Timetable of case against former Armagh GAA captain discussed in court
The charges include two counts of sexual assault and two counts of causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent.
At Armagh Magistrates' Court sitting in Newry on Tuesday, the next stage of the court case was briefly discussed.
The committal proceedings – known as a preliminary enquiry (PE) – establish whether there is sufficient evidence to progress the case to a crown court trial.
The case is next due before Armagh Magistrates' Court on July 8, when legal parties are expected to confirm a final date for the preliminary enquiry.
At his first court appearance last month, Mr Nugent's solicitor Patrick Higgins told the court that his client denied the allegations and insisted that any sexual activity that occurred was 'consensual'.

Six Scotland players will start for the British and Irish Lions in their game against the First Nations & Pasifika XV. Andy Farrell has named his team for the match being played in Melbourne on Tuesday. Blair Kinghorn, Darcy Graham, Duhan van der Merwe, Ben White, Pierre Schoeman, and Scott Cummings are all in the starting side while Ewan Ashman, Rory Sutherland, and Gregor Brown are named among the replacements. The Ireland star was favourite to start the Test series at outside centre until he suffered his head injury, resulting in Huw Jones and Sione Tuipulotu being paired together in their tried and tested all-Scotland combination. There are three specialist opensides in the back row in Jac Morgan, Josh van der Flier and Henry Pollock, each of whom has an outside chance of winning a place on the bench for the second Test. Apart from Farrell and Osborne, there are seven further late additions to the squad involved in Graham, White, Jamie George, Ashman, Sutherland, Tom Clarkson, and Gregor Brown. 'This fixture gives players another opportunity to put their hand up for selection for the final two Tests,' Lions head coach Andy Farrell said. 'The coaches' minds are open when it comes to selection, they have to be with so many players performing and pushing for places and we want that to continue for the remaining two Tests. 'This group know the level of performance that we will require against a First Nations Pasifika team that is packed with talent and power.' EastEnders' Sharon ‘to the rescue' as prison looms for major characters
EastEnders fans may not have seen Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) for a good few months now, but she comes to The Six's rescue this week. In forthcoming scenes on the BBC soap, Sharon's half-sister Vicki Fowler (Alice Haig) comes dangerously close to landing the murderous Walford women in prison when she considers telling the police about Bernie Taylor's (Clair Norris) recent shenanigans. Before she departed Albert Square earlier this month, Bernie had been stealing money out of the Panesars' businesses as revenge for The Six killing her brother Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters). When Vicki was roped in to audit the Panesars' accounts, she uncovered Bernie's fraudulent activities and blackmailed her, wanting a cut of some of the cash to repay a loan to Sharon. However, Bernie eventually turned the tables on her, and told the Panesars it was Vicki who had been stealing from them. While Bernie's lies were eventually exposed to Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal), she let Bernie off the hook and escape to Spain with the cash after pleas from Keanu's killer Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) and fellow members of The Six Denise Fox (Diane Parish) and Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth) to set Bernie free. Still in the dark about the real reasons Bernie set her up, this week Vicki is still smarting, while still scrambling to raise the cash to pay Sharon back. When Kathy gets wind of Vicki's plan to go to the police about Bernie, she makes a panicked call to Sharon, who is still in Australia, asking her to intervene. She suggests Sharon should walk back her threat to chuck Vicki out of No. 43 if she doesn't repay her debts in the hope it will stop Vicki from feeling the pressure, and thus the need to go to the police about Bernie… Sharon was last seen on the day of Martin Fowler's (James Bye) funeral back in April. Just shortly after Vicki's arrival in Walford, Sharon set off to Australia to look after Vicki's mum and her longtime best friend Michelle Fowler (Susan Tully), who was struggling to come to terms with the loss of her brother Martin. Caitlin Clark, WNBA All-Stars wear 'Pay Us What You Owe Us' shirts
"That's something we wanted to make well known. In the bubble we always knew how to make a stand with some T-shirts, so we did that today," WPNBA president Nneka Ogwumike on their pregame T-shirts. "We look forward to negotiating our fair share and our value." One of the main items on the All-Star weekend agenda was a face-to-face meeting between the players and league on collective bargaining agreement negotiations as the current contract expires at the end of the 2025 season. According to multiple players, that meeting did not go well. "That's one of the things we're in the room fighting for," Clark said Saturday ahead of the All-Star Game. "We should be paid more and hopefully that's the case moving forward as the league continues to grow. I think that's something that's probably the most important thing that we are in the room advocating about." More than 40 players turned out for the first meeting with league officials in months. Clark said the meeting featured a "great balance of young stars, but also vets" who understand the importance of the moment. Although some players described the talks as a "wasted opportunity" and outright "disrespectful," Clark said the players successfully sent a "powerful" message to league representatives -- there's power in numbers. "That was the best part of it, being in the room and there's over 40 other players in this league," Clark said, adding there were young stars and veterans. "I'm sure a lot more would've loved to be in there if they were in Indianapolis and I think that's the most powerful thing. All the girls across the league just being in that room together." "The players are obviously taking this really seriously," Collier said on Saturday. "I think we had close to 40 players in our league meeting. I think there's a really strong message that we're standing really firm on certain areas that we feel really strongly that we need to improve on and I think we got that message across."
