While starring on an episode of a popular show titled 'Salty Dangpo', Sandara appeared alongside Chae Rina, Brown Eyed Girls' Narsha, and ITZY's Chaeryeong on the show to talk about life as idols.
Narsha, during the show, talked about how she has had procedures done and how her company even used to encourage getting plastic surgery as well.
She shared that one time, during her busy schedule, her company had requested her to get a plastic surgery treatment done only a week before she was supposed to appear in front of a camera for a music show.
Narsha even pointed out that during her time in the industry, when she was just a rookie, she used to get 'jealous' watching other idols' glamorous outfits. The idol came from a smaller company and could not spend the same amount of money and effort on the outfits as other groups at the time.
Sandara shared her own experience in the industry, detailing how 'We invested a lot in our music videos and outfits.' Even after this, she added, the company suddenly requested the group to visit a dermatologist before their debut.
'We poured a lot into our training and such, but a month before our debut, we were suddenly told to visit a dermatologist. So, we went, and we ended up getting fillers,' the 2NE1 member shared.
The idols conversed about the struggles that they have had to face in the industry ever since their debut and provided comfort to one another as well.
