Aldi slashes the price of its outdoor furniture by £75, and shoppers are calling the deal ‘madness'
But if your garden could do with some TLC, you may wish to plan a trip to the nearest Aldi, where thrifty shoppers have spotted an epic deal.

The popular discount store has long been the go-to for many cash-savvy Brits when it comes to food - and the German retailer has now also stepped up its garden range.
According to one fan of the supermarket, Aldi has slashed the price of stunning outdoor furniture - and you can save a whopping £75.
Taking to Facebook to inform fellow bargain-mad shoppers about the epic deal, Chris Thomson revealed that Aldi is now selling an outdoor furniture set for a mere £24.99.
The set - which includes two gorgeous chairs to relax in, as well as a smaller table - was originally going for an eye-watering £100.
The stylish chairs come with light grey cushions that are ideal for providing that extra comfort when you're enjoying your morning coffee outdoors - or soaking up the sun whilst reading.
The light grey style goes perfectly with the mini table, which is large enough for an outdoor candle and a bottle of your favourite tipple.
If you want an extra pop of colour, you could also chuck on some bright patterned cushions - or a vibrant throw to keep you toasty during the chilly evenings.
Given the epic price, it's advised to best race to the local Aldi as soon as possible to avoid disappointment on missing out.
However, it's worth remembering that each location has varying stock - so some Aldi stores may not have this bargain.
In his post, Chris revealed that he had bagged the gorgeous buy in Carlisle.
I was quoted over $13k for my backyard garden renovation - but I did it myself with ChatGPT and saved over $11,000
At just £24.99, Aldi's cut-price version is significantly cheaper than at rival stores, where similar versions could cost you hundreds more.
John Lewis shoppers, for instance, will have to fork out an eye-watering £299 - while furniture retailer Daals is charging customers an astronomical £729.

''wish I saw these today!! What a barg,'' someone else was upset they had missed out.

DEPUTY Fashion Editor Abby McHale weighs in: The supermarkets have really upped their game when it comes to their fashion lines. These days, as you head in to do your weekly food shop you can also pick up a selection of purse-friendly, stylish pieces for all the family. Tesco has just announced a 0.7 per cent increase in the quarter thanks to a 'strong growth in clothing' and M&S has earnt the title of the number one destination for womenswear on the high clothing line George has made £1.5 million for the supermarket in 2023, 80 per cent of Sainsbury's clothes sold at full price rather than discounted and Nutmeg at Morrisons sales are also up 2 per cent in the past what is it about supermarket fashion that is becoming so successful?Apart from the clothing actually being affordable, it's good quality too - with many being part of schemes such as the Better Cotton Initiative.A lot of the time they keep to classic pieces that they know will last the customer year after year. Plus because they buy so much stock they can turn around pieces quickly and buy for cheaper because of the volumes.

How to make your own authentic Italian pizza at home and beat pricey takeaways
GET the authentic taste of Italy this summer by making your own pizza. Creating your own slice beats a pricey takeaway and is a great way of cooking outdoors. Here's how to get involved. PIZZA PARTY: Outdoor entertaining is simple and fun with your own pizza oven – and can be an affordable alternative to a meat-heavy barbecue once you have the gear. Head to Aldi tomorrow as the discount supermarket launches a special buy gas pizza oven for £69.99 — that's around £200 less than a similar model from Ooni. Another option is a barbecue pizza oven that can be added to your grill. The George Foreman BBQ pizza oven works with gas and charcoal models and is down from £64.99 to £47.99 at Currys. MIX IT UP: You can make an easy base using just two ingredients. Simply combine 250g of Greek yoghurt and 250g of self-raising flour, mix well and it will be ready to roll into shape. Or for a more authentic Italian-style version, add 7g of dried yeast to 325ml of warm water for a few minutes until frothy. Gradually add the yeast water to 500g of strong white bread flour, mixing and then kneading until you form a soft and springy dough. Cover the mix with cling film and a tea towel and leave it to rise for at least two hours. I lost 150 lbs - my air fryer 'pepperoni pizzas' are a favorite, they're just 170 calories and ready in four minutes You can then divide the dough into four equal balls, each of which will create a medium-sized base. TOP IT OFF: Once you have rolled out your base, pop it in the pizza oven for three to four minutes. It will then be ready for toppings. If hosting a party, lay out passata sauce, mozzarella and a few other toppings such as pepperoni, ham and some veggie options. Each guest can then have fun topping their own base as they like. Once assembled, pop the pizza back on the grill for another few minutes until the cheese is melted. All prices on page correct at time of going to press. Ferne McCann shows off her incredible figure in a skimpy taupe bikini and shares inspiring message after admitting she often hesitates to post pictures of herself
Ferne McCann showed off her incredible figure in a taupe bikini in a new video on Monday as she admitted to often hesitating to post pictures of herself. The former TOWIE star, 34, wowed in the skimpy Grace Jacobs two-piece before slipping into a patterned co-ord, posing this way and that as she showcased her stylish summer look. And amid her apparent confidence, Ferne urged her followers to 'stop doom scrolling', 'stop doubting' themselves and 'post the damn picture' in a defiant, inspiring message. The mother-of-two looked in great spirits as she twirled around in the clip, but confessed in her caption that she'd regularly edit her images 'a million times' before finding the courage to post it. Her motivational message read: 'This is your sign to POST. 'Not when your body looks perfect. Not when the lighting is just right. Not when the algorithm is 'doing better.' Not when you've edited it for the 5th time. Not when you've sat on it for 3 months and it ends up lost in your camera roll. 'There are so many moments I've waited, overthought a post, edited it a million times. Sometimes you've just got to think fck it* ….free the drafts and post.' Ferne's post was met with comments of support from her fans and showbiz pals, including Vicky Pattison - who was inspired to post her own swimwear snaps. It comes after Ferne showcased her sensational figure in a purple cut-out bikini back in May as she gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at what she typically eats in a day. The TV personality flaunted her incredibly toned physique in the stylish two-piece, featuring a striking cut-out top and high-rise bottoms, as she shared her healthy routine with her Instagram followers. The clip kicked off with Ferne drinking a zesty juice shot in her pyjamas to get her day started with a burst of energy, before breaking into a cheeky dance in her kitchen. Next up, she raided her fridge to whip up what appeared to be a strawberry protein shake, keeping things fresh and fruity. For lunch, the former TOWIE star fried up some juicy harissa prawns and chickpeas before assembling a vibrant salad bowl packed with lettuce, red onion, avocado, fruit and crumbled feta – all topped off with a generous squeeze of lemon. Switching up her look, Ferne slipped into a skimpy red activewear set that showed off her washboard abs as she tucked into her colourful lunch. Ferne said in her caption: 'There are so many moments I've waited, overthought a post, edited it a million times. Sometimes you've just got to think fck it* ….free the drafts and post' Later, she got to work on her evening meal - a Greek-style lamb and spanakopita - inspired filo pie - which she dubbed 'so tasty and perfect for sharing,' before kindly revealing the full recipe for fans to try at home. Looking utterly content, Ferne ended her day on a sweet note with a bar of chocolate before cooling off with a refreshing evening drink. Ferne has been candid about her weight loss journey and revealed last year she shed 2.5 stone after overhauling her lifestyle with a focus on nutrition and high-intensity interval training. Sharing her transformation on Instagram, Ferne posed in black lingerie and told fans: 'Here are my most recent result pictures and OMG I'm so proud of these and I feel amazing! It comes after Ferne showcased her sensational figure in a purple cut-out bikini back in May as she gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at what she typically eats in a day 'What I've been doing is focusing 80% on my nutrition with my simple nutrition plan. '20% exercise from working out 2-3 times per week and 100% support and motivation from my smaller accountability coaching groups. 'These accountability groups have been a game changer for me and we are seeing the most insane results across the board. 'Not only is it holding me accountable, It's enabled me to get to know everyone on a personal level so I can coach you consistently and help you get the results you want!'
