'Bachelor in Paradise' returns: Full 2025 cast list, location and everything else to know about Season 10
ABC's beach-set spinoff, which reunites eliminated contestants of Bachelor franchises on a picturesque beach for another chance at love, is back after a brief hiatus. This season, the usual Paradise location of Sayulita, Mexico, has been swapped for Costa Rica's Playa Samara.
The show's return also comes with a twist: For the first time in Bachelor in Paradise history, former Golden Bachelor and Golden Bachelorette contestants will be flocking to the beach alongside their younger franchise counterparts.
The official Bachelor in Paradise Instagram account posted a reel Monday morning teasing what's to come on tonight's season premiere.
While the decision to mix contestants from The Bachelor and The Bachelorette with Golden alumni initially drew backlash from fans — many have voiced concerns about witnessing uncomfortable interactions between the younger women and older men — Season 10 proceeded as planned.
'I think it's going to be really exciting and really fresh as well,' host Jesse Palmer told Decider in July. 'There's so much new stuff happening in Costa Rica, which I thought was the perfect backdrop for this season. Having the Golden cast was amazing. It brought so much to the show.'
Here's everything to know about this season of Bachelor in Paradise ahead of its Monday night premiere.
Season 10 of Bachelor in Paradise premieres Monday night at 8 p.m. ET on ABC. Episodes will also be available to stream the next day on Hulu.
This year, Paradise takes place in Costa Rica. Season 10 marks the first time the spinoff series has departed from its usual shooting location of Mexico. The reason for the move, executive producer Scott Teti told Entertainment Weekly, was to capture the 'new vibe' of the show.
'I think the drive to move was based on shaking things up stylistically with a new vibe and a new kind of Paradise,' he said. 'This also is very production-friendly. It's a very private beach. It's very secluded, but it also has the ability for our production to stay on one side of the sister hotel, and the newer portion of the Azuara Beach Resort, where we will be filming, is right next door. It's this beautiful sexy, new location.'
Unlike in past seasons, contestants will also be staying in actual hotel rooms, as opposed to open-air cabanas.
'The hotel where they're going to be staying is more upscale and has a sexy chicness to it that feels a little bit elevated than the traditional kind of Paradise world we've been in. The cast can literally open up the doors to their rooms and swim out into the pool under bridges, and then up to a beautiful bar that is touching the beach,' Teti told Entertainment Weekly.
This season of Bachelor in Paradise will feature a mix of contestants who've previously appeared on The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, The Golden Bachelor and The Golden Bachelorette.

Palmer will be returning as the host of Bachelor in Paradise. Joining him on the beach is Wells Adams, who will be reprising his role as the show's bartender, and former Bachelorette Hannah Brown, who will help contestants navigate their journeys as the head of 'paradise relations.'
'To me, the foundation and the pillar of the whole franchise is love: finding love, giving people an opportunity — sometimes a second or third chance — to find that,' Palmer told Us Weekly in July. 'Paradise in a big way is a lot about redemption. To me, finding love and engagement is paramount. In my opinion, that's ultimately what the show should always be about.'
ABC's decision to include Golden contestants was initially met with backlash from fans of the franchise. Fans mainly voiced their concerns about potentially seeing older men from The Golden Bachelorette attempt to date younger women from past seasons of The Bachelor.
One fan on X wrote, 'I hope this is a joke because I don't know how this franchise will recover from 70 year old men hitting on 23 year old women. And you cannot convince me that won't happen. Hopefully they just aren't explaining everything? Help,' while another added, 'The idea of golden bachelor in paradise with the regular young cast is giving sexual harassment case impending.'
Adams, in an interview with Decider, admitted that he, like a lot of Bachelor Nation, was apprehensive about the Golden additions. But he was pleasantly surprised by how the season actually unfolded.
'I was a little apprehensive, which I think Bachelor Nation feels, about the Goldens coming,' he said. 'But I couldn't have been more wrong about it. I was a little nervous, because it's hot. It's long days, and I don't want to kill anybody. But I'm not lying when I say that the Goldens brought so much more energy than the youngs did.'
'God bless the Goldens,' he added.
Wells recently told Us Weekly that this season's episodes will also look more 'cinematic.'
'We have been using the same cameras to film Paradise since the dawn of time,' he told the outlet. 'Having these new cameras and seeing how sharp and how slick it looks — it's like I'm watching a movie. When they told me that they were gonna do this, I was really excited about it. Mainly because the show is so sexy, naturally — everyone's so hot — we should have the highest quality cameras capturing the beauty of these people.'
Palmer also told Decider that this season features 'a lot of stuff you've never seen before.'
'Wells, Hannah and I got to spend a lot of time in the control room together watching everything unfold,' he said. 'We would meet at my palapa and have drinks after to digest everything that we just saw. There's a lot of love, there's a lot of drama, there's some crazy — and we're like, 'You know it's bad when, when we need cocktails to try and digest it.' Or I should say, 'You know it's really good!' So I'm excited for people at home to see.'

Even Google Is Obsessed With Love Island's Amaya With New Easter Egg
Amaya My wife is currently on maternity leave, and though she's never touched the show, she found out that a friend of a friend is on this season of Love Island USA. That would be Austin (who has now been kicked out), but there have been roughly 28 episodes of this show playing in my house over the last two weeks, so I've gotten a general sense of what's going on. If I had to pick a favorite? It would be Amaya. And it seems Google agrees. In a rare insertion of an easter egg into a search term, Google has hopped on the Amaya train, as she must have some fans within the company. When you search for her, there's a scrolling message at the top, one of her quotes from the show: 'I never said I was perfect. I never said I didn't have any flaws,' followed by an image of a Papaya, her nickname. The Closest You Can Stay to the Love Island USA Villa in Fiji
The Love Island USA villa's secret location is not open to the public—however, you can have a reality TV star-worthy trip nearby. While the exact location of the villa remains off-limits to the public, nearby resorts like First Landing and Landers Bay offer fans a chance to experience a similar island escape. The show's return to Fiji has boosted local tourism and the economy, with plenty of increased travel interest. The newest season of Love Island USA has broken streaming records—the first week of episodes racked up more than one billion minutes of viewership. With the third week just wrapped, it's nearly impossible to avoid words like 'Casa Amor,' 'good chat,' and 'Nicolandria' on your social media feed. And even if you don't watch the show, you may have seen that Megan Thee Stallion recently entered the villa, further cementing the show as the reality TV watch of the summer. Super fans have been attempting to geolocate the Love Island USA villa, which is somewhere in Fiji. But while everyone scours Google Maps to find out where Ace is plotting against Jeremiah, Travel + Leisure reached out to Melissa Natawake, the business events manager at Tourism Fiji, to help Love Island set-jetters recreate their own Love Island-style escape (without the world trying to vote you off the island). Where can you stay to be closest to the real Love Island villa? Tourism Fiji is staying mum on the exact location of the Love Island villa, but we can confirm that it is closed to the public, all the time. 'The area is restricted to production personnel during filming and is not open to the public,' Natawake told T+L. 'The Love Island site is on the western side of Fiji.' The villa is a private property, you can't book a stay, even when filming is finished. However, you can book accommodations very close to the villa. Natawake says that the two hotels closest to where the show is filmed are First Landing Beach Resort and Villas and Landers Bay Resort & Spa. (For those keeping track, that's on the northwestern side of the island.) First Landing has stunning villas, while Landers Bay is adults-only. Both have beach access and are not too far from Koroyanitu National Heritage Park. First Landing starts at around $171 per night, while Landers Bay starts at $74 per night. Both hotels are about a 30-minute drive from the Nadi International Airport (NAN). Natawake also recommends other hotels in the area, including The Fiji Orchid and Tanoa Waterfront Hotel. What can you do in Fiji if you're not actually on Love Island? Love Islanders are not typically allowed out of the production area during filming. They aren't filmed on Saturdays, and they are otherwise not permitted to leave the villa unless the producers send them out on a date. Fortunately, tourists do not have to follow production rules. When you tire of lying out by the pool, there's plenty to do in the surrounding area. During the time she wasn't hosting, Megan Thee Stallion showed off some of the activities available in the area. She hit the beach, went on ATV tours, and caught a stunning sunset. Natawake has a comprehensive list of things to do in Fiji, including a visit to Viseisei Village (the oldest settlement in Fiji), going to the Sabeto Hot Spring and Mud Pool, ziplining and waterfall exploring, heading to the Malamala Beach Club, taking a traditional Fijian cooking class, touring local towns and markets, and going on a safari tour. Will Love Island USA keep filming in Fiji? 'The production has leased the villa for the next two years,' Natawake told T+L. That means that for the next two summers, there's a chance your stay on the island will coincide with the filming of the eighth and ninth seasons of Love Island USA, if you get the timing right. Imagine coming back from the beach, sun-kissed and a little sleepy, to watch the show that's being filmed on the very same island you're exploring. Is Love Island a big deal in Fiji? 'With the rise of social media and the visibility of recognizable local spots and services featured in the show, local interest has grown significantly,' Natawake said. 'The original Celebrity Love Island was filmed in Fiji from 2005 to 2006 before the franchise was rebooted around 2015.' Love Island USA was filmed in Fiji in 2019, then came back in 2023 after briefly leaving due to pandemic-related restrictions. 'Fiji remains a favorite of the ITV franchise thanks to its cinematic landscapes, brand consistency, ease of access with a remote feel, and strong support from the Fijian government and Tourism Fiji, including destination incentives and rebates,' Natawake says. Beyond increasing recognition from locals, it is also having a notable impact on the economy. Natawake said that Suva, Fiji, had a 70 percent year-over-year increase in searches between 2023 and 2024, and an 18 percent spike in searches following the 2024 premiere of the show. The actual production of the show is also driving an economic boom. Natawake said Love Island USA's production team books over 500 rooms in the Nadi region for around six to eight weeks. 'Productions like Love Island USA bring significant economic impact—booking hundreds of rooms for weeks at a time, employing locals across hospitality, transport, logistics, and security, and supporting nearby communities through the purchase of food, materials, and services,' Natawake said. 'The benefits are far-reaching across both the tourism and creative industries.' Is the Love Island villa close to the island where Survivor is filmed? Yes. If you are a fan of both shows, you'll be pleased to know that the villa is about an hour away via boat.
