Taiz -Saba: A meeting at the General Administration of Agriculture in Taiz Governorate, chaired by the Governorate's Deputy for Development Affairs Abdulwase' Al-Shamsi, discussed today the outcomes of the workshop on unifying efforts to revitalize agricultural cooperative work and the mechanism for implementing economic and social projects through agricultural cooperative associations. The meeting, attended by the head of the agricultural sector in the governorate, Engineer Abdullah Al-Jundi, the Director of the Office of Economy Afif Al-Dhabhani, and the Planning Officer Muhammad Al-Washli, reviewed the workshop's outcomes for stakeholders in the development sector, the mechanism for field visits to evaluate cooperative associations, and supporting the districts in preparing the 1447 AH plan. The meeting also addressed the preparation of a limited and time-bound plan for field visits to the associations, issuing a circular to the executive offices and their extensions in the districts to contribute to and join cooperative associations within their respective jurisdictions. The meeting urged discussions on the mechanism for inventorying projects and activities implemented by the Social Fund, analyzing the current situation in the districts, and working according to the competitive advantage of each district in alignment with the value chain. Sana'a - Saba: The Minister of Oil and Minerals, Dr. Abdullah Al-Amir, inspected on Monday the level of work discipline in several units affiliated with the ministry. The minister, along with his deputy Mohammed Al-Najjar, reviewed the adherence to work schedules following the Eid holiday at the Yemen Oil Company, the General Corporation for Oil and Gas, and the Yemeni Company for Oil Investments. They were briefed by the Acting Executive Director of the Yemen Oil Company, Mohammed Al-Lakumi, on workflow in various departments, facilities, and sections of the company, as well as the level of compliance with official working hours. The Oil Minister praised the discipline demonstrated by the company's leadership and employees, which reflects their commitment to accomplishing tasks, improving institutional work, and enhancing performance. He urged them to redouble efforts and boost performance to contribute to fulfilling the company's responsibilities. The minister also assessed work discipline at the General Corporation for Oil and Gas on the second day of official work following the Eid al-Adha holiday. He was briefed by the corporation's director, Mahmoud Al-Noum, on workflow, discipline levels, and the implementation of programs and tasks assigned to the corporation, as well as its plans and procedures for modernizing services. The minister commended the discipline of the corporation's leadership and staff and their efforts, particularly given the exceptional circumstances the country is facing due to ongoing aggression and blockade. Additionally, the Oil Minister reviewed workflow and discipline levels at the Oil and Mineral Investments Company. He was briefed by the company's Deputy Executive Director, Abdulrahman Al-Akou', on operations, progress in implementing plans, and challenges facing the company's activities. Minister Al-Amir praised the efforts of the company's leadership and staff in carrying out their duties, stressing the importance of training and capacity-building through modern programs in coordination with the Petroleum Training Center. Dhamar - Saba: Dhamar Governor Mohammed Al-Bukaiti launched on Sunday field visits to inspect and evaluate the level of job discipline and adherence to official working hours in public service units, on the first official workday following the Eid al-Adha holiday. During his inspection of the compliance level at the Health Office, accompanied by Deputy Governors Mohammed Abdulrazzaq and Mahmoud Al-Jabin, Governor Al-Bukaiti stressed the importance of adhering to official working hours and enhancing performance across all public service units in the province to ensure the delivery of public services and efficient handling of citizens' transactions. He commended the efforts of executive offices that assigned emergency teams to work during the Eid holiday, particularly health facilities and some service institutions that upheld their responsibilities in serving the community. Governor Al-Bukaiti emphasized the need for continuous monitoring of job discipline to ensure optimal performance in public service units, especially given the current challenges facing the nation. Meanwhile, Deputy Governors Mahmoud Al-Jabin and Mohammed Abdulrazzaq inspected job discipline at the offices of the General Authority for Land, Economy, Industry, and Investment; Dhamar Customs and Control; the Local Corporation for Water and Sanitation; the Tax Authority branch; the Qat and Real Estate Tax units; and the Yemen Oil Company. During their visits, the deputy governors praised the high level of discipline in these offices, noting the employees' dedication and sense of responsibility in delivering services and processing citizens' transactions efficiently. In a related context, Civil Service Sector Director Issam Al-Amisi stated that the field inspection teams affiliated with the sector aim to monitor and evaluate job discipline and compliance with official working hours in public service units and ministry branches across the province. He noted that the job discipline rate on the first official workday after Eid al-Adha reached 95% in various public service units in Dhamar.
