Staff are terrified about what is going to come out in case they are caught in the crossfire.

'Others find him to be a bully and have welcomed the investigation into his behaviour. That already created two camps on the show. But the revelations about Naga have thrown a new twist on the scandal.
'Some find her a passionate advocate of people behind the scenes, while others find her as difficult as Fredi.
'This explosive mix has led to a deluge of revelations from both sides, creating a huge headache for the BBC as it scrambles to mop up the mess. It's everyone for themselves like the Hunger Games.'

Her supporters believe she is at the 'end of her tether' with the fractious working environment.

that Frediani's tough leadership may be a response to Naga's behaviour, not the cause of the problem.
The source said: 'Managing Naga is a full-time job. She makes it incredibly hard to do the job and when Fredi tries to enforce boundaries and run a tight ship, he gets accused of being draconian.
'People are too scared to challenge her, because of who she is.'
Among the divide are those who are just trying to uphold the BBC's standards on the show.
A separate source said: 'The fact remains that bad behaviour is bad behaviour and no one — be it bosses, talent, crew — should be above reproach.'
BBC said: 'While we do not comment on individual cases, we take all complaints about conduct at work extremely seriously.'
Naga and Frediani's representatives were approached for comment.

Her Instagram followers pointed out the actress hadn't pubicly wished Happy Birthday to actress and singer Selena Gomez. Selena, who has just turned 33, marked her latest birthday on July 22. The pair have reportedly been pals since 2022 - with Nicola and Brooklyn spending New Years 2023 with Selena in Mexico . One follower commented: 'No selena? I miss your friendship with selena." Another added: "Wondering that too as it's Selena's birthday and she usually posts for that, wall, stories or on Selena's wall." Brooklyn Beckham unfollows his brothers just hours after reaching out to sister Harper on her birthday But while the couple appeared closer than ever on their luxury holiday, tensions within the Beckham clan had been simmering. Brooklyn recently broke his silence amid ongoing family drama, wishing sister Harper a happy birthday just days after being caught in a so-called 'WW3' rift involving his brothers Romeo and Cruz. The feud reportedly boiled over after Romeo blocked both Brooklyn and Nicola on Instagram , blindsiding the couple during their holiday. Sources close to The Sun said: 'They had no idea until they saw it online.' The situation quickly escalated into a full-blown social media saga. Romeo even posting a cryptic message about "walking away" which many interpreted as a dig at his older brother. Is Harry and Meghan's Netflix deal being renewed? Here's what we know

While the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made headlines with multi-million dollar deals with the likes of Netflix and Spotify, it seems that the last of Harry and Meghan's media contracts isn't getting extended. You might recall that the Royal pair had agreed to part ways with Spotify in 2023 after the streamer decided not to renew their Archetypes podcast for a second season. The podcast had been part of a $25 million deal made in 2020 after they left the UK for the US. The original Netflix partnership saw the couple sign a reported $100 million deal in 2020 and now sources are telling The Sun this deal is also not being renewed. The source said: 'There's no animosity from either side. Things have just run their course.' Meghan Markle in With Love, Meghan. Pic: Netflix People spoke to a Hollywood insider about the rumours, and they added that the deal not being extended 'reflects a shift in Netflix's broader business strategy'. One of the reasons this news might come as a surprise to many is that The Duchess' lifestyle series, With Love, Meghan, had been renewed for a second season, but it turns out, it has already been filmed with Chrissy Teigen being the first confirmed guest star. The first season was released on March 4, 2025, after being delayed due to the fires in Los Angeles earlier in the year, and recent figures released by Netflix shows it ranked No 383 with 5.3 million views. She also launched her new lifestyle brand, As Ever, alongside the series, and Netflix is also a partner on the brand. Pic: Netflix The move by the streaming giant to not renew the deal doesn't seem to be a personal one, with them doing something similar with the Obamas and their Higher Ground production company. The former President and First Lady had a similar multi-project agreement with Netflix which later evolved into a first-look agreement, so it doesn't mean the company won't team up with the Sussexes again down the line.

BBC says it did not cut Irish lyrics from first radio play of CMAT's new single

The BBC has said it did not edit the Irish-language lyrics from the debut radio broadcast of CMAT's new single, Euro-Country. The song was released on Tuesday (22 July) and had its first broadcast on BBC Radio 1. The first 45 seconds of the song feature lyrics in Irish, but these did not feature on the broadcast. In a video on her Instagram Stories, the Irish singer, whose full name is Ciara Mary-Alice Thompson, said: "It was not my decision to have the Irish language edited out of the first ever play of Euro-Country on radio. "I don't know if it was a mistake or what happened, but that was not my decision." She continued: "However, they have just gotten in contact and said that they are going to play the Irish language intro – the full version of Euro-Country... to make up for it. "I don't know who edited it out – that was crazy of them." The music star added: "They also did a crazy editing out of the line 'I was 12 when the dads started killing themselves all around me', which I guess is more understandable." The BBC said the station had broadcast the radio version of the song "that was supplied by the record label". "BBC Radio 1 did not edit the Irish language from this single," a BBC spokesperson told RTÉ Entertainment. The broadcaster said the station "has already played the full version that includes the Irish language intro" on Rickie Melvin and Charlie, and it will be played again on Going Home, and Radio 1's New Music Show with Jack Saunders.
