The aim of the game is for the Islanders to fly through the city, pair up with their Lois Lanes, and then lift and hold a steel girder overhead before picking up a newspaper with a headline.
Together, the pairs had to decide which of the male Islanders they think have the most and least of that trait.
Yasmin and Gio choose Dejon as the least dedicated.
Yasmin explained her reasoning: 'I don't feel like you've dedicated yourself fully to the whole experience.
"I hope you've only dedicated to getting to know one person…'
Dejon remarked: 'I didn't know when all of a sudden it's become a problem wanting one woman.'
Yasmin continued: 'There's other girls in here like Billykiss who picked you to go on a date because she was obviously attracted to you…'
Meg interjects: 'Well he clearly doesn't want her.'
Billykiss: 'Well he didn't say that. He didn't say he didn't want me."
Meg hit back: "It's not up to you guys, we will decide ourselves."
Love Island fans hit out at Islander branding him 'fake' and insist he's 'using girl' to stay in the villa
She then said to Dejon: 'You say you're open then when she's not around you don't act like you're closed.'
Dejon reacted: 'I don't care about any of your opinions, I know what I want and that's Meg."
Billykiss replied: "Well close things off, even on the date when I asked if you were open and you wanted to get to know me, you said yes."
Dejon fired back: "Please Billykiss, is this like your five minutes of TV or what?
"I don't understand why you're still going on.'
After some choice words between her and Meg, the exchange ended with Billykiss told Dejon: 'You don't want to hear the truth which is why you're feeling sour.'
Viewers were full of praise for Billykiss as she finally delivered some home truths to Meg and Dejon.
One wrote: "PLEASE WE NEED TO VOTE MEG AND DEJON OFF PLEASE!!"
A second posted: "Meg stfu and leave the villa, don't bring your bitchy attitude to billykiss she's only saying what everyone thinks."
A third said: "They're clocking Dejon it's been a month, he's not closing things off with Meg and has his tongue out whenever a new bombshell comes in. Game player."
A fourth commented: "Close it then Dejon!! Like she needs to close her big mouth when kissing you. You don't want her and you know it."
Another said: "Billykiss say your truth!!! Dejon is there to win, close it off if you don't want anyone else!"

Despite recent scandals that have rocked the BBC favourite, including Giovanni Pernice and Graziano Di Prima stepping down as professionals and Wynne Evans being dropped from the live tour, devotees of the show are eagerly awaiting its return to their screens. The professional dancers have been confirmed, with last year's winner Dianne Buswell – who made history by clinching the glitterball trophy with Chris McCausland – set to dazzle once more alongside Amy Dowden, Nikita Kuzmin, Katya Jones, and Gorka Marquez. While the BBC has kept tight-lipped about the celebrity participants, whispers abound regarding the potential contenders. Stacey Solomon Stacey Solomon is one of the names rumoured to be joining (Image: PA ) Stacey Solomon, the much-loved former Loose Women panel member, is rumoured to have piqued the interest of Strictly's producers, reports Edinburgh Live. Article continues below "Stacey is a hit with viewers thanks to her lovable personality. The BBC always want to showcase their own talent on Strictly, and Stacey's show has already bagged them an NTA," an insider disclosed to The Sun. "Fans will also love watching her husband Joe Swash in the audience cheering her on every week." The X Factor icon has previously mentioned she wouldn't rule out Strictly, despite confessing to being a "terrible dancer". "I'd be one of those people who would go out in week 1, and they'd be like, 'Well, that was a waste of time!'" she joked. Angellica Bell Strictly bosses reportedly think Angellica Bell would be a great fit (Image: 2025) The rumour mill is awash with whispers that former Celebrity Big Brother contestant Angellica Bell could be twirling her way onto the Strictly Come Dancing stage for the 2025 series. "Angellica has been very vocal about her desire to be on Strictly," confided an insider to The Sun. "Her confidence was massively knocked by the whole Martin Lewis drama but she's had a new lease of life since doing Celebrity Big Brother. "She wants to grab every opportunity and has no qualms about making known what she wants. "She's hugely energetic and will throw herself into training. Strictly bosses think she'll be a great fit." Following a fairytale wedding to footballer Jarrod Bowen, it's bound to be a busy year for the mum-of-three. A source told The Sun: "Bosses are thrilled she's agreed to take part and are ironing out her fee. "She's bubbly, down-to-earth and straight-talking and producers reckon she'll make an ideal contestant – not to mention the bonus of having Jarrod and dad Danny in the audience supporting her." Tom Parker Bowles Queen Camilla with her son Tom Parker Bowles (Image: David M. Benett/for Fortnum & Mason ) Queen Camilla's son Tom Parker Bowles is reportedly at the top of Strictly bosses' wishlists. The 50-year-old is a food critic writer who is no stranger to telly, having appeared on MasterChef, Market Kitchen and ITV's Food Glorious Food. An insider told The Mirror: "Top of their wishlist is MasterChef star Tom. His name was also sounded out last year but never materialised. Bosses hope they'll have better luck this year. Ashley Cain Ashley Cain has shared wanting to do Strictly in honour of his daughter (Image:) Ashley Cain, the former Ex on the Beach star, is also rumoured to be joining the Strictly cast this year. "He's a proper character with a very interesting background that looks the part," said a source to The Mirror. "He would be a great addition to the Strictly lineup. He's presented a couple of shows and has really impressed." The reality star has expressed his desire to participate in Strictly as a tribute to his late daughter Azaylia, who tragically passed away at just eight months old in 2021 due to leukaemia. Ashley previously confided to The Sun about dancing "for hours and hours" with Azaylia in the hospital and his wish to perform a Lion King-themed dance in her memory. Sir Mo Farah Olympian Sir Mo Farah is said to be a huge signing (Image: Adam Davy - Pool/Getty images ) Sir Mo Farah is another celebrity whose name has surfaced early in the line-up rumours, with sources suggesting discussions were at an "early stage" last month. In efforts to restore Strictly's reputation following recent scandals, an insider claimed that the "national treasure" would resonate well with the audience. Paul C Brunson Dating expert Paul C Brunson is another name on the rumoured list (Image: Channel 4 ) Married At First Sight expert and podcast host Paul C Brunson has been tipped as a potential addition to the Strictly Come Dancing line-up. Following his stints on Celebs Go Dating and joining Amanda Holden on Netflix's Cheat: Unfinished Business, rumours are swirling that he might take to the dance floor next. A source commented: "Paul would be the ideal tonic to the dark clouds over Strictly as he's clean-cut, very intelligent and has no scandals to worry about." They disclosed to The Sun that discussions with producers have taken place, noting: "Everyone is hoping he'll sign on the dotted line and is keen to make it happen." Having already made an impression in the Christmas special, a source revealed: "Bosses have been desperate to get Nitro on the series for a while. "They were in talks last year but couldn't get the timings to marry up with his work. "He was a huge hit at Christmas prancing around in lycra and showing off his biceps." Article continues below The source further told The Sun: "The Gladiators' fanbase is growing, and kids love them, so he'll be a hit with younger viewers, too."
