's loan contract with outcast set to return to Man United training next week
Marcus Rashford is set to return to Manchester United training next week with his future still up in the air after Aston Villa rejected the chance to sign him permanently. Rashford, 27, has been exiled at Old Trafford, last playing for the Red Devils in December and he was loaned out to Villa for the second half of the season. The forward impressed at Villa Park, scoring four goals and adding six assists in 17 appearances in all competitions, but he is not in Ruben Amorim 's plans. The 27-year-old's contract, which sees him earn £315,000-per-week, runs until 2028, and his wages could prove to be a stumbling block to any transfer, while United value him at £40million. Rashford has been linked to a whole host of clubs across Europe this summer, including Newcastle and Barcelona, with the Catalan giants said to be the forward's dream destination. As part of their loan deal, Villa also had a £40m option to buy Rashford, but Unai Emery 's side have not activated that clause, with the club confirming as such on Monday afternoon. In a statement titled 'Quintet depart Villa', the club explained: 'Aston Villa would like to thank Robin Olsen and Kortney Hause following the expiration of their contracts, as well as our loan players as they return to their respective parent clubs. 'Marco Asensio, Marcus Rashford and Axel Disasi each joined Villa in February on loan deals until the end of the 2024/25 season. 'Forward Rashford made 17 appearances for the club and registered a total of nine goal contributions across all competitions, bagging a brace in our FA Cup quarter-final against Preston North End. And, with United set to return to pre-season training next Monday, Rashford could face an awkward reunion with Amorim. Former Chelsea wonderkid confirms retirement from football at just 28
Charly Musonda, once predicted to be a future superstar for Chelsea and Belgium, has retired from football at just 28 years old. The winger joined the Chelsea academy from Anderlecht in 2012 and big things were expected of him, starring in the Blues youth sides that racked up silverware at the time. However, he only ever made seven first team appearances for the Blues, spending time away from the club on loan at Real Betis, Celtic and Vitesse. Injuries badly hampered the Belgian and he eventually left Chelsea permanently in 2022 for Spanish side Levante, then moved to Cypriot outfit Anorthis a year later. It is a decision I have been wrestling with for a long time, but I am going to retire from professional football. It is not an easy decision, but I am building up towards the next stage now. 'I will still be involved in football. In roles to help players express themselves and giving them an opportunity to showcase how good they are. 'I'm still young but I want to help players who don't have the chance to showcase their talent. 'I know how it feels and with football changing so much, many players never get the opportunity to show what they can do, I want to make a difference.' Musonda's worst injury was picked up while on loan at Vitesse, suffering a knee problem which left doctors predicting he would never play again. He did make a return to the pitch and played for Chelsea's Under-23 side as he built back his fitness, but left Stamford Bridge when his contract ended in 2022, something which he says damaged him badly. 'The exit killed me. It killed me mentally. It was the worst thing,' he said. 'I was obviously with the reserves at that time so the plan was to pick up with the reserves, get some training in and if there were a few games where I could fit in toward the back end of the season, that was the plan. 'Because I literally had just gotten better. I came back in December-January and was training with the reserves. Feeling amazing, happy to be back—obviously it was a long way for me to be fully fit, but just being able to train was amazing. 'The first team was doing really well. It was COVID, so the buildings were split and you wouldn't really see the first team. More Trending 'Then toward the back end of the season in the car park I ran into Thomas Tuchel, the manager. 'They were getting ready for the semi-final of the Champions League and he just said, 'How are you feeling? How are things going?' 'It was my first time meeting him. He said, 'I'm looking forward to seeing you back' and I said, 'Don't worry, I'll be back for pre-season.' 'Because in my mind, it was always pre-season and I'd be back with the first team and we'd see from there. So I came back for pre-season and that's where things got tricky. That was the end of my time at Chelsea.'
