Police found cocaine worth £15,000 in the kitchen of a house in East Kilbride.
Cannabis valued at £2000 was also seized during the raid, Hamilton Sheriff Court was told.
Christopher Martin, 32, admitted being concerned in the supply of both drugs at his then home in Montreal Park on March 19 last year.
The court heard police searched the three-bedroom terraced house after a tip-off.
When they arrived Martin was present along with his partner and two children.
Nine small bags of white powder were found in the kitchen along with a block of cocaine that was discovered behind a microwave oven.
Sinead Corrigan, prosecuting, said: 'The cocaine weighed 300g in total and had a value of £15,000.
'A vacuum-packed bag of herbal cannabis weighing 1kg and worth £2000 was also found along with a jotter containing names and numbers.'
Sentence on Martin was deferred until next month for background reports and an electronic tagging assessment.

Last year Neal Hancock was jailed for breaching a restraining order following a lengthy and sinister campaign of harassment against three people. Now Hancock is back in prison after breaching the restraining order again, this time by approaching one of his victims on Instagram something he is prohibited from doing. In an interview with Walesonline last year, Hancock's victims bravely spoke out to detail the devastating impact his behaviour was having on their lives. Bethan Simms from Port Talbot described how the defendant would constantly bombard her with messages on Facebook, creating new accounts every time she blocked him. Hancock then began stalking her in person as well as online, and also started stalking Bethan's mother Kathryn. The defendant would message the women detailing exactly where they were and what they were doing when they were out and about, and he told Bethan that he knew she had children and he described them to her in detail. Article continues below The stalking of Bethan went on for more than four years and became so bad she felt scared to leave her house and she had to tell her children's school and show them pictures from social media of what her stalker looked like in the hope that staff would recognise him if he was seen near the school. It then emerged the daughter and mother were not Hancock's only victims when a mutual friend introduced them to Carl Mallon, someone who had known of the defendant in their teenage years. In Carl's case what began as homophobic abuse and name-calling turned into stalking which continued for a much longer period than it did for Bethan. It crippled Carl to the point he left his job and moved house. The defendant was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison. Speaking after the sentencing South Wales Police inspector Jared Easton said: "Neal Hancock is clearly a dangerous individual who refuses to learn his lesson and has caused all manner of trauma for his poor victim. His behaviour towards this victim has been ongoing for several years now. It is completely unacceptable, and nobody should have to put up with a prolonged campaign like this."

Her children have now broken their silence for the first time since she was stabbed to death in a "frenzied attack" two months ago outside her home in France. Cops suspect that Karen's killer may have harboured a grudge against her, or taken issue with the secret affair she had struck up with local villager Jean-Francois Guerrier, 74 They also identified a love triangle including another local named Marie Laure Autefort - who was reportedly "madly in love" with Guerrier. Guerrier and Autefort were previously arrested by police and questioned - but both of them were released without charge. But the married couple had been estranged and Alan was living in South Africa at the time her death. Beverley, who was brokering the sale of a cottage to Karen, said the estranged couple saw each other only occasionally, but that the toll of the divorce seemed to weigh heavily on her friend. Alan was said to have denied that he and Karen were divorcing, but said his wife's secret romance with Guerrier left him with "a sense of betrayal". Karen was found in her driveway dying from eight injuries to her 'chest, groin, arm and leg'. "She phoned me [...] to say she's sorry to tell me and that she thinks Karen has died. That was the first I heard about it," he said. The body of a missing woman has been found on a beach in Brighton – 140 miles from where she vanished. Anne Porter was last seen leaving her home in Jersey in October last year, when she was thought to have been heading to the local beach, Greve De Lecq. Her disappearance triggered a major search, with the coastguard, fire crews and lifeboat teams all scouring the area for any sign of her. But after eight months Jersey Police has now confirmed her remains have been recovered. Detective Chief Inspector Mark Hafey, who led the investigation, said: 'Remains were located on a beach in Brighton which have now been confirmed as a DNA match with Anne. 'Our thoughts are with her husband, family, and friends.' A police appeal on Facebook from October 20, 2024, said: 'We are concerned for the welfare for Anne Potter. 'She was last seen leaving her property at about 12:30pm today. She is believed to have headed out west towards Greve De Lecq. 'She is believed to be wearing a black windbreaker jacket and blue jeans.' More Trending They added three days later: 'An extensive search of the north coast spanning from Greve de Lecq west to L'Etacq and east to Sorel Point has been conducted and coordinated by SOJP. 'The drone rescue team and CI Air Search have also been conducting searches along the north coast and will continue to do so. 'Further shoreline searches have been conducted along Jersey's west coast beaches. 'A multi-agency approach has been employed in the search for Anne.'
